夏休み旅行で家族4人5泊させていただきました。ランドリーの空き状況を部屋からチェック出来たのはとてもありがたかったです！滞在中は外出も多いスケジュールだったので、多くを求めず予約しましたが、結果お部屋も清潔感があり、チェックイン/アウトも簡潔、朝食も十分で、家族共々快適なホテル時間を過ごさせていただきました！夏場ということで、期間限定のかき氷を作っていただくこともでき、子供たちも大喜びでした。ありがとうございました！！！

繁華街から少し離れているが、レンタルサイクルが4時間無料と言うのを見てこちらのホテルを予約する決め手となったのですが、システムが変わり2時間までしか借りれないとの事で、結局繫華街までタクシーで移動となりました。しかし、レンタサイクルいつもほとんど借りられてないまま置いてあるので、このシステムを見直してほしい。例えば2時間を超える場合は有料だとしても、私達はレンタルしたかったです。その他については築年数も浅い為、ホテルもお部屋もとても奇麗でした。朝食バイキングも無料とあっても十分な内容で満足です。ソフトドリンクも深夜12時迄利用ができ、大変ありがたかったです。

Everything was perfect, clean, simple check in, laundry on site and free bike rentals available. Plenty of parking right in front of the door throughout our stay too. There were also a ton of options for food at breakfast (which was free 🤗) wouldn’t have changed anything about this place except maybe the pillows on the beds!

朝食無料and子供は添い寝扱いでこちらも無料と知り、お初めてお世話になりました。主人が当日朝に、少し仕事をしないといけないとなりましたが、チェックイン後、１階のウエルカムドリンクスペースに電源があり、ご自由にお使いくださいと言っていただき、助かりました。飲み物も飲み放題だったので、カフェ気分で仕事ができたようです。他には、朝食が充実していて無料とは思えないほどでした！私は、タコライスと、ゴーヤーカレーと人参しりしりがお気に入りでした！朝食やランドリーの空き情報が、部屋のテレビから見れるのも便利でしたよ。あ、大人はガウンがありましたが、子供のはないとの事でパジャマを持っていきました。 1点気になったのは、ホテルの出入口(車道から出入りする場所)が見づらくて、縁石にぶつけそうになる場面もありました。矢印とか、なにか目印があると親切かなと少し思いました。いつもメイクマン側からだったので、反対(ANA側)は分かりませんが… 全体的にはとても満足で、また行こうねと家族で話しています。ありがとうございました！

石垣空港から15分ほど。5階建てのこじんまりしたホテル。ゴルフリゾートが隣接しており見晴らしも良い。新しいようで部屋もバスルームもきれい。広い平面駐車場、ダブルベッド2台のツイン、部屋広め、各部屋に部屋食に最適なテーブルと椅子、各階に電子レンジ、24時までソフトドリンクサービスと使い勝手はとても良かった。朝食は品数豊富ではないが充分です。目の前にバス停があるが（何線かは不明）近隣に食事処は少なくスーパーもないので車は必要かな。

街側のお部屋でしたので眺望はあまり良くありませんでしたが、広々して清潔でした。窓が開けられないのと枕が低すぎるのが気になりました。あとから重ね枕を借りられることを知りましたが、案内が分かりにくかったです。自転車を無料で借りられるのはちょっとした買い物の時に助かります。街から遠いのと、バスも少ないのでレンタカーは必須かも。海もすぐ近いはずなのですが、インターコンチを通っていくのもなんだし、やはりビジネスホテルっぽい感じが拭えません。朝食バイキングもそこそこでコスパはすごくいいと思います。飲み放題のコーヒーがとても美味しかったです。

First time in Ishigaki. From the moment we walked in, the mood was set with the view and Okinawan music playing in the background. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful finding and suggesting good restaurants and activities. The view from the dining area was very relaxing. There was a nice little library in this area where we had ice cream and coffee while looking through the assortment of books. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will book again!

非常好的住宿，工作人員好 nice, 每事都非常幫忙。有充足的泊車位，飯店附近有租車的地方，職員會為你介紹租車公司。飯店附近有真榮里沙灘，沙灘有好多小魚小蟹寄居蟹，非常有趣。附近行大約5至7分鐘有family mart, 麥當勞，San A city, max valu, daiso 等，購物十分方便。飯店附近有數家餐廳，都很美味。唯晚上外出最好自備手電筒，因為石垣比較少路燈。

Neat hotel in Ishigaki that is close to the beach. The rooms are very clean and tidy, but feel quite sterile. We stayed here for a couple of nights after having been in Iriomote. The beach close to this hotel is nice to have, but it doesn't compare to the other beaches around Ishigaki or on the neighboring islands. It is is also a bit tricky to get to the beach from this hotel as the nearby ANA-hotel blocks most entances to the beach. Otherwise, it was easy to reach by the bus that goes every 30 minutes (often by Ishigakis standards) and the bag storage in the hotel is really easy too use. A great hotel for a stop over for a couple of days, but if you want to stay on the Island for a longer while I would recommend something else.

Everything was perfect, clean, simple check in, laundry on site and free bike rentals available. Plenty of parking right in front of the door throughout our stay too. There were also a ton of options for food at breakfast (which was free 🤗) wouldn’t have changed anything about this place except maybe the pillows on the beds!

清潔な部屋で、広くて、良いホテルでした。朝ごはんもとても美味しく、沖縄料理も出て、無料の朝ごはんとは思えない程です。氷や水、ビーチ用のタオルなど充実してます。アメニティは持っていってくださいね。とても満足でした。ありがとうございました。

チェックイン、アウトがスムーズスタッフさんの対応は良かった故障なので仕方ないと思いますが宿泊時コーヒーメーカー故障で朝食時コーヒーが無かったので別の方法で対応できたのでは無いかとそこは少し残念な気がしましたそれ以外は何も問題はありませんでした
