Got there late after working and traveling all day asked for wake up call never got one then took shuttle to airport and wasn’t told it made 4-5 other stops to pick up people almost miss my flight wasn’t happy

Only downside was the airport shuttle only picks up once per hour. Other hotels are every half hour. And our shuttle was late so made it a little stressful.

While rooms themselves were fine, the rest of the hotel was in various states of disrepair. One elevator was not operating, main entrance was barricaded so had to use small side door with no auto door to assist in bringing in luggage. Business lounge was closed and not available for use. Hallways were in bad shape. Rugs needed replaced, bad paint and damaged walls. Parking lot and walking areas were extremely slippery and rutted from lack of any snow removal for some time. When the danger of walking to the hotel from our car was mentioned, it was pretty much brushed off by staff. We won’t be back.

There were problems with the laundry and the iice machines. It cost me over $8 for the laundry but neither washers worked and the laundry soap just laid there.

Been staying there since it opened and has gone down hill...lack of maintenance. Pool tiles lifting around hot tub, lights burnt out, beds are old, no hot water just warm. The area around the property has 3 feet of grass and never cut. Limited menu in lounge. Certainly not representative of hilton properties.

The property was located a distance from other hotels, with no surrounding buildings. The hotel itself I would rate nicer, and cleaner, and newer than many other properties we have stayed at in Nisku when flying from Edmonton international airport.

I’ve stayed here before a couple years ago and it was a bit better. The room had a weird smell (not sure if it was the carpet or what. The bathroom had a hair in the shower and clearly seen better days. Blacked all over the base of the shower. Water leaked all over the floor during showers and made huge mess.

The hotel was meh it definitely needs some upgrades. One elevator was out of service and the other one sounded like it was going to die. There was POOR communication between staff at breakfast and we ultimately ended up leaving hungry because of the sheer chaos. Room had mold in the shower and along the seal of the shower door, the bathroom door was dirty, there was coffee spilt in the coffee holder. We were super disappointed in our stay and wont be returning. However the pillows were super comfy.

The room was filthy. I have photos of the black hair all in the bed (sheets weren’t changed), the desecrated chicken wing under the chair and the giant ball of dust uhanging from the ceiling. Dead bugs stuck to the curtains. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is without a doubt the most disgusting one. I reached out to the manager who never got back to me. Almost all of the amenities were out of order, including the business centre the front door and the hot tub. I could not recommend more strongly staying anywhere but this hotel.

We didn't have a lot of issues with the hotel or service, although the hotel could use a little love (ice machine not working, one elevator not working, hair dryer in the room didn't work). Our main concern was that the air conditioner was not working and it was 30 degrees in our room. We called the desk and were told that maintenace does not work on the weekends. They tried to see if we could switch rooms but they were completely booked. The next day we talked to the desk again and also learned that they are between maintenance guys and the new guy starts Monday. While we sympathize and were met with kind and apologetic staff we were hoping that more could have been done. We ended up each buying a fan at Walmart so we could try to have a more comfortable sleep. Perhaps having some fans on hand for situations like this might be a good idea, especially since maintenance doesn't weekends.

Hotel is a bit out off of the main area, exterior/grounds are not well kept, interior is getting outdated, and the one elevator is not working. However staff were friendly and service was quick, the room was clean, the room maintained a comfortable temperature and the bed well it was a hotel bed so really can't complain.

The bed in the room I stayed in was rock hard. While the hotel is beautiful and pretty well kept, I had a terrible sleep because of the mattress quailty. Because of this, I will not return.

I checked out at 7am for a flight, which ended up being cancelled. Front desk was gracious enough to let me return to my room for a few hours to figure out logistics. They didn’t need to, and I really appreciate them for being so accommodating. I’ve stayed several times before and this just reinforces the reasons why. Thank you guys!

Rose was amazing to deal with while we checked in! So kind and knowledgeable!! All staff we have had contact with are awesome! The room was super clean and comfortable! Bed was fantastic!! Hotel is very clean all round and they have gone above and beyond to make all of us for the slo-pitch Canadians feel welcome!! Definitely a place I'll stay again!!!

I checked in and was immediately uncomfortable by the desk agent. As soon as I got to the room, the pungent smell of something rotting hit me. I asked to be switched into another room and they made a big deal out of it. I then asked Expedia for a refund and they said the hotel had to approve if it. I literally didn’t spend an hour in this hotel and they refused to issue a refund. Expedia was NO help. As a solo female traveller, this is unacceptable. I know have boycotted all Hiltons.

The check out staff were MIA I waited 15 for a staff to check out, when I checked out they made me wait another 10 minutes so the cleaning staff could inspect our room before they would refund us our security deposit. I was told it was policy, yes this was the the second stay they suddenly started doing this. We were travelling with our young son. I will never return and do business with this hotel ever again, you just lost me as a customer.

It was very easy to book, close to the airport, quiet and as a solo person,I felt safe. The hotel restaurant had a great menu, pub style food. Also a great drink selection with friendly staff. Overall nice place. A tiny bit off the beaten path away from highway 2 but only 5 minutes to the airport. They also offer low rate parking while you’re travelling.

Hotel was great! Check in was easy, cost was fair. Room was clean, spacious, and Bed was comfortable. Hotel is very close to the airport but quiet in terms of road/air noise. Only knocks against the place is that it’s could use a little maintenance just in terms of visual appearance. Hotel is located in what I would call an industrial area, not much in the way of restaurants, bars or night life.

The Hotel was very clean, room was spacious and was close to where we visited family. The issues were with the fact they had not lactose free or gluten free food options, continental breakfast was weak at best and over priced for what you get. When checking out I asked for a receipt to be emailed and was said no, your third party provider would send me one and the person had the wrong provider and I did not get a receipt for what I charged to my room, the over priced breakfast.

The restaurant on site was awesome. Service was great, food super, waitress was friendly and knowledgeable, and area was spotless. Great atmosphere. shuttle to airport was excellent.
