Lovely quiet location on the golf course. The food and beverage options aren’t great if you have children. They really only offer a modern Asian cuisine and you aren’t in town to have other options available unless you drive. The gym isn’t great either for a report style hotel. That definitely could be bigger and have more equipment and room to work out. But it is clean and the pool is lovely. The rooms are ok. For what you pay they could be better. Felt more like a room for a business trip rather than a luxury, country resort style hotel. The staff were pleasant, professional and friendly. I also think checkout should be 11 and not 10.

After being originally given a 2 Queen bed room on first floor( I requested King bed) they moved us to ground floor room with King bed. Room was good, bathroom nice, but for some reason the toilet was very low......not sure why, it wasn't an accessibility room. Disappointed that restaurant and bar weren't open on the days we were there, would've been better if they were available. Would recommend but be mindful restaurant and bar aren't available Mon and Tuesday, although breakfast is available every day, and is good value.

We wanted a luxury escape. And it was almost that, but a few things were broken which put a damper on it... The hotel and staff were lovely. But the TV stopped working after 6pm. Just a scrambled signal. The phone didn't work to call for someone to fix it or to order room service. There were no pool towels left at the pool. The power point wasn't working next to the bed. I would love to stay again. Just wish everything was in working condition.

Great overall experience.. staff are amazing!! Tho cleanliness is questionable overall.. The pool had some stuff in there that looked discussing and they can just make sure its always clean.

Hotel was ok, it looked fairly new but looking around I could acknowledge that maintenance wasn’t taken seriously. Our room had a sewer odour when we arrived and all that could be offered was to spray the room with Glen20. Ended up buying a $50 candle to give our room the desired smell. The room was rather dusty too, something I found rather surprising. The restaurant was ok, nothing you’d write home about. Asian inspired but way off the mark. The hotel is located in a nice area; quiet and not too far for a drive into town.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times but not for a few years. Unfortunately the standard of amenities has deteriorated for the casual visitor. It seems they are catering for functions as apposed to travellers. The previous restaurant was cosy and quiet, the new restaurant is a makeshift huge function room come restaurant. The Harvey bar use to be a lovely quiet area where one could enjoy snack food and drinks. On this occasion there was a huge noisy group in attendance. The room left a bit to be desired. There was mould in the shower recess and up the tiles. The exhaust fan was clogged with dust. The TV was very difficult to use and no streaming service. The staff were vey friendly and helpful but overall, not good value for money. Overall, not good value for money.

Beautiful location, serene and peaceful. A bit out of town, probably too far to walk. Rooms very clean and modern, minimal kitchen facilities - kettle and bar fridge only - even in family room. Pool is great, heated and a lot of fun. Only negative - Walls a bit thin in our room (115), we could hear the adjoining room and their TV far too clearly.

This is the only golf resort where I haven’t had a golf course view. All the family rooms and interconnecting rooms face the car park which I found quite dark and depressing. I love looking on the course from my room, watching the golf, but this wasn’t an option. So I don’t think it is a great hotel for families. It’s fine for couples or singles but make sure you ask for golf facing rooms. The golf is challenging but great. The pro shop staff are awesome. The breakfast staff are super welcoming. I would definitely play golf here again but would stay somewhere else.

Our room was of high standard and roomy. We were however disappointed to discover the room did not have the expected garden and woodland view. Instead we had a good view of the car park. The hotel is not bring truthful in its description of the views from its Centennial King rooms.

Room was very spacious (maybe because it was an accessible room), clean and comfortable. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. However for over $500 a night I would have expected more In the room. There was no mini bar, no luggage stand, no pen and paper, no robes or slippers and the toiletries were tiny, not enough for two people to wash their hair. I felt like I was getting nothing more than I would have received if I was staying in a $200 a night room.

Room was nice and big , huge bed and very comfortable. The room was an accessible room which I didn't realise I booked.The bathroom was very big but there was no bench space and the shower curtain was about 30 to 40 cm off the floor as a result the floor got saturated during a shower and the floor was super slippery. I would suggest getting a longer shower curtain to avoid this.

Reception staff did not get back to me regarding an enquiry prior to arrival as promised. Ended up with a room with a disabled bathroom and no bath despite booking 6 months in advance. No food services available on a Sunday night. On the up side beds were huge and very comfortable and facility very clean. Plenty of onsite parking and staff friendly.

The staff needs a professional to come in, at 2 pm, there was 1 person, an advisor came in and left rather than helping check the next person check in. Whom had only being behind me as. He was a gentleman and opened the door for my family, all women. Please register his kindness, a fine wine. Too few staff at check in, Restaurant, we are not told we could order from a menu, the Buffett was a little poor. Scrambled Ed’s and bacon should be a minimums I had the hot breakfast on the first morning. It was awful.

Property had a blackout in middle of night and no notification when power would restalled. Was very humid over night without power n cold shower in morning . Checked out at 8:30am and still no power or notification around what happened. If there was better communication and some compensation due to outage I would have rated higher as overall facility where very good

We stayed at Park Proxy for a concert at Centennial Vineyards so the hotel was at capacity. The staff handled the extra load extremely well and we always were helped with a friendly smile. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms a great size (Centennial Twin) . Dining at Lotus was an extra bonus as the food was incredible! Definitely coming back!! Thank you Park Proxy. Big shoutout to your amazing staff!

I did the check in on line and thought that all the information I gave would be recorded - sent a scan copy of my driving licence - when arriving at the hotel I had to provide again my driving licence and my credit card number which I also provided on line was not recorded- had to provide it again - so what was the point of doing pre-check in?

The rooms were amazing and nice and spacious! Very comfortable beds and nice and clean rooms. Only issue was I had hurt myself and needs a first aid. When I rang through to reception it was after hours (11pm) and no one could assist. I was advised that after 9pm there is no assistance.

Quality accommodation. Very spacious room overlooking lake. Quiet, clean and very comfortable. Ample parking out the front and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great spot to relax and recuperate. Whole family stayed in three rooms and check in process was seamless. Recommhighly.

I would have put excellent if the breakfast and food available would have been better. Second time staying there and breakfast this time was very poor and quality was really bad not to say not much available. Better not include breakfast in the stay and eat outside as it definitely not worth it. Staff and hotel are great and very helpful.

Was in Bowral for a wedding so didn't spend too much time at the hotel. I loved the huge rooms and huge bed overlooking the golfcourse and greenery. However, the breakfast was so poor that it's definitely not worth including. The tables were dirty and the hall understaffed, the hot buffet food was empty plus there were no plates anyway, the nespresso machines were overflowing with capsules, the milk had run out, the little plate of cheese tucked away in a fridge for an entire hall was a joke, cheap bread to make toast .... rather don't offer it if you can't deliver!

Nice and clean; modern; but……. Not worth the expensive price for basically just a room with nothing. Breakfast was appalling for the price! Cooked breakfast you had to pay for. Would not recommend eating here or staying.

We asked for a king bed, walked into our room and it was 2 doubles where I asked for a king bed. Breakfast was not a buffet. The toilet was so close to the ground it was hard to get up off the toilet.. the shower rose wouldn’t stay up. I would not recommend anyone going there
