The front desk staff, specially Mike was very helpful and professional. Not only when dealing with us but also when we watched him addressing concerns from other guests. We didn't like the fact that our rooms were on the 3rd floor and was no elevator. Also there was absolutely nothing of any interest around the hotel within walking distance.

Outside of the property could use some love. Weeds at the entrance and all around the building. Location was great and staff were excellent. Rooms were clean. No elevator.

This property is older. The hallways are dark, narrow and gloomy. My suite door was hard to close as it rubbed in the frame. The front glass door to the property rubbed against the ground thus was also difficult to close. The restaurant attached to the hotel has closed since I was there last. The ice machine (only 1 in the hotel) was out of service as well.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean, we will stay there again..the only thing the only one ice maker they have was broken and apparently its been down for a couple of months, seems like a small fix..

The room itself was spacious and the bedding clean. But the building exterior looks decrepit and the front door didn’t seem to lock…safety is not good. And no elevator so we had to carry heavy luggage upstairs. Really lovely front desk staff!

got woken up by jerks running up and down stairs and walking heavily through hallway 530am, not the hotels fault. property is dated but they are slowly upgrading and expanding. pet friendly is fantastic! construction next door is not noisy, but it has restricted 18 wheeler parking in back. room for 2 trucks max. ice machine was down but they had some in freezer if you ask. fridge and coffee in my room, no microwave.

The picture you see in the ad is not what you get. We never once in the two nights we were there saw any cleaning staff. The dirt and grime on the hallway tiles were never cleaned. There was rice on the shabby, ripped heavily stained carpets that smelled like wet dog/cigarettes. Being that it was thanksgiving weekend we had no where else to stay. The first night we actually slept fully clothed on top of bed. Next night we bought blankets of our own. Would not recommend there

The cleaners did an excellent job in the time allotted but there was a lot that needs a deep clean (baseboards, hair dryer cord was nasty, walls, carpet, microwave was broken, rusty inside and super sketchy). I was glad for clean beds and sink/tub but the rest was terrible. Staff were friendly and efficient but I’ll never return.

The rooms could have been cleaned a little bit better. There was a layer of dust on the bed head board as well as crumbs under the edges of the bed. The hallway floors were not clean and all and there was a used bandaid that remained in the same spot for the duration of our stay.

The room and hallway are infested with ants. They are in the beds and on the furniture. The room was dirty. Cheeto on the floor and other random food. The toilet runs for a good two minutes before stopping. The window screen is duct taped.

the whole hotel needs a makeover. we could clearly hear the people above us and beside us. breakfast was ok but only things that were hot was coffee and hot instant cereal. our bathroom shower diverter was not working properly and after the shower there was water all over the floor. the room was congested and it was hard to move around freely. there was only two of us.

Old, worn out. Nothing like the pictures. I arrived at 1730 and my room wasn’t available due to not have been cleaned! And staff had gone home, so they were unable to clean it…So I was given the only available room. A single Queen with no tv. When I required two beds. It’s a loud building. Can here through the walls, mostly above. Even when someone walks down the hallway above it last crazy loud. All in all not that happy for the cost of $250 for this experience.

The rooms are large, clean and well equipped, however ours was located beneath a suite on the floor above and it sounded as though the quest was stomping around our unit. This occuring at 12:00am and was loud enough the wake my wife on more than one occaision over a two day period. Would I stay there again? No, not for that price.......

I haven’t stayed at a super 8 before but there were limited options and it was walking distance from the venue we were going to so that is why I chose to stay there. I’m not a snob in anyway and can happily stay anywhere but they exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and had a nice jacuzzi tub in the main room which was great! Would definitely stay again

Hailey at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming! She gave us some great suggestions of places to visit in the area. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was very clean and comfortable, although a little on the smaller side. We loved that it had an opening window, which we made use of at night. The breakfast area is very clean and bright, and although it was limited to mostly cold items (cereal, yogurt, fruit cups, oranges,instant oatmeal packages, coffee, tea etc) it was great for us. The hotel looks a little run down on the outside, but for the price and location, it fit our needs perfectly. Thank you Hailey for all that you do, you made our stay exactly what we needed. :)

Unfriendly front desk staff, not accommodating, seemed bothered to have people to check in. Told me it’s “the law” to have a credit card for a room, but somehow I was able to stay at another Wyndham hotel the night before in the same province, which I would assume have the same laws with no credit card. And no public bathrooms in lobby, and front desk wouldn’t give me a room key to relieve myself until I was fully checked in which took almost 15 minutes to check in. The rooms were a standard room nothing special about them. But it was good for a sleep. Forgot rings in a room and Mark was able to retrieve them for me once I called, so very appreciative on him! Continental breakfast was very basic, yogurt and cereal. I like to book hotels with continental breakfast included to justify a price of a nightly stay, this was not justified for the breakfast offered. Wouldn’t stay again, not terrible just not worth it to me.

While eating breakfast the two mornings we were there the workers in office had the same person visiting them.Their conversation was very loud. We didn’t need to hear those conversations. Very annoying.

The property was good, comfortable bed, but one complaint that would keep us from re-booking with them again. We made the reservation online originally for 3 nights and wanted to change it to 2 nights and they refused to allow us to do this without losing the money for the 3rd night. People’s schedules change and they weren’t accommodating to this.

This property hasn’t a 24 hour reception desk. My flight was delayed in Edmonton and my arrival was delayed until 2 a.m. I was contacted by the hotel and when I told him my plight was not offered any kind of solution. I was left without a room at midnight. It should be advertised that there was no late arrival accommodation.

The location was right on the highway so good access. Desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. The bathroom sink had a corner broken off and sloppily glued back on; the tub was resealed with gobs of white caulking slapped on, and the main wall needs repainting as it had large sections scratched up. Surely a few apples and bananas would be welcome additions to a few choices of dry cereal. The owners need to refurbish this place as it’s really ran down.

It was just one night. Come in the evening leave next morning. The bathroom was clean, the beds were very comfortable and bedding clean. That was all we needed. However, the place as such needs more TLC! The floors almost peeling, walls and door frames chipping, lack of extra outlets, lack of night light for middle of the night bathroom visits. Generally everything somewhat outdated. And of course a very unfortunate location, almost on the road. Over al it was OK for one night. A bit pricey though. For this price one can have a luxurious hotel at Paris or Frankfurt airports!

Parking was fine. Tricky getting into the place. Had to leave my coat on in the room. Turned the thermostat up to max to make the room comfortable. Most places I stay offer a hot breakfast, your place didn't. Appreciated the friendliness of both desk clerks.
