Location was perfect for visiting Seoul. Room was clean and comfortable. Free bottled water throughout the stay and a great breakfast to start the day. Hotel staff went out of their way and were very helpful. We seemed to be the only guests enjoying the beautiful roof top. The laundry machines took credit card and were clean, big and fast.

Sad to leave again. Stayed here a few times. If you get a room with the desk and monitor it is perfect for WFHotel. Love the surrounding area-- tons of good eats, art, shops, post office, park, trains, and busses. Plus plenty of water, free laundry, and free breakfast.

Excellent location with easy accessibility to transportation. It’s possible to walk to most tourist attractions. The room is clean and spacious including the bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unlimited free bottled water is available in the room and lounge. Laundry machines are available on site. The breakfast is very simple but sufficient. Very pleasant stay at Hotel Amare for 1 week. We will stay there again if we go back to Seoul.

Our floor 5th was the floor where the service carts were parked so every day to get to our room we have to go over that for a week. On the positive side the breakfast was convenient and the rooftop too.

I really liked this suite, everything in the room was new, the bed was comfortable, the washroom was nice. And the tv was suuuper big. Only thing for the suite that we booked is that there were a lot of different options for the type of room we paid for so you can never really know what youre gonna get. The pictures we saw had some computers in it which I would’ve loved. But unfortunately no pc, but at leas big tv. Only thing is I smelled the sewage a bit in the toilet room but at least I was able to close the door and I couldnt smell it throughout the suite. It seems like the smell is an ongoing thing in asia it was the same for me in Busan and Vietnam. Room service was great, the moment you leave the make up room light on as you leave they rush to your room to clean it, I think they have automatic notifiers. This was our third stay at this hotel, and we are glad we stayed here. Large rooms, quality breakfast, impeccable housekeeping, free water, quiet rooftop, friendly staff and an authentic local area are what make a good trip for us. We will definitely come back here if we are in Seoul again.

Lokation war gut. Zimmer war in grösse Inordnung. Zu unserer Zeit im November war das Zimmer sehr warm, es gab aber eine Klimaanlage was aber komisch ist bei den frischen Aussentemperaturen. Einige Ecken im Zimmer hätten sauberer sein können. Frühstückauswahl war sehr bescheiden und nichts besonders. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Everyday our room was tidied and they provide us with new towels everyday. The location of the hotel was close to the train & bus station so it was very easy to get around. Staff was pretty welcoming and knew english so it was easy to communicate. would come here again!!

It was pleasent stay in this hotel. It is in the near of the subway and a lot of restaurants. You can also wash and dry ur clothes for eacj 4000 won. The breakfast was simple, the food was everyday the same but its for free so its ok. The stuff were respectfull and nice. What impressed me the most and also as an allergic person is that they cleaned the room everyday. If i have the chance one more to time to visit Seoul i would definitly stay at this hotel 😍

We are generally pleased with our stay for about 2 weeks. Area is safe to walk around and we are close to a lot of dining options. We are also close walking distance to transportation and major attractions like the gwanghwamun gate and palaces, myeongdong, cheonggye stream, insadong and ikseondong areas. Hotel room was spacious (though a little old; could not lock the windows as the locks were broken; the bathroom layout has a door to the shower compartment and a separate door to the toilet compartment, but no overall door to the bathroom so less privacy (if sharing the room)). Walls had good sound proof, the plastic under the bed sheets didn't bother us, nice little roof top that we enjoyed on our last day. Staff is overall friendly and courteous. You can borrow umbrellas on rainy days, and you have free water that you can grab as you need it. Breakfast was served everyday, and while options are limited to bread, egg, sausage, banana, mashed potato, salad/tomato - these were pretty healthy options and fed us well so that we did not have to worry about finding breakfast elsewhere.

I like the hotel. Good location, not far from MRT exit 1 (and 5). Staff was very nice, room was big and new, Japanese toilet, huge TV including Netflick channel. Internet was good, there was a little fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The room should have been advertised as “no window” - as there was a wall 1 meter in front of it. The included breakfast was simple (1 fried egg per person, mash potatoes, little tomatoes, banana, bread). Despite the window and simple breakfast, I definitely recommend the hotel and would come back.

It was very close to the city center and bukas stops and subway stops, right next to Tapgol Park. Place was clean but the ac is a little weak. The free breakfast was nice but very basic - eggs, sausage, bread, banana, mashed potato. Staff was helpful, they let us extend for a minimal fee.

The room was nice, with a separate bath and toilet. There is a big TV, probably about 70 to 80 inches, with more than 200 channels. Although there's windows, the building is about a metre away from the next building, so we were looking at a wall. The staff speak English, so it was helpful for us.

We lived the room, especially the fancy toilet with bidet. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check into our room early. We hadn’t slept yet because our flight was at 2 AM. This allowed us to rest got a bit before exploring outside. Bottled water was complimentary and you just grab more from the fridge at the entrance. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. One particular staff spoke in conversational English and was so polite and friendly. Free new bottles of water in fridge by the door for when entering or exiting lobby. Toiletries were available in a vending machine next to the free water bottles. We enjoyed the shower/tub, toilet, and sink being separated from each other which is great for families with children who have to use different things at the same time. Tv was as wide as the bed. It felt like a home theatre. Cozy and comfy chair and table area. They clean your room every single as long as your key card shows you’re not in the room. Very very very spacious compared to other hotels in the area. Beds were very comfy. 1 block from endless food options. Tucked away enough to be quiet for sleep. Shades very 95% black out. Accessible to several train lines. Walkable to several palaces. I cannot say enough good things and felt so well rested from our stay. Will be staying here again next trip to Seoul.

I would have given 5 stars if the front desk was more welcoming and friendly. Overall Koreans do not like foreigner in their country. Hotel was nice and clean. Loved the shampoo and conditioner they provided. There is a rooftop area to hang out but beware if mosquitoes! The room is down feather everything, ehich made the bed very uncomfortable for me, but the blanket was comfy. They spoiled us with unlimited self serve bottled water! Note to management, be more customer friendly and welcome your patrons and you shall receive 5 stars easily! Been to Korea and seen it, dont care to go back.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, comfy and they make the beds and changed the towels daily. Less than 3 mins walk to Jongno-3 ga subway. And the airport bus 6002 which cost only 17,000 wons is 5 mins walk away near to Exit 11 of subway. Plenty of choices of food around the hotel. Recommended!!

地下鉄の駅から近いので観光に行くには便利だが路地裏の立地で最悪でした。朝出掛けようとしたら道端のあちこちに酔客のリバースしたあとがありテンションが下がりました。また、朝の5時過ぎからなんかの作業をしていてゆっくりできませんでした。部屋については清潔です。駅から近いことが最大のメリットかな。ソウルにまた来てもリピートはしません。

Hôtel très bien situé tout ce fait à pied. La chambre est grande et la salle de bain moderne. Le petit déjeuné est correct sans plus, il serait intéressant d’avoir plus de fruits, des yaourts et du fromage. La salle à dîner est assez petite. Le lobby de l’hôtel est très petit il serait bien d’y ajouter des fauteuils pour les gens qui doivent attendre les taxis ou autre.

3泊しました。朝食付き（目玉焼き、ソーセージ、マッシュポテト、プチトマト、グリーンサラダ、パン）で明洞にも歩いて行けて、地下鉄3路線の乗り換え駅であることは、非常に有難い。冷蔵庫にはペットボトルの水が毎日補充されるのも嬉しいポイント。日本に例えると歌舞伎町っぽい立地。その点だけ目をつぶれば、部屋には個別のエアコンがあるし、靴を脱いでフローリングでくつろげるし、温水洗浄便座付きのトイレだし、何も言うことがなく快適。

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits avec ma femme. Emplacement top, proche des quartiers connus et commerces. Un peu loin de l’aéroport (1h en métro). Propreté top Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre, mais très très Light (œufs, tomates, bananes, beurre, confiture et boissons café jus). Sinon je recommande !

Large room, clean and nice shower head, great to have a lovely shower after a long day out. Close and convenient to transport and so many restaurants nearby. Will stay again. Includes breakfast, but dining area is very small, we only had breakfast on the first morning of the five nights as we had to share a table that morning and it's not relaxing.
