Great outdoor area.

This is a good property but the swimming area does not have a spa.

This hotel was nice, clean, safe and quiet. Staff was friendly. The only bad thing was the pool was so cold we couldn’t swim in it.

Great location. Spacious suite. The kitchen area has a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher. Pool, gym, bbq area. Clean and feels new, great price. Will stay here again.

Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, pool was disgusting, no pool towels, just a horrible experience for our family.

Loved fire pit meals were good. Room was comfortable.

Everything was wonderful, bed wasn't very comfortable. Breakfast great, gym great, only negative there was a sign in gym to get ear pieces for treadmill. Front desk said they don't carry them. Pool great. Enjoyed our stay.

Certainly has most things needed for a multiday stay. Breakfast a bit awkward. Lots of kids who enjoyed the pool When you got out of elevator, you heard their screams of joy.

We checked in and the room was filthy. The floor was dirty, the pillows had black spots on them and there was an open lollipop sitting in the kitchen. We informed the front desk and they said that housekeeping had left for the night and that they would clean our room the next day, which they didn’t! We left the hotel that day to stay at a much cleaner hotel nearby.

Check in was great by front desk. Room was half cleaned an my wife had to clean it to our standard. This is the second time this happen. The time before this my wife had to go find housekeeping to be told her supervisor cleared the room for clean an she told her she would call supervisor. There was nothing in the bathroom no soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, floors were dirty. Supervisor came an fixed the problem but no without saying underneath her breath that no one wants to work these days. My wife replied you cleared this room so who’s fault is it really?? This time I will add photos as well, went to find housekeeper an she told my wife she was off an leaving, the front desk was very busy checking people in so my wife touched the room up herself. This hotel is fairly new an the housekeepers are not doing a good job at all an when you begin to let the hotel go with small stuff is when it turns into a nasty place an this was the case this time. Looks like they cleaned with a dirty towel, the tub was dirty, floors were dirty, bed wasn’t made properly, walls are dirty need touch up paint asap. No bags In trash cans, bathroom bad, chair in bedroom had stains, tvs were half cleaned. We come to your hotel often an this is twice with half cleaning. This has to be made right with us because for the amount of money we spend for a good hotel it should be cleaned right the first time..

Our bathroom door couldnt shut so all four of us had to use the downstairs one. No replacement room available. Front desk said they would come look at it, didnt come up. BIG WAD OF HAIR IN BATHROOM DRAWER.

This place has been hit or miss, but I decided to try it again. Once we lost power I checked in and was given a room to stand that was not clean at all. I came downstairs and reported it to the manager, which, and then he gave me another key for another room, once I got settled back in again, we know we noticed there was a ding coming from the wall we paid no attention not knowing what it was decided to go to dinner and come back many hours later and the ding was still there along with roof leaks, going all down the wall and onto the countertop So again we decided to go back downstairs and let them know what was going on and the lady was too busy she said, and on staff to look at the room, so she just gave us another key my daughter myself and we went to another room. Finally, this room was clean and wasn’t leaking with water from the ceiling . I like this hotel before but I doubt I will stay at this Hilton Home2 suite unfortunately again.

Set the phone on the nightstand and it stuck to some nastiness that wasn’t cleaned up. Fixed a cup of coffee and used the nondairy creamer which was nasty and lumpy. The bathroom exhaust fan that runs constantly sounded like a plane engine all night even with the door closed it was never not in the background Went to the shower this AM and there was a leftover used hand towel hanging on the shower rod NO WAY WAS THIS ROOM EVER CLEANED BEFORE I CAME HERE. What a disappointment NOT representative of this Brand

Bathroom covered in hair that wasn’t cleaned. Fan on ac doesn’t continuously run. Turns off until it gets too hot then turns back on.

Our carpets and floor in bathroom were filthy. Hair in shower and pubic hair. Tv was fuzzy

The location is incorrect on the map and finding it tom 30 extra minutes, it was very confusing. That definitely needs to be fixed. My bathroom also had a bunch of hair scattered, so I felt it wasn't completely clean. I brought product and cleaned it. That was disappointing.

Our family of 5 spent one night. The 2 queen suite was a perfect size for our whole family and we didn’t have to get two rooms. The rooms were clean, some upkeep was needing to be done in the bathroom (rust stain on shower floor, lime stain on sink). Wish the bathroom door was more private. It was a pocket door that didn’t lock.

The property was just fine. I didn't have a problem with that. But the WiFi was absolutely abysmal. There wasn't any good connection so working was difficult. And they also have no way to stream which made my downtime even more difficult to enjoy as I had to watch whatever was on the TV. When I asked why I couldn't stream they said they don't have that option. It would have been nice if they had that described prior to booking especially with how expensive my stay was.

The suite is spacious with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The customer service was excellent and friendly. Very clean property with a pool and free breakfast. Malls and restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes of driving. I definitely will stay here again.

Breakfast choice was limited, the gym was a bit limited. The air conditioning was very very dry. However the room was clean and a nice size. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location with a variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel is not where Google Maps thinks it is!

The only negative I found was the fact there was not a lock on the bathroom door.

Arrive at the hotel and they sold our confirmed room to someone else. No other rooms available. Never again

Property was ok, beds were comfortable however after multiple requests no one showed up for house keeping. Disappointing.

The staff at the front desk was horrible!!! We waited over 14 hours for towels and still never got them after speaking with a manager who stated she was on her way up now, and never came.

Check in was great. The hotel ran out of rooms (we checked in at 10:00 pm), so they gave us two adjoining rooms.They also brought us clean bedding for the pullout couches for our kids. The place looks brand new.

Hotel was very clean but the staff is exceptional. Tiffani at the front desk was amazing and made the stay perfect. She remembered everyone’s name and treated us like old friends.

Quiet and convenient location.

Very new, clean. My best stay for the entire 8 day trip to michigan and NY. Stayed 3 nights, very clean room, good service, decent breakfast in the morning. Good location, close to several restaurants in the Troy area.

It’s hard to find the entrance and parking lot. There’s no road signs and you have to go thru other parking lots to reach the hotel. So strange

Great, quiet location. Staff is extremely accommodating. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, some within walking distance. The hotel was quiet and very family friendly.

This was my second stay at a Home2 Suites. We stayed here the night of the Taylor Swift concert. Hotels near the venue were up to $800/night. This hotel was about a 20 minute drive to downtown Detroit, but right off the freeway so it was still fairly convenient. The price was only slightly inflated from normal price. I think the hotel was fully booked, but it was still quiet. The parking lot was packed, but it has an overflow lot for additional parking. The amenities were good. There is a small patio area with tables and gas grills. Our suite had a fridge, microwave, dishes, and dishwasher. Black-out blinds were a plus. The TV had some burn-in on it, but it wasn't horrible. Just to the southeast is a small shopping center with several different food options. The only issue I had was the location on Google Maps wasn't accurate, although this is no fault of the hotel. I put in for a location change with Google so hopefully it'll be corrected soon.

It’s a nice location to stay if you want to shop at Somerset mall. Easy to access from the highway.

All interactions with staff were phenomenal all the way through, everyone was happy to help & friendly which is super important to me. The overall look & feel of the building was very nice. My only cons would be a couple minor issues with cleaning in my room, and the tv channels were extremely limited. Breakfast was different than most hotels, but it was good with drink options such as mango water instead of your typical apple & OJ. Overall very nice stay. My friends enjoyed their stay too. I would stay here again as well as recommend it!

We have stayed at this location many times. Room is always clean and comfortable. We stopped at the front desk to get more regular coffee packets for our room for the next morning and were told they were out. We asked if housekeeping had any and were told no. How can that even be? How could you be out of coffee to stock the rooms. Also the breakfast was not good - old bagels - that's as far as we got with that so I can't review the rest of breakfast offering.

We enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating our 34th Anniversary and really would've enjoyed a better breakfast. The options were terrible, otherwise everything was fine.

I like the home style setting. The hotel has the newest design. I would rent these type again. But the breakfast veriaty is limited. I could be better

We have stayed here multiple times. Our room is always clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay here in our future travels. Our only issue is the breakfast - I'm sure a lot of people enjoy it but we are vegetarians and don't eat cereal/oatmeal- it would be nice to have egg & cheese only biscuits or bagels.
