有大草地、環境十分舒適，晚上也可觀夕星，飯店有提供瑜珈（付費）課程。旁邊就有outlet跟商場，飯店停車也方便，餐廳很好吃，SPA按摩很棒。飯店櫃檯/各個服務人員態度都很好，是個值得大力推薦的飯店！

직원분들이 정말 친절하시고, 호텔시설도 좋았습니다. 룸키가 일반 카드키가 아니라 큰 열쇠로 주시는데 생각보다 클래식하고 멋스러웠습니다. 조식메뉴도 적당했고, 특히나 앞쪽에 정원이 있어서 경관이 좋았습니다. 센다이 시내 복잡한 거리보다 훨씬 분위기가 조용해서 편하게 쉬다 올 수 있었습니다. 주차도 편하고, 따로 주차비도 없어서 잘 이용했습니다. 바로 길건너에 아울렛이 있어서 간단하게 쇼핑도 하고 음식점도 갈 수 있었어요. 친절하게 응대해주신 직원분들께 감사하다는 인사 드립니다.

クリスマスに近いせいかイルミネーションがとても幻想的でしたし、仙台駅周辺のような喧騒もなく静かに過ごせました。また泊まりたいです。朝食も非常に美味しかったです。

部屋は広く静か、落ち着いて滞在できました。夕食、朝食をホテル内で取りましたが、料理、サービスとも満足いくものでした。朝食を提供するレストランが一箇所に限られているため、混雑する点はやや残念です。また、地下駐車場とロビーの移動は階段のみでエレベーターがありません。荷物が多い場合はスタッフに依頼すればこころよく運んでくれますが、これはチェックアウト後のこと。到着時に駐車場からフロントに上がる場合の対応を一考頂ければと思います。

2泊しました。スタッフさんは笑顔で対応もしっかりして清潔感もあって、すごく良かったです。ホテルも高級感があって、普段あじあえないような思いが出来て素敵な思い出となりました。しいて言うならば、お部屋のシャワー室が少し、カビが生えている様子があったのが気になりました。

Surprised by the large space of the room and bath, no problem to accommodate our group of three people. Sendai Daikannon also visible on good weather. Although not located in city centre, it's next to a DFO complex so shopping and dining are just several minutes walking away.

部屋の設備不良が複数あり残念であった。外気温が高い日であったが冷房の効きが悪く、チェックインして部屋に入ると涼しくなく残念であった。また、部屋に備えついている冷蔵庫も全然冷えなく不良品で交換してもらう対応をしていただいた。スタッフの対応は非常によく朝食のバイキングは種類が豊富でおいしかった。

お客さんは多かったですが客室周りは静かで、落ち着いて過ごせました。大きめのツインの部屋にベッド2台追加してもらい、中学生連れの旅行でしたが、狭すぎる事もなく良かったです。子供達はベッド上で寝転んでテレビでYouTubeを見れて喜んでいました。お風呂のシャワーとバスタブ別なのは良かったです。朝食ビュッフェで卵料理をその場で作ってもらえるのが嬉しかったです。牛タンカレーも美味しかったです。他にも種類がたくさんで、少しずつ色々食べました。庭の散策もでき、アウトレットモールへも徒歩ですぐに行く事ができました。また別の季節に泊まりに来たいと思いました。

Dinner in teppanyaki was fantastic! The chef was very accommodating with our food restrictions and put a lot of effort and care into the food. Highly recommend! The restaurant hostess at breakfast was also very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately the reception staff were not as hospitable as they refused to let me attend the yoga workshop as we arrived at midnight and they needed confirmation by 6pm. In addition, they didn’t offer to help us with the luggage when we arrived after a 16-hour journey.

Dinner in teppanyaki was fantastic! The chef was very accommodating with our food restrictions and put a lot of effort and care into the food. Highly recommend! The restaurant hostess at breakfast was also very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately the reception staff were not as hospitable as they refused to let me attend the yoga workshop as we arrived at midnight and they needed confirmation by 6pm. In addition, they didn’t offer to help us with the luggage when we arrived after a 16-hour journey.

初めて泊まらせていただきました。遅いチェックイン時刻になる旨、夕方あたりにお電話させていただきましたが、その際の男性スタッフの方の対応もとても親切丁寧で安心しました。朝食がとても美味しくて幸せな時間を過ごすことができました！館内はとても清潔で高級感もあり非日常のひとときを過ごすことができました。エレベーターの故障？点検？があり、階段しか使えなくなってしまっていたようでしたが、その際の案内や心遣いも不快にさせられるような事は1度もなく、逆にホテルのきめ細やかさを感じられる機会となりました。フロント、レストラン、エレベーター故障のためあちこちに立っているスタッフ、全ての方のおかげで素敵な旅行になりました。本当に大切にしていた日だったので、心から感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

お出迎の荷下ろしから荷物運びお手伝いしていただきました。主人が駐車場に止めに行っている間も、チェックインの間子供を見て頂き、一緒に遊んでくれたりととても助かりました。クラッシックな建物は特別感があり、エントランスにあるお正月飾りは圧巻でした。またルームキーもカードキーでは無くアンティーク調の棒鍵でまた素敵でした。雰囲気やスタッフの接客、大満足でした。

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was yummy, and the illumination at night was so pretty. Also, we got real keys- it’s been a long time since I’ve had an actual key so that was fun!! Most of the staff I spoke to spoke limited English, and I speak just a little Japanese so, just be ready to use your Japanese skills! :)

Hotel is a bit from the downtown, but it is surrounded by very friendly neighborhood with everyhing properly located within 15min walking distance. Another interesting point is that it almost felt like as if I am in rich suburban city from the States or Europe.

Surprised by the large space of the room and bath, no problem to accommodate our group of three people. Sendai Daikannon also visible on good weather. Although not located in city centre, it's next to a DFO complex so shopping and dining are just several minutes walking away.

This hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees and is so stunning! It’s quiet and feels so remote yet across the street from shopping. It’s a 20 min taxi ride to downtown Sendai but it’s worth it.

We always love staying here with lots of dining and shopping options across the street at Tapio, plus the hotel has a breakfast buffet thats really nice and lots of food made fresh to order which is really nice! The quality is top notch! Its easy to get to and quieter, cleaner and more fun than staying downtown. If we go to Sendai, we stay here. Also the price for the rooms cant be beat for groups/families of 4 or more. The staff makes staying here so easy and comfortable! Also we love their bonfire and fireside activities and their evening bar - so many yummy goodies to enjoy!

Dinner in teppanyaki was fantastic! The chef was very accommodating with our food restrictions and put a lot of effort and care into the food. Highly recommend! The restaurant hostess at breakfast was also very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately the reception staff were not as hospitable as they refused to let me attend the yoga workshop as we arrived at midnight and they needed confirmation by 6pm. In addition, they didn’t offer to help us with the luggage when we arrived after a 16-hour journey.

仙台市内で講演がありその後宿泊しました。近場と迷いましたが、ちょっと足を伸ばして大正解！広々とした空間で館内も綺麗だし、周りの緑にも癒されました。スタッフさんの丁寧な対応も良かったです。朝食のビュッフェも種類が多いたけでなく質も良かったです。特に作り立ての卵料理と小松菜のスムージーが美味しかったです。翌日はアウトレットでも買い物を楽しみとても充実した仙台泊になりました。今度は、朝ヨガしてみたいです。

部屋からの景色がとても良くて毎朝カーテンを開けるのが楽しみでした♫ 朝食も種類が豊富で選ぶのが大変なくらい沢山ありましたし、とても美味しかったです！！２泊しましたが足りないくらいでした…( ˘ω˘ ) ベビーベッドも借りさせてもらい、ありがとうございました⭐︎ 仙台に来たら絶対また泊まりたいです！

It's a charming, old-fashioned hotel. The staff are polite and attentive, and I would stay there again if I had the chance. A minor point: perhaps because the hotel is quite old, some of the fire sprinkler heads are rusty. I hope they can check and clean them sometime. Otherwise, it's perfect.

The room was very nice and had an excellent view over the garden. We were able to walk to the outlet mall conveniently and, in general, the place was very convenient and nice. The staff were also very pleasant and able to speak excellent English.
