We only stayed the one night, needed to be close to the RPA. Management was excellent allowing early checkin, and helped me when I needed to print out an important document. Loved that it was walkable distance, that it had a little kitchen area and balcony. On the downside the elevator was broken (it happens), and there was no sound proofing. One of the noisiest places I’ve stayed at.

The room was extremely clean. Small but well organized with also fridge, sink and microwave. Although on the ground floor and on a relatively trafficky road, noise was very moderate and did not prevent sleeping well. Aircon/heating is very quiet. Note that the hotel does not have a real lobby but just a small entry hall and a desk that is manned only 8 am to 6 pm, so don't forget the keys in the room after hours or arrive for a late check in!

Presumed knowledge that parking was provided. On check in “ did you rebook your parking “ well NO thought it was provided. Clearly the fine print is very fine. Staff very pushy.

I only had 1 complaint about the room that the shower curtain kept sticking to the legs from the draught of steam removal. There was no door to isolate the shower recess and the floor got very wet.

We needed to be close to Camperdown hospital, it was a very short walk. Great convenience store nearby to purchase flowers cards etc. Best Western small & homely with lovely clean rooms serviced daily with wonderful family staff & parking with easy access!

The room I stayed in was very close to traffic intersection on ground floor. The constant beep beep beep of the walk light was quite intrusive at night. Access to the laundry facilities was terrific.The housekeeping crew did a fine job.

Rang earlier on the day to book parking. Was told it was okay just to come to reception on arrival and will be directed where to park. However when I arrived I was then told there was no parking and was directed to park on the street in an area that I had to move my car by 8pm. Not good enough

Staff are very polite and helpful. The bus stop is just outside the hotel entrance. The room was clean and the kitchenette was very handy. A grocery near by made getting and cooking my own meals easier since I prefer not to eat in restaurants. There is a laundry facility also and there is a great church near by.

Our hostess at reception was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and well prepared. The roller blinds leave a little to be desired on the privacy side, the bed was comfortable and our short stay was relaxed.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. The noise from the room we stayed in was unbearable to sleep. There’s been some recent work where a massive steel plate is on the road in bus lane and it is so loud when buses go over it. The road noise was basically like we had a window open it was too loud to sleep.

My only issue is the room was advertised as having a “kitchenette”. That meant a kettle and a portable hot plate. No toaster; no cooking equipment etc. which v disappointing. but hey, it’s cheap, clean and convenient.

Was clean, Price online was different than paid. (Was like they charged US DOLLARS) on the booking, than converted it to AUS, so was higher. The bed was warn out, needs a new bed. Staff was friendly, easy check in, .

I’ve stayed here a few times now as it’s very convenient for the RPA hospital complex. The staff here are outstanding and are always extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. I’m very happy to recommend.

This hotel is managed by only one staff. We arrived in the evening but there was no staff at the front desk. There is a note, saying that we need to call for service. And that phone number is a local phone number! And we are international visitors. It is very inconvenient!

Front desk service was exceptional! "Vernice" the Front Desk Manager went above and beyond to assist us with our stay (looking up transport routes, organising an early check-in and organising a shuttle back to the airport). You just don't get good quality service like this anymore.
