This place is dilapidated, the room had an obvious greasy hand print on the lamp. I brought this up to staff and was concerned about room cleanliness. I was ignored by staff. Although there was a coffee maker in the room, there was no k cups you had to buy them in the lobby if you wanted them. The business centre is shut down but still being advertised. The bar serves Kirkland(Costco) brand spirits for the same price as name brands. Unacceptable

DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel could not provide hypoallergenic bedding including pillows (solution was a rolled up blanket). The shower had a severe amount of mold covering a large portion. When both issues were brought to management's attention the solution was to "help us next time we are in the area" (we are from out of province and don't visit Edmonton). This leaves a bad taste for the Hilton Brand, as when contacting corporate customer service zero response has taken place. Certainly did not live up to the "Hilton Garden Promise." Just terrible.

The pool needs to have been repaired. This is a reflection of senior management! If they are not on top of issues the establishment quickly goes down hill.
