Property is dated with very little upgrade over the years. Supply of toilet papers and tissues is always minimal.

I stayed in room "0307", but the taps and shower in the bathroom were very old, and the shower in particular was unusable. I remember that rooms on other floors I've stayed in in the past were fine. I'd like all rooms to be of the same standard.
