Hilton Garden Inn Edmonton International Airport

Property is getting tired and could do with updating. Shower area has black around the sealant meaning mould. Lots of wear and tear showing in the rooms.

Hotel was nice but the hot tub was not working

The airport shuttle was the main reason I choose this hotel. I waited for 25 mins and the shuttle bus didn't come. The staff asked me to wait for the next one which is an hour later or called Uber. I had to take Uber unfortunately. You forgot to schedule my shuttle bus and not even gave an apology. Job well done!

Things looked clean on the surface. But then its a case of not enough staff to keep things up and clean. Only one elevator working with no notice of the other being out of order. Pool was unclean Hottub not hot or working The water in hottub was Dingy Over all propertie was in poor repair. Only had 1 lightbuld between 4 lamps in are room. Shower heads in are room and at the pool filthy and clogged. Almost tripped on areas that the carpet was rolloing up. Price of breakfast for what you get and time it takes was terrible. Dining area was dirty because 1 server couldn't keep up. Over all i wont be returning or recommending at all.
