Deluxe Inn

The room was noisy because the entrance door had no weather stripping. The room was either too hot or too cold and was not able to regulate the rooms thermostat. The sauna stayed at 50 degrees. The thermostat did not permit the heat to rise to 80 degrees. The door to the sauna had a large gap between the door and the frame which allowed too much heat to escape the sauna. The chairs were uncomfortable. There was too many mirrors in the space, especially over the bed and hot tub area. There was no complimentary coffee in the room. Housekeeping was clean. There was restaurants in walking distance.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. I felt safe and free parking on the property was amazing.

Bonjour, nous avons bien aimé qu’il y est un stationnement gratuit, il ce font quand même rare. Nous sommes arrivée à 4h du matin et le service a la clientèle étais bien à se moment. Malheureusement nous avons louer la suite avec bain tourbillons et sauna tout les deux ne fonctionnais pas ! Avoir su on aurais louer une chambre normal temps qu’à pas utiliser le bain et le sauna. Après avoir mentionner à plusieurs reprise au service à la clientèle il nous dirige vers expédia et je veulent pas nous aider !

An overall great stay! The lady at the front desk was great! We were able to check in a bit early. She helped us with directions and which bus to get on and allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot after checking out so we didn’t have to worry about while at the baseball game.

Parking was good

Stayed in the suite and it was nice to hangout in a room with that was spaces and had a jacuzzi and sauna in the room.

Toenail in the hot tub, hot tub jets not working, sauna didn’t get very hot.

Stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi and sauna in the room, and it was such a fun time! The staff were nice upon check in and out, the bed was super comfortable and massive, and the place was pretty clean. The few downfalls were that tv was crooked, we struggled to lower the heat of the hvac unit, and as bigger people the sauna steps felt a little squeaky lol.

Walls are paper thin, our room was beside the office and I could hear them coming and going throughout the night as well as the street traffic and anyone just walking by the room. The biggest problem was the bed, it was a king size bed with a big sinkhole in the middle. basically wherever one tried to sleep, you would be rolled in to the middle, terrible for the back and terribly uncomfortable. The pillows were also beyond cheap, like 3$ foam The room is far from new with scrapes, dents and scratches throughout, it looks old and worn. The small good points were the jaquzzi tub was nice a huge (though we didn't try the jets and i was afraid to) and there was an unexpected sauna in the room. I could forgive the wear and tear look of the room but you get a room for sleep and the noise was loud and the bed worthless for sleep

It was fine...the price was good. I didn't appriciate the no notice maintenence guy having to come into the room to replace the TV. I really didnt appreciate getting bit by bed bugs. Staff was helpful and switched my room and helped move my things...but still...bed bugs.

Our room was dirty and had hair on the bed and in the bathroom. We asked for a new room and the new room also had hair on the bed. We asked for new sheets and the while changing them they were dusty and the worker reeked. The bathroom also reeked and we found it uncomfortable to stay there. The hair dryer was broken and when we asked for it to get fixed they never fixed it. Overall lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene made it very uncomfortable and overall a disappointing experience.

All rooms are having lots off cockroaches. First, we got one room with cockroaches, After that they changed our room while we complained and we got one another room and faced same situation. Also, Very bad unpleasant smell coming out from the room while we entered.

Room was very clean. Walking distance to various places. Courteous staff.

Each morning I woke up with a few new bites on my hands. Looks like bed bugs.

No coffee machines in the room or in the lobby. You have to walk to Tim Hortons which is on the other side of the Queensway and it is a fair walk. Not fun on a cold day. The TV is IPTV and too complicated to work for people who don't know how to use it. And there are No instructions anywhere. We couldn't get the tv to work at all. The front desk didn't tell us the wifi password when we were checking in.. We assumed it was in the room. It was not. I had to go back to the front desk and ask for it. Then she gave it to me. On a positive note, the room and bathrooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Good location and great price. The bed is super comfy! I highly recommend!!

The heater was noisy and blowing air directly at the bed. Water (from other unit’s use) was noisy flowing through the pipes. I was not able to get much sleep.

No thermostat, ac didn’t work!

The wifi was not working. I was about to do the important work. Told staff about it, complained them about it and they did nothing. Even wifi was so poor that it was on the outside wall of our room and still was not working. Not in any single device, TV remote was not working. It showed slow tracked! Room was super tiny and no charging points beside the beds!

It was average. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the wifi wouldn’t work so the tv was constantly loading.

The mattress I had in the room is very uncomfortable and it’s sagging in the middle and it’s very very uncomfort

The service was great, but the mattress is very uncomfortable because it is sagging in the middle that’s room 143. I was very uncomfortable sleeping and I mentioned it to the front desk when I was checking out.

The Indian-Woman Receptionist made my check-in @ The Deluxe Inn more difficult then it needed to be. I had lost my bank card & my ID cards during my travels to Toronto. Without my ID and only having a photo/digital copy of my ID cards (driver's licence/status card/& health card), made it extremely difficult to get a new bank card or book a luxurious 4-5★star hotel (something we have never gotten the opportunity to do until now). So my friend used his ID to help me book a room here at the Deluxe Inn. But for some reason they told him i was unable to book more than one night at a time. Which i figured okay thats a little weird but nothing totally out of the unusual. Then I noticed there was a big sign at the front desk that said "NO VISITORS", which I could understand if it said after a certain time like 10pm or 11pm, but nope. No visitors whatsoever. I booked my first night stay (which was a one bedroom room that costs $135/night)..the next day i went down in the morning to rebook a second night stay (which they charged me $160/night for the same one bedroom room), the third night stay they charged me $150/night for the same one bedroom nightstay.

A last minute work change and I needed to stay close rather than going home… worked out ideally! Quick check in, friendly front desk, clean and quiet room! Exactly what I needed to get a quick sleep!

Had planned on staying for three days, but that evening I realized the Internet didn’t work, and starting hearing working girls next door. Said I’d be checking first thing when I woke up, which I did. Had it just ended there it would not have been the end of the world, but they insisted on charging me for the full THREE DAYS. Have been fighting with them and the credit card to get it refunded since. Super sketchy people.

The owner even cursed at me for complaining . I’ll never ever book with this so-called motel again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU ONLY HAVE A CANADIAN PASSPORT... They will ask for driver license absolutely wich is crazy cause some peoples do not have driver license or the purple card.... You cant give cash for deposit. You have to use a credit card no prepaid and you will have to wait 5 to 7 opem.bussiness day

This Is Decent For A Quick 1 Day Getaway. But PLEASE Make Sure You Get Your Deposit Back & They Take Your Card Off File! Ask For Your Receipt! They Keep Charging My Card For Multiple Deposits. They Don’t Even Give You Your Deposit Back Until Someone Walks To Your Room To Check For Damages & Come Back. Which Is Fine Because There Were No Damages To The Property So She Refunded The Deposit But They Keep Taking Out Deposits. Also I’ve Been Trying To Reach Out But They Are Not Responding

The service was poor. I arrived early. Every hotel I have been in would accommodate you for an early check-in or would at least have a look at the reservations to see if that can be possible. The person here just categorically denied it. Again they just don't do early check-ins no matter what.

Close proximity to the waterfront trail and lakeshore boulevard.

Great location and access to Downtown Toronto

Convenient stay in west side Toronto. Close to restaurants. Outside of building looks outdated but inside is clean and updated. Comfortable accommodation. Good price for the area.

The hotel provides to its guests the basic needs regarding traveling: good bed, good shower, affordability, easy access to main roads. However, 20 minutes to Downtown. Don’t expect more than this. If you don’t mind, go forward! Otherwise, it wouldn’t be an option.

Reasonably priced, clean, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Takes an hour transit to get downtown or $40-$50 uber to downtown

Unique location and accessibility

I’ve stayed in this motel several times and it’s is a great quality for the price choice. It’s also close to the Gardiner-QEW and the 427, and it’s a 30 minute walk (or short TTC bus ride) to Kipling Subway station.

Great location... not very noisy, and near restaurants and highway. Rooms are clean.

Decent hotel to spend the night for a relative low price, one of the most affordable hotels around the area. Very convenient location, only 10 mins from the airport.

I could walk next door for a quick fast-food breakfast or go about a block away for a more substantial restaurant breakfast. There was also some good shopping in the area.

This is alright for a one night stay, if you are passing thru. The motel is showing age but some areas have been renewed. There was a microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. Room is kinda small. Room and bathroom was clean.

Plenty takeaways and restaurants about

I stayed here for three nights. I have absolutely nothing negative to say other than that there was a faint cigarette smell. Other than that it was great. It is situated 2 mins from Ikea so I had many meatballs.

You get what you pay for - NO FRILLS. No coffee maker. Bed was way too soft - almost like a waterbed. Single pillow per person. TV was definitely not HD. Burger King next door if you're into burger & fries!

Très bien dans l'ensemble assez près du centre-ville. Il n'y a pas de déjeuner mais suffisamment de choix tout près. Le seul point négatif est la salle de bain était sale.
