ホテルのインフィニティプールの景色がとても美しく、海を眺めながらのんびりプールに入ってリラックスできました。大浴場もあり、夜は満点の星空を眺めながらの露天風呂は最高でした。スタッフの方の対応も良く、客室の清掃も行き届いていました。自然豊かな場所なので、部屋に虫がいる事は心得て行かれる事をおすすめします。

スタッフの対応は明るく親切でしたし、施設管理（清掃や庭などの手入れも行き届いていて、総合的には大満足です。露天風呂付の大浴場があるのもポイント高いですね。駐車場が混んでいると、かなり奥の方にしか止められないのと、地面が舗装されていない点などが少し残念でした。あとは、各階に飲料自販機や製氷機があるとより便利だと思いました。

フロントスタッフ男性の方、女性の方皆さん丁寧なご対応、笑顔で素敵なスタッフでした。朝海辺を散歩がめちゃくちゃ気持ちいい、駐車場は砂利で雨降りだったのでちょっとつらいかも、、。^ ^また利用させて頂きます。

・離島ターミナルから車で5分程度と近く離島巡りの拠点にできる・ホテルから海がきれいにみえホテル自体も楽しめる・大浴場があり良い・朝食ビュッフェは品数豊富で味も良かった・ホテル前、海側に遊歩道があり散歩が気持ちいい・部屋(本館)はコンパクトだが清潔感があり日中観光に行くなら(ホテルステイ目的でなければ)丁度よい・今度は新館にも泊まってみたい・子供連れでも良かった

My friend and I stayed here for 13 nights from mid to late October and loved it. Fresh breakfast buffet served every day 06:30-10:00. Juices are always fresh and tasty - mango juice, shikuwasa juice, pineapple juice, Marivu Okinawan special drink (my favorite). Scrambled eggs are always ready (also my favorite). Everything is refilled as soon as possible. There's a nice view of the ocean and the trees from the restaurant. The long is cozy and welcoming. The staff are always helpful, polite and quick to help. Housekeeping is done regularly and towels are changed every day. Rental minibikes are available for 1100 yen for the entire day. The hotel gives many free 500-1000 yen coupons that can be used for it. Only downside of the hotel area is that there’s no sandy beach right by the hotel even though it's called a "Beach Hotel". You’ll need to walk a quite a bit farther to the next hotel by the Fusaki Beach to access it. But honestly the sunset outside from the pool area is insane and totally worth it if you happen to catch it on a clear non-cloudy day. The streets of Ishigaki can get quite dark after sunset. The streetlights aren’t very bright and there’s a stretch between the hotel and the city that’s pitch black at night. I’d suggest bringing a flashlight if you plan to walk in the evenings.

ベッド移動したら下からゴミと埃が出てきた。シャワー中清掃員にドアノックされ出ないと部屋に入って来て風呂のドアまでノックされた。フロントに言いに行ったがそれが普通らしい。内側から施錠していないのが悪いかのよう。

Great staff and location! The property is smaller than advertised, but the amenities are all clean and excellent. There were plenty of options for breakfast, though most were Japanese and not to my liking. I loved the coffee and juice options, but had to find food elsewhere once we left the hotel. The infinity pool is excellent with a great view looking over the water and Taketomi Island! The only complaint I have is that our hotel room was infested with small ants that would pop up occasionally on the counter space next to the bed. The bugs were small and sparse enough that I didn’t feel the need to switch rooms, but every time we returned to the room, I would find a couple on the counter. I would recommend this location to a friend if they are looking for a place that is affordable with good amenities, and (mostly) clean.

オーシャンビューのお部屋に泊まりたくてこちらに宿泊しました。理想通りの海がお部屋の窓から見えて、大満足でした。バスルームに入る段差が20cmちょっとと、浴槽の底とバスルームの床の高さが同じで浴槽の深さ分跨がないといけなくて、足腰が弱くなったら来るのは厳しいなと感じました。車で5分ほどの所にマックスバリューがあり、お土産用の地元の食材などが買えて良かったです。沖縄のメニューが食べれる朝食も美味しかったし、スタッフさんも皆さん感じ良くてまた行きたいと思いました。

Very nice hotel at the beach, with a nice ocean view and beautiful sunsets. The rooms are very luxurious and the beds are premium beds with Simmons mattresses, which are very comfortable for people with back issues (like me). The hotel staff is very freindly and the hotel area has a nice pool and a good restaurant. Big parking lot wir free parking and the hotel is close to Ishigaki city and ferry port (10 min by car). I had the room with the bathtub with ocean view, which was super nice. If I go back to Ishigaki, I will definitely choose same hotel and same room.

We stayed in the older part of the building (main building), so wasn’t the most modern, but the view from the room was spectacular, especially the sunsets. The pool area looked great, but never got the opportunity to test it out as we had too much exploring to do. One of the beds in our room was a little squeaky and not as comfortably as the other one. I did request an additional pillow, which was very fast to arrive and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The onsen was wonderful, especially the outside one where you could gaze up at the stars. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice.

We stayed in the older part of the building (main building), so wasn’t the most modern, but the view from the room was spectacular, especially the sunsets. The pool area looked great, but never got the opportunity to test it out as we had too much exploring to do. One of the beds in our room was a little squeaky and not as comfortably as the other one. My friend and I stayed here for 13 nights from mid to late October and loved it. Fresh breakfast buffet served every day 06:30-10:00. Juices are always fresh and tasty - mango juice, shikuwasa juice, pineapple juice, Marivu Okinawan special drink (my favorite). Scrambled eggs are always ready (also my favorite). Everything is refilled as soon as possible. There's a nice view of the ocean and the trees from the restaurant. The long is cozy and welcoming. The staff are always helpful, polite and quick to help. Housekeeping is done regularly and towels are changed every day. Rental minibikes are available for 1100 yen for the entire day. The hotel gives many free 500-1000 yen coupons that can be used for it. Only downside of the hotel area is that there’s no sandy beach right by the hotel even though it's called a "Beach Hotel". You’ll need to walk a quite a bit farther to the next hotel by the Fusaki Beach to access it. But honestly the sunset outside from the pool area is insane and totally worth it if you happen to catch it on a clear non-cloudy day. The streets of Ishigaki can get quite dark after sunset. The streetlights aren’t very bright and there’s a stretch between the hotel and the city that’s pitch black at night. I’d suggest bringing a flashlight if you plan to walk in the evenings.

まわりにはいろいろな高級ホテルもあるが、今まで泊まってきたホテルの中でもとても気に入りました！！スタッフの方は親切丁寧、フレンドリー部屋は清潔で広く、大浴場もあり楽しめます。本館の建物の築年数は結構経っているがメンテナンスをちゃんとしている。今回は新館に泊まったが広く清潔でゆっくりできました。夜ご飯の石垣牛しゃぶしゃぶは絶対に食べた方が良い！東京にある名店よりも美味しい！！また、お世話になりたいと思います。ホテルスタッフの方ありがとうございました。

We stayed in the older part of the building (main building), so wasn’t the most modern, but the view from the room was spectacular, especially the sunsets. The pool area looked great, but never got the opportunity to test it out as we had too much exploring to do. One of the beds in our room was a little squeaky and not as comfortably as the other one. I did request an additional pillow, which was very fast to arrive and we wanted for nothing during our stay. The onsen was wonderful, especially the outside one where you could gaze up at the stars. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Beach Hotel Sunshine Ishigakijima in Ishigaki. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, the onsen felt private, clean and relaxing and we loved lying by the pool with hotel-provided towels. Best of all, the restaurant staff went out of their way to help me eat gluten-free safely. As someone with celiac disease, this is a rare and very appreciated service. I am so grateful to them for making our family vacation the trip of a lifetime. Thank you Sunshine Beach!
