Wonderful hotel with lovely staff, special mention to the very helpful and charming guy who assisted us during breakfast, keep up the brilliant work. Pls know though that they don’t have AC only a small fan in the room, was quite warm esp during hot summer.

렌트카로 여행을 했기에 주차장 여부는 매우 중요했고 씨사이드 주차장은 넓고 이용하기에 편했습니다. 공용이긴 했지만 넓은 테라스가 있어서 튠호수를 바라보며 휴식을 취하기에 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 매우 친절했으며 룸컨디션도 훌륭했습니다. 다만 에어컨과 냉장고가 없어서 조금 당황했네요. 날씨가 선선하고 바람이 잘 들어와 에어컨은 없어도 무방했으나 냉장고가 없어서 음식 보관하기에 조금 불편한 점은 있었습니다. 그외 모든 점에서 만족한 숙소였습니다.

They claimed to be 3 star but rooms have no AC, freeze or coffee machine. You have to go to lobby for coffee and they charge 4.5 franks for it, not free. Laundry is 6 franks. Very few eating options around. If you have to go to Interlaken take bus and then train. Bus is once every hour so not easily accessible. Above all staff is not too helpful.

It was about a ten minute downhill walk to the property from the train station. (Just remember that the return trip is uphill!) The room and property seemed new and very clean. It was easy to enjoy the breakfast, which was extensive and delicious (get there early because food was not readily replenished). They did not offer access to the city pass, which would have enabled one to freely use local transit.

Enkelt med Swiss Travel Pass (tåg) att ta sig till kända områden som t ex Grindelwald eller Jungfraujoch men också fina men mindre turistiga områden som Stockhorn. Soulless building next to fabulous surroundings and residences. Owners put eco credentials above customer comfort. Zero facilities in room - just a bin and a hairdryer. Asked for more pillows and had to put cover on myself. Our outside seating area unclean. Bit dungeon-like with cement and breeze blocks. No aircon- very hot in May 25. Had shower gel 1 day then it was removed. Poor internet. Restaurant not open evenings. Ants on floor. I’ve been to better hostels. Cost approx 800 aud for 2 nights!! Positive: ummmm shower and breakfast very good

Sauber und absolut zweckmässig, freundliches Personal und praktisch gelegen. Tolles Frühstück und Gästekarte haben unseren Aufenthalt verfeinert. Haus ist jedoch recht hellhörig (Dame mit Stöckelschuhen war um Mitternacht sehr laut zu hören). Kommen gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer mit einzelnen Betten entsprach nicht unserem Wunsch, wir erwarteten ein Doppelbett!. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch der Service. Für uns stimmte der Zimmerpreis nicht, da Zimmer sehr klein und keine Aussicht auf See! In dieses Hotel kommen wir nie wieder!

There was a random wall between the room, the toilet has no door, all the walls were built with grey bricks and the floor had no carpet. It felt like I was living in a prison inside.

I asked for a chair with arms and they made it happen. They cooked eggs for me everyday and could have had bacon as well. The room was dark and quiet at night. The walk from the train station was nice. The television had 30.music channels, loved it. The view of the village and castle during breakfast was superb.

I warned the hotel in advance about the late check-in. but upon arrival at the hotel the door was closed and we had to wait. We called the number on the door but no one answered. We had to wait a long time outside to be let into the hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Beautiful location. The view from the breakfast hall looking down on the castle/town is wonderful. Bus 65 stop Spiez Grueb is about 3 minutes walk from hotel. It takes approximately 10 minutes to and from the bahnhof in Spiez. The selection of music channels on the tv is great.

Great hotel in the lake side. Since the closest restaurant was about 10 minutes walk, It is difficult in rainy and windy days. If hotel provide even simple menu of dinner, it would be perfect. We saw the group people enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. I did not feel good about it.

Excellent breakfast. Beautiful location. The view from the breakfast hall looking down on the castle/town is wonderful. Bus 65 stop Spiez Grueb is about 3 minutes walk from hotel.
