酒店位置非常好，可以直接在行人天橋上走到JR站和各大商場。客房有點歷史感，但整體是整潔的。遇到的所有職員都很有禮貌。唯一不滿意的是酒店的浴場，以這一家酒店的規模，浴場實在是太小。浴池很小，很容易便擠滿人。第一晚更因為太多人而未能夠進入浴場，非常可惜。浴場沐浴的位置去水位置淤塞，在我入住的五晚內都沒有解決，衛生問題並不理想。

🔸ホテルの入口があまり目立たないので、最初間違えてとなりのJALシティホテルに行ってしまいました。 🔸各階ごとにゲートがあって部屋のカードキーがないと入れないので防犯上は良いかと思います。 🔸大浴場へ行くのは部屋のスリッパとパジャマでOKでした。入口に受付の方がいて、ロッカーキーとスリッパ目印を渡してくれますので、安心してゆっくりお湯につかれます。湯上がりにアイス1本もらえます。シャワーの水圧はかなり高くヘッドが暴れるので注意が必要です。

立地が良く、スタッフの方々の対応が良かったです。大浴場の排水がつまっており、水が流れず溜まっていました。洗い場の床がプールのようになっており、お風呂に入らず、帰られた方もいました。定期的にお風呂の温度だけでなく、排水のチェックが必要かと思います。

3泊4日利用しました。とても過ごしやすかったです。フロント前にフリードリンクのスペースがあり、朝から夜遅くまで無料でコーヒーをいただけるのは大変ありがたかったです。また一日一本ミネラルウォーターを部屋の冷蔵庫に補充してくれたのも快適でした。宿泊中の洗濯に伴いハンガーが足りなくなりフロントに追加の借用を申し出ました際には、必要分用意してくださりわざわざ部屋まで届けてくださいました。全てにおいて快適に過ごせました。大浴場は混んでおり待ち時間が長くなるために結局一度も利用しませんでしたが、部屋でシャワーを利用すれば良いだけのことでしたので問題はありませんでした。大変お世話になりました。

提携している駐車場がとても遠くて地図だけではわかりにくく、雨の中歩いていくにはとても不便でした。さらに翌朝車を取りに行った際、駐車場の入り口が全くわかりませんでした。そのような場所の詳細な説明もスタッフから無く、駐車料金も200円多くかかりました。また子供と2人で予約しましたが、スリッパや歯ブラシなども1つしか無く、フロントにお願いしても届けてくれるのがすごく遅かったです。 2度目は無いと思います。

大浴場の管理が良かったです。きちんと入り口にフロントスタッフおり案内がありました。部屋に入って、汗のような、臭いにおいに辟易しました。スプレーも空気清浄機もあり、頑張ってもらいましたが、なんか臭くて辛かったです。あと、カーテンが汚れていました。

仙台駅から徒歩5分以内で、交通の便がよいので 2度目の利用でした。ロビーにウェルカムドリンクがあり、夜遅くまで利用できます。唯一、浴槽の排水口の金具が黒く滑っていたのが不快でした。他は清潔だったので残念でした。

ホテルの立地も良く駅から数分で周辺には飲食店もあって便利だと思います。大浴場もあって、外で冷えた身体を温めらます。アメニティも充実していますし、清潔でした。また仙台に行った際は利用したいと思います

仙台駅から徒歩10分圏内なのは有り難いですね。施設も全体的に綺麗でウェルカムドリンクやドリバーもありサービスも良いと思います。気になる点としては空気清浄機の水タンクの汚れと(赤カビ)お風呂の排水に毛が絡まっていました。正直気持ちが悪いですね。

It's an average hotel, nothing special. Close to the train station. Breakfast is average. The rings are very clean. Unfortunately the AC is not working (the same was true for a colleague in a different room) and the room is really hot. So you have to open the window to be able to sleep. This gets really loud starting 4:30 am with trains and traffic.

A comfortable hotel for a few nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Room small, as per Japan standards. Sufficient amenities in room. Drinks and small goods like razors, hairbrush etc available down stairs, near reception. Direct access to shopping centre Parco etc via walk way. Close to rail station. Remain on walkway and travel past or through shopping centres. At end of walk way turn right and walk to entry door. Depending on time of day there is direct entry to the reception from the walk way. Otherwise you need to take the life to ground level and enter from another set of lifts.

You definitely get what you pay for. Sadly you couldn't totally turn off the heat, and the room dried out. There were loud people in the hallways and I ended up only getting about 3 hours of sleep total. The room was clean and the amenities were fine. Bathroom was above standard for similar business hotels.

サービスと位置がすごく良かったですが、防音効果が良くなかったです。しかも朝三時半から4時半にかけてシャワーやお風呂の音で、全然寝られなかったです。そうじゃなければすごく泊まりやすいところはずだと思います。

朝食なしプランで小学生の子供と3泊しました。初めてこちらのホテルを利用しましたが、駅から近く、大浴場もあり、設備・スタッフ等申し分ないと感じました。初日のチェックイン時に朝食の代金を確認したところ、大人2200円、小学生は1100円とのこと。時間の関係でチェックアウトの日だけホテルで朝食をいただくことにしました。フロントで朝食代を事前支払の際に、子供の年齢を聞かれたので「11歳」と答えました。そして請求された金額は大人2名分の4400円でした。チェックイン時に小学生は半額だときいたことを伝えると「高学年ですね。」と言って金額を訂正されました。高学年であろうが低学年であろうが小学生です。しかもうちの子供は中学生にみえるような子供ではなく、むしろ年齢より小さく３～4年生にしかみえません。一目小学生です。日本の小学校を知っていれば１１歳を中学生と思う方はいないと思います。もし、チェックイン時に金額を確認していなければ、請求どおり大人二人としてお支払いしてしまったと思います。どのような意図なのか不信感しかありませんでした。

便利な場所でとても綺麗なホテルです。イベントと重なったので23時ごろチェックインしようとしたら、チェックインの大行列で1時間弱待ちました、こういう事態が想定されるのであればスタッフを増やすなどの対応が望まれます。で、大浴場に入れませんでした！

いつも利用してます。素晴らしいです！！ドリンクのサービスも最高でした。お部屋も落ち着くし、綺麗で静かだし素晴らしい。ただ２つだけ！！受付がものすごく時間かかる。ひどい時は30分近く並んで待たされる。それと、枕！！高くて寝れない。アメニティの横に低い枕あるといーなぁ。

Hotel Monte Hermana is near Sendai Station, easily reachable by elevated walkway directly to Reception. Check-in was smooth and fast. The offer of a welcome drink was very generous. The choice was Lemon Sour, beer, Gin Lime or soft drinks. not just a bottle of water. Security was good, the door to each floor only opening after swiping the key card. The room was larger than usual, as was the TV. The free bottle of water in the room was very welcome. The room was quiet despite being near a busy main street. I did not try the breakfast, but I enjoyed beginning my day with s nice hot public bath snd sauna on the 9th floor. Excellent value for money in a city where hotel prices have skyrocketed recently!

提携している駐車場がとても遠くて地図だけではわかりにくく、雨の中歩いていくにはとても不便でした。さらに翌朝車を取りに行った際、駐車場の入り口が全くわかりませんでした。そのような場所の詳細な説明もスタッフから無く、駐車料金も200円多くかかりました。また子供と2人で予約しましたが、スリッパや歯ブラシなども1つしか無く、フロントにお願いしても届けてくれるのがすごく遅かったです。 2度目は無いと思います。

久々に利用させてもらいました。駅近で仙台駅からペデストリアンデッキで直通なのは便利。駅前のアーケード概要へのアクセスも至近なので、チェックイン後も動きやすかったです。大浴場のフロアのお部屋だったので、活用もしやすかったのがありがたかった。また次回も利用させて頂きます。

こちらのホテルは2階がフロントになっていました。初回は少々分かりにくいかもしれません。向かいのアエルから陸橋を渡った方が良いです。商業施設を抜ければすぐ仙台駅やショッピング街に着くため便利です。
