最上階スイートルームのような広い部屋でした。自動販売機が3階にしかないのが不便でした。

セーフティボックスなし、スリッパの強度が弱い

チェックイン、チェックアウト共に スムーズに出来たので良かったです。 部屋も広くて快適でした！ 個人的には、 使い捨てスリッパの他に 普通のスリッパもあれば 使い分けが出来ると思いました。

Good room, closer to the train station. Only drawback is the basic amenities like coffee and brush is not kept in the room.

ホテル自体は快適、湯舟も楕円形で手摺りがあるなど使い勝手が良かった。バスタオルは夜と朝に利用したいので２枚あった方が良かったが、仕方ないか。部屋の広さも十分で落ち着いて滞在出来た。 但し、チェックイン時に受付で対応した外人男性が、私が住所等を記入している際に、「確認することがある」と言って奥の部屋に消えていき、再度現れた時は何も言わず手続き完了した。こんな経験は生まれて初めてであり、この点だけはひじょうに不信感を覚えた。

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีนาโกย่า เดินทางสะดวก ห้องพักเล็กตามมาตรฐานของญี่ปุ่น แต่ห้องก็สะอาด ของใช้จำเป็นมีให้ครบทุกอย่าง มีน้ำฟรีวันละขวดต่อคน ทุกอย่างดีมาก ห้องพักเล็กก็ไม่เป็นไร เสียอย่างเดียว น้ำในห้องน้ำ แรงดันน้ำน้อยมากค่ะ น้ำเลยไหลอ่อนมาก

泊車位不足，要到附近找停車位，而且頗貴。

One of the best hotel that I've ever stayed at. Very clean and nearby Nagoya station. Breakfast is also superb, don't miss it. They also have laundry area which I really needed at that time. Check in and check out were easy via machines.

An excellent comfortable stay at this hotel. Room was well maintained and comfortable. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh. If hotel can provide electrical adapters for foreign guest, it will make this hotel a perfect stay.

駅前ながら静かだった。カーペットの清掃がもう一つと感じた。

清潔需要加強。浴室陳年污垢，沙發下方灰塵，電視後方灰塵。 不確定是否為名古屋的清潔習慣。

I found some stain at toilet and a hair in the bed, I cannot say very dirty as I am a person who care about cleanliness very much, maybe for some normal people is ok...but the one I appreciate was the breakfast, though choices are few but freash and good taste enough ...the service is also good, so overall, I can say, ok, not bad but dont expect too much

客室が綺麗でした。

低層階の為、外の音が気になり寝付きが悪かった。

部屋が寒すぎる。 エアコンが効かない。 広さは申し分なくよかった。 部屋の広さにエアコンのサイズが合っていない。

Room is fairly spacious, modern and clean. Staffs at front desk are friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to Nagoya station. Highly recommended

地點方便，近JR和新幹線名古屋站，附近有Lawson，早餐是自助餐，食物美味。訂的是3人房加床，房間整潔，但加床後已沒有太多空間，床褥偏軟。

Location is very accessible. However, the place rather small for a 3 person setting. Even with a sofa bed. A true 3-4 person room would be more idealistic.

リニューアル後で清潔・きれい。 スタッフの対応は非常に素晴らしい。 価格の安いDXツインを選んだからか、 隣接ビルじから室内が見えないように 遮光カーテンが全く開かないため、 滞在中は窓なし状態でした。 事前コメントでもあればと思います。

Frontline service staff were very friendly with a courteous smile. Always greeting us when we were in the hotel. Rooms were great, clean and very spacious. Enough room to open 2 to 3 27" luggages with enough room to walk around. Near to Nagoya station, within 5 mins walks.

A large room Tidy

とにかく寒い。この値段でとても広く清潔で…この広い事で暖房が全く行き渡らず、夜帰って来たらとにかく湯船で身体を温め、でもその間に温かく、全然、、、で布団に包まり自分の息で温める。部屋出る時にカードを抜いて全部電気系統が消えるから仕方ないけど

Staff excellent and welcoming

We had an amazing stay here for my family, fr Osaka, en route to Tokyo. Walkable fr Nagoya stn and still quiet. Many dining and convenience store options. Impressive attn to detail. I had inquired abt luggage delivery on our first night and changed my mind. Staff took note to send me a letter to remind me to drop off luggage if I still wanted luggage delivery service! Great customer service! I would highly recommend, thank you Daiwa!

The hotel staff was very rigid. I arrived at 9am and the staff took my passport to check my booking. I had a special request for non-smoking room but the staff didn't mention anything and told us to just come back at 3pm to check in. So I thought they made the arrangements. However, when I came back at 4, the staff just kept telling me all the non-smoking rooms are fully book. When I told them I really can't take the smell, the lady staff just repeat the same sentence she understand but all non-smoking rooms are full. It’s ridiculous because it was given as an option in expedia to pick non-smoking and the staff in the morning did nothing to help us with the request. In the afternoon then they said oh the arrangement was not done so no more non-smoking room. So we said never mind ask her manager to come. End up no manager came and she offered an alternative to an additional charge to get the non-smoking room. Well then all that time was wasted telling me all non-smoking room were full. Very unhappy with the poor service and just blame throwing to non present staff and expedia. Is the staff not a representative of their hotel? If you want to put your listing on expedia, expedia also request guest to contact hotel straight, take your responsibility. Even with the upgrade that we paid for a bigger room to get non-smoking, it was as small as other 16m2 rooms we stayed elsewhere. Bet they gave us a 16m2 despite the upgrade to 20m2.

かなり静かで過ごしやすく、コンビニ等も近くにあるので良かった。 名古屋の市営地下鉄などに行く際は歩いて10分くらいかかるので注意

駅からのアクセスがよく、立地もわかりやすかったです。周囲にドラッグストアやコンビニがあるのもとても便利でした。 フロントのスタッフさんも朝食レストランのスタッフさんも、どの方も皆さん明るく丁寧・親切に対応してくださいました。

Location is right in the city Center. Walking distance from the bus and train stations. Lots of shopping places available around too.

周辺が工事中

駅から歩いて5分ほどの場所にあり、近くにコンビニもあり立地は良いです。 部屋は広くはありませんが、清潔感もあり快適でした。朝食も名古屋ならではのメニューがあり美味しかったです。

名古屋駅から徒歩3分とのことでしたが、駅前の工事でスムーズに歩けず、もっとかかったと思います。朝食はビュッフェでしたが、品数が少なく、味も正直イマイチでした。近くのファミレスにでも行けばよかったかなと思うほどの味です。スタッフの覇気もなく、朝からテンション下がりました。

以此價格能住到離名古屋車站很近且寬敞的大房間，窗景跟設備都很好。飯店早餐物超所值，推薦

新幹線口からは行き方もわかりやすく立地は問題ありません。朝食会場があまり大きくないので連休中等の宿泊の場合は待ち時間を計算しないといけません。（実際、30分程待ちました） 総合的に見れば、快適なホテルだと思います。
