Beautiful apartment. One of the nicest I’ve stayed in (thank you owners). Stylish decor, very modern, everything you need. Lovely comfy beds. The sea is right over the road and it’s lovely hearing the waves. Great balcony. Swimming area between the flags is over the road and to the left. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Bus stops close by. Cafe on ground floor. Loved it!

The property was comfortable and in a great location and had everything we needed. The pool was really lovely also. My only complaint is the traffic noise during the day when we were on the balcony. Next time we’ll stay in a rear apartment or one higher up.

Found it quite noisy with the air conditioner going at night in the room. The fish pond in the foyer with the fountain was also rather noisy & wet the floor in the walkway so you had to be careful when walking past. But was a good location & pleasant enough. Nice eating places nearby. Found the TV was way too high up on the shelf on the wall for us though Excellent that you don’t have to pay extra for your car park.

Great location, the beach is right over the road and the units are modern and clean. Only reason for the 4 stars in the private rooftop was closed for repair and we couldn’t use it. Disappointing for sure, the staff did provide some vouchers for the nearby surf club. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Would recommend this place for sure.

We love the location.Amazing size unit and view!! Whilst it is a bit dated it is clean and the furniture is beautiful and the kitchen has all items you could need very well stocked.

Room smelled, shower over spa very dangerous, slippery getting in and out of shower, no grap rail. Extremely limited coffee, toilet paper ect. No screens on doors or windows, unable to fully open windows.

We stayed in a 3 bed apartment with a sea views which was just fantastic. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities you could want. Sitting on the balcony watching the sea was just fantastic Walking distance to a couple of restaurants or easy drive/bus to many others Highly recommended

We were very disappointed at the condition of our unit (26). There was a cockroach in the corner of the lounge when we arrived which was not a good start. We got all ready to cook breakfast on the first morning and were discussed with the state of the cookware - the frypan was caked with burnt on grease and was filthy inside and out as was one of the saucepans too. Also the cooktop had caked on grease which was difficult to get off. I had forgotten to pack my slippers so was walking around barefoot indoors until I looked at my feet - they were black! The washing machine was out of the ark ( a model from the 80’s) and shook the whole unit when spinning. All in all this place was not maintained in the way it should be to accomodate guests and was overpriced for its condition. We have stayed at several lovely places between Noosa and Alexandra Headlands but Grand Palais was not worthy of any recommendations.

The rooms were nice and clean. Close to the Alex pub, a pizza place and fish and chips. The cafe below the resort was convenient and nice. It’s a 15min walk to Mooloolaba if you want more dinning options. It was nice having the beach across the road. Thanks

AC and fans not working, ok in winter i guess, but like to sleep with a fan on. The main light in bedroom is attached to fan so wasnt working - i think batteries needed to be replaced. Lamps in bedroom kept flickering so unplugged from wall, apart from that very enjoyable stay with young children.

I had such a great stay here. Everything was perfect, fast wifi. Full kitchen. Close to walk to many restaurants. The Alex surf life saving club was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were very happy with our stay. Only disappointment being, I selected 2 queen beds when booking however one room had a double bed pushed right up against the wall with no way to move to gain access to the side of bed. Other bed in the room was a single. I twice requested two queen beds in the special requests section. Not once was I told two queen beds were not available. The main bedroom had a king bed.

Would not recommend. Rude reception staff. Woman would not listen to the fact the txt code to get into our accommodation didn’t come into our phone as indicated in an email. Blamed us for booking through Expedia. Place could do with a good clean. Definitely won’t be back.

Wonderful friendly and informative staff. Apartment 46 was clean, had comfortable furniture and amenities, modern bathrooms and kitchen. adjacent Resturant for breakfast/lunch, The Booley was super!! Nice convenient walking distance to Mololoba shopping and dinning as well as Maroochydore. Wonderful view of the pacific, lots of surfing and beach activity! Pianika, Julie and Wendy weee fabulous. Grand Palais exceeded our expectations!!!

Whilst this venue was in a good area, particularly for beach access and short drive/stroll from dining area, the property is dated, which also means it looks unclean but I am sure it is clean. I had difficulty checking in late and was greeted by an abrupt person who advised they had a wrong number for me but the number on the paperwork was correct. So no contact was made to advise me how to check in after hours. And no communication during stay despite walking past reception multiple times per day. The bed was poorly made with plenty of sheet to tuck in one side and none the other requiring me to remake, but uncomfortable until I realised early in the morning. I will go elsewhere next time.

The staff are wonderful, the rooms are first class, the location is excellent and the coffee/food downstairs at 'The Booley' is amazing. It was our second stay, and we will be back!

Absolutely loved staying here and will definitely return! This was my first time staying in the Sunshine Coast and couldn’t recommend this location higher. The beach is just across the road, there’s bus stops with easy links to the airport/shops right outside, and a wonderful coffee place attached to the building. I read some reviews that said the decor was dated in some rooms - my room wasn’t brand new but it was sparkling clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool towel hire was a great bonus too. I had a ground floor room with a patio, which felt safe and secure at all times.

We had a great 4 night stay. Very comfortable beds and we loved sitting on the balcony taking in the beautiful views. Great position with walking paths and right across from the beach. The Booley Cage underneath is wonderful. Delicious coffee and breakfasts.
