Check in staff were helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable all toiletries were provided. Hotel was very centrally located and about 10-15 minute walk straight up from station to back entrance. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was very large compared to most hotels which was a great plus, location was perfectly near the big Sendai station. Bathroom is pretty small though, where everything is in one spot which is okay but I like the ones where the shower and toilet is separate but they were exactly what we needed for staying 2 nights.
