What a welcoming and special stay we had! Couldn’t fault the facilities or the staff. A great location, comfortable setup with great amenities, added services like shuttles from the train station and to the monkey park, and a super dinner and breakfast.

A cozy onsen ryokan with very attentive and helpful male staff. I was truly impressed by his excellent service and will definitely return for another stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Although the onsen is not very large, it offers both indoor and outdoor baths and was pleasantly quiet with few people around.

We lost a money 100% for the reason, that no one was able to make check in after 10 p.m. We must to find and pay another hotel :-((((((

Loved our experience. Only issue was the bed was not enough mattress for us but maybe others would not take issue. Other than that everything was a 10/10. Food was unique and delicious, service excellent, clean and of course the Onsen’s we so fun. Beautiful little town.
