Great accommodation but will contact facility to discuss a couple of issues. Would stay there again. The Just Brews restaurant pizza is absolutely amazing

Cabin was cozy for a Family of 6 and beds were extremely comfortable. We appreciated the extra blankets, they came in very handy. The heaters were warm and held back the bitter cold through the night which was great! The kitchen was equip with most things, however could have used a few more cooking items to help with cooking for 6 people. We appreciated the little provisions of dishwasher and washing machine cleaners as we did not pack these and bought our own. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash is supplied which was so convenient as was the very hot showers with great water pressure!! We had to provide our own cling wrap, aluminium foil and baking paper - something we didn’t anticipate needing but came in handy. The couch was comfortable for 6 people and we enjoyed movie nights with the kids. Despite numerous attempts by ourselves and staff we could not connect to internet, resulting in having to use our data for additional $5 per day. The bounce mat was broken and our kids were really looking forward to using this, but we moved on to the beach and park instead. The place itself is located nearby local shops which made it convenient for foodstuffs and dinner. The cabin was generally quiet despite having so many people staying so we were given the privacy we needed and the found it to be a great place to wind down and just be a Family.

Great holiday park that is pet-friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay as the cabin was presentable, the location was in a nice natural setting within 10 minutes walk from the beach through the wetlands, and the staff were kind and courteous. There is also a massage clinic on site. Recommended improvements include better quality beds (bed in our room was very uncomfortable to sleep on) and make sure everything is in order (shower head in our room was damaged).

Ingenia Holidays Cabins and Camp site at Byron Bay is well located a short drive from Byron Bay. The facilities are good, with a lovely pool and picturesque surrounds and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Great holiday park with a nice pool, skate park and playground. Lovely walk to Tallow Beach and only 5 minutes drive to Byron Bay town centre. Pet friendly, including the beach which is an off leash dog beach. The grounds are well maintained and just really nice. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. I stayed in a cabin it's simple and comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was the soft beds, I ended up sleeping on my camping mattress. Other than that it was excellent and I'll definitely be back.

Cabin was clean and comfortable with everything you need, apart from a robe in the 1st bedroom. Location is a little away from anything, so you'll need your car. Cafe was not open when we were there.

The property was clean and kid friendly. The swimming pool was good too. The playground is a bit outdated and could use some swings. The cafe on site was amazing the food and coffee were excellent.

Booked a 2 Bed Premium Villa. Stayed 1 night in the villa then asked to move due to a number of issues. Half a blind was missing in 1 room. Needed to put a pillow over it to restrict the light coming in and waking our daughter up. Switch fell off the switch for one of the ceiling fans. Aircon in living room had mould or alot of dirt in it and the one in the main bedroom has alot of dust on it. They did not have another villa availble and offered us a couple of options. We took a bech shack as which was a down grade but we had no where else to go but was not offered any compensation from the staff. We did book though expedia and they have offered some points

Clean and tidy

The location is great. The bathroom sink had a drainage issue and the smell was through the place. It was terrible to breath in, we had to leave doors and windows open the whole time. There was cleaned mold on ceiling. Still an issue with mold.

We were initially placed in an older cabin (Superior 2 bedroom Villa) and it was absolutely filthy! The shower was so small, it was difficult to shower and the water went everywhere. The positives about this cabin were that it was spacious, had a full size (new) fridge, a good sized couch and very comfortable beds. We spent one night in this cabin then looked into alternative accommodation in the area. I spoke to the receptionist and the park manager was also in the office, they were both extremely apologetic about the state of the cabin and explained they have a staff shortage and we’re doing the best they could over the busy long weekend/school holiday period. They upgraded our cabin to a newer one (Superior Family Villa 2 bedroom) for the remainder of our stay and the manager immediately went and prepared it herself. This cabin was new, fresh and spotless. The bathroom was a good size, as was the shower. I would definitely recommend this cabin/villa. The park facilities were pretty good, it was nice to stay somewhere with more of a traditional caravan park feel, rather than a Big4 with water parks, etc. inside. It had the essentials to keep the kids entertained. The wifi wasn’t working the whole time we were there and the phone reception isn’t the best but I didn’t think either of these things were the worst because it kept the kids off their screens! Just something to consider if you needed it for work, etc. I would stay again because of the fantastic manager!

Stay was fine. Room floors were really not cleaned. The basin drain was slow but I just took it apart and fixed it instead of calling maintenance. Room layout was good and location was good. Nice walk to the beach

We really enjoyed staying at this property, it was great for a one night stopover. The bed was very comfortable, good shower, clean and quiet. Lovely to be able to have our pooch with us too. We’d definitely stay again.

Amazing place to rest after spending a few days in the road. The rooms are clean and modern and property staff is welcoming and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Beds were comfortable, could not connect to the wi fi. Not enough bench space in bathroom, need extra towel rail in bathroom. No hanging space in the second bedroom.

The Internet connection wasn't great, but, that's really a minor issue.

The deluxe cabins are very roomy for a family of 5. Easy walk to the beach.

Hired the shack for a couple of nights. A little small but had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

Very small unit. A bit clostrerphobic.

Cabin old small wouldn’t stay again

We got upgraded to the eco cabin it was very tight. We had a portacot that we had to set up in the hallway and then couldn't get around. Not sure if the original room was that tight but it was not very convenient. The beach was quite far away compared to other caravan parks we have stayed at. But overall we had fun it was nice and close to Byron Bay and was a nice area.

Simply amazing we have never met such friendly and hospitable staff ever The manager is one of the most helpful and caring people you could ever meet TC Alfred coming and all they could do was find ways to be helpful and supportive

From the minute my husband and I walked into reception we were made to feel sooooo welcome. The staff were very professional, informative and very kind. We were given an upgrade for our accommodation and my goodness we were impressed with the pod. We would certainly recommend this caravan park.

There was an issues with our original booking, so we were very quickly moved to a different place, and we even allowed early check in. Extremely thankfully

Very nice family suite met the needs of our 5 adult family members. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful, even sending a technician to the suite to fix WiFi reception for the television. Highly recommend this safe, affordable lodging option.

Probably the worst management I’ve ever experienced over charging for what ever they can And make life miserable trying to get a refund for their poor performance

Amazing customer service and great place to stay

Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Only negative was that venue asked for payment twice. Was rectified thanks to Hotels.com.

Résa cabine super confort. Camping confort. Piscine super avec infrastructures enfant. Juste beaucoup de monde (et fêtes bruyantes) en week end. Mais la sécurité a fait de son mieux pour calmer les nombreux fêtards.

Park was ideally suited to explore byron bay. Bus stop was directly outside the park. Tallow beach was 7min walk away. Overall a lovely site with friendly staff.

Stayed in lovely little studio, well equipped with kitchen utensils and cleaning products. Lovely and quiet as I was at back of site. Loved seeing all the birds, but not hearing them at 5am as the walls are very thin. Bus stop right outside the site, although buses very infrequent, but OK if you plan ahead. Also quite a walk to shops as the "local shop" advertised is just a few items in reception which you could purchase

Clean, fun, and beautiful property! We loved using our kitchen and the 5 minute walk to the beach was an amazing amenity. It is worth noting that the bus does not run late, and we had to uber back and forth at night. Would definitely come back!

The Beach Shack was clean and tidy but the bathroom was cramped and in need of upgrade and certainly not worth the rate charged. The Park was over 4 k from Byron Bay but reasonably quiet and we enjoyed our ten day stay with frequent walks to the nearby beach and Suffock Park village.

It was a lovely modern unit, very clean and convenient. A 10 minute walk to the beach. Very friendly informative staff. A little coffee shop at the front of the premises, to have breakfast. Loved it!!
