Can’t beat the location, but for the price, the Sky condo rooms are not very gracious. Stained cushions, no bath-sized towels, over subscribed staff and the slowest elevators on the planet. But. It’s close to the slopes!

No where to park Buffet was not tasty food - okay Ski staff did not know how to process a Klook voucher - took over an hour for them to figure it out Service is bare minimum Towels could have been cleaner Room was nice sized and heated floors were nice Food options were OK , not the best Overall 3.5 stars Skiing was good and night time skiing and snowboarding good . They give you 2 options ie 4 hours or 6 hours The staff at the ski shop repair was nice and refused to take our gratuity Room could have been cleaner . Size was nice . No washer dryer in condo B , but there is a communal one To be fair we also came during new year (busy)

Room was dirty when I arrived, I flushed toilet, used bar of soap on the counter and no towels in the room. Told the front desk and they just offered new towels and not a new room. Also booked a room in the “Tower” and was placed in what looked to be like a regular room and was not in the tower attached to the hotel. Maybe that’s just how they book things online but it’s a bit deceiving. I’ll stay at the hotel nearby next time and hopefully it’s better service. Also, like no parking, they say parking available on their site but I had to park quite the distance from the hotel. They don’t enforce who parks in their parking lot so I’m going to assume that people who aren’t guests are parking there to go skiing.

Wonderful Ski resort. I visited this place with my friends from SG and they were super satified with this place. And even think better than Ski resort from Japan they visited in Feb 23. Ski resort was well-organized and entire property (including dinning places and water park) were well maintained and renovated. They were super suprised when we discovered this place is actually over 20 years. They rent ski and ski closth as well. So you don't need to bring any heavy cloth or eqippments

파크가 워낙커서 산책하기 좋음 주변에 식당, 편의점 등 다양해서 이용하기 좋은편 블루캐니언 규모는 조금 작지만 이용하기 좋음 리조트는 시설이 낙후되긴 했고, 취식가능해서 실내 냄새가 베어있긴 함 ㅜ

숙소 상태가 너무 노후화 되었음을 느끼게 됩니다. 슬로프 방향이라고 하지만 거의 발코니 바로 앞이 정리되지 않은 숲으로 막혀있고, 발코니는 더러워서 나가기 꺼려집니다. 화장실에는 구석구석 까만 곰팡이 때가 잔뜩 끼어 있는 상태입니다.

욕실 들어서자마자 물때 냄새가 심하게 나네요 걸려있는 수건에서도 핏자국 같아 보이는 얼룩이 보여 심히 불쾌했습니다 성수기에 저렴한 가격에 숙박했다고는 하지만 전체적인 숙박시설 컨디션이 매우 안좋아 보였습니다 욕실 타일에 검정 곰팡이는 물론이고 욕조에 분홍 곰팡이까지 정말 씻고싶은 생각 싹 가시게 만드는 욕실이었습니다 아무리 오래 됐다지만 컨디션 관리좀 해야할듯 합니다

I loved how the property was a quick walk to the ski school and the slopes. There were many dining options and breakfast was served until 2pm so we could take it slow in the mornings. What I didn't like was that the room assigned to us had a dark interior and the furniture was not well-maintained. The leather chairs were already peeling. It had the overall feeling that it was old and not well-maintained

모바일 체크인은 편했지만 입실했더니 청소 대충 되어있고 냉장고 더럽고 타올도 없었어요. 프론트 전화도 안받아서 블루동 체크인데스크까지 가서 직접 얘기할 수 밖에 없었어요. 발코니는 에어컨 배수가 그대로 흘러서 이끼껴서 나갈 수도 없어요. 오렌지동은 정말 너무 낡아서 투숙객 안받아야 하는거 아닌가 싶네요.

시설과 직원분들의 친절도는 만족합니다. 다만 두가지정도 아쉬운 부분이 있네요. 먼저 조식이용시 많이 대기가 발생합니다. 리조트와 콘도 이용객 모두 몰리다 보니 대기줄이 어마어마 합니다. 다만 식사시간이 7시30분부터 13시까지이니 조식이 아닌 점심으로 드셔도 되긴 합니다. 두번째는 운행하지 않은 시설이나 이벤트를 패키지 상품으로 판매가 되는데. 같은 휘닉스에서 손님들게 나가는 안내가 잘못 나갈수 있을까요? 이용하지 못하면 처음부터 패키지에서 제외가 되어야하는데. 그렇지 않고 어쩔수 없다며 음료로 대체 되는 것이 아쉽네요. 시설 운행중지 되면 패키지에 넣지 말아야지요. 개선 부탁 드립니다. 나머지 부분들은 좋은 휘닉스 파크입니다. 다시한번 가족 여행으로 방문 할 예정 입니다.

스키장에서 숙소까지 이동이 편리하고 가는 길에 카페나 팝업스토어 포토존등 다양한 볼거리 먹거리가 있어서 너무 좋아요. 숙소에서 간단하게 라면정도 끓여먹고 대부분 음식을 숙소 안의 레스토랑에서 포장해서 먹었는데 모두 맛조 좋고 가격도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 숙소간의 소음이 좀 있어서 옆방 젊은이들이 즐겁게 한잔하는 소리가 아이들과 자는 방안에서 너무 잘 들렸어요. 시즌이기도 하고 방도 뜨끈해서 조금 뒤척이다 금방 잠 들긴 했습니다. 겨울마다 스키장은 꼬옥~ 휘팍입니다. 아이들 스키스쿨도 가격도 좋지만 선생님도 너무 좋고 점심을 아이들과 같이 드셔주시는 것이 가장~~ 좋아요.

애견 동반이여서 좋았는데 복도에레베이터 앞에 노상하는개냄새가 난다 강아지숙박층 복도 에 락스 청소나 탈취제또는 디퓨져 정도 놓으면 더청결할것 같다. 강아지 동반 시설이 잘되어 있어 좋았다. 애견동반 야외바베큐는 구성이 조금실망스러웠고 동선이 넘 길다. 차라리그냥 실내 무한 맥주 바베큐 뷔페가 더 깔끔하고 좋을듯 싶다. 루지 발권 매포소가 조금 불친절 했던기역이 ,휘닉스 안 식당들은 전부 만족스러워다 조식메뉴도 깔끔하다.
