I enjoyed the comfy bed and quiet room, grand daughter enjoyed the trampoline, Was happy that the desk cleck informed me about the amount of bugs and to keep light off when exiting room at night.

Absolute gem of a motel! Very clean, beautiful rooms. Very quiet, great service. We didn’t bring our older kids on this trip but noticed they have a little playground a trampoline outside for kids…. Definitely will stay here next time we travel through northbay as a family! Excellent price for a great stay.

We have stayed several times at this property. In the summer we travel with our pedal bikes so it is convenient to be able to park in front and just bring the bikes right into our room. The rooms have always been clean. The owners are always pleasant and if you need any extras (towels etc) its always been easy.

Owner was super nice. Large room. Very very clean. Kitchenette. Parking in front of the door is a huge plus. Price. stayed for a night but will definitely be back. Met a couple nice people there also. Overall great place. There's also a couple cottages there.

I loved how there where doors that where accessed from the parking lot as aposed to going threw hall ways. The suite we had was amazing. It accommodated my dog which was amazing. The unit looked and felt more like a bachelor apartment rather then a hotel room. Super clean. Staff was very nice and very helpful One thing i didnt like was having to ring for someone to come let you into the office. It was quiet and bed was comfortable. Will stay here again. Id like to possibly try the beautiful cabins that they havs there

Close to shops and great free parking. Friendly owners. Bathroom ceiling vent needed cleaning as did back of bathroom door. Comfy beds…. Kitchenette great, microwave, fridge and coffee maker all clean and great. Very quiet so had a restful sleep. Would definitely recommend.

We rented the 2 bedroom cottage. It was perfect. Lots of room and very private. It was clean, with a well equipped kitchen. If there was one thing we could criticize, it was the water pressure in the shower. When we notified the owner, he was a bit defensive and he gave an excuse about roadwork and such down the road, however we did not see any work being done. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it.

Clean and neat accommodations, but a bit expensive for what you get. Oriented as it was, the bed was not comfortable as the floor sloped downward from foot to head of the bed. We ended up sleeping the other way around. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were trouble free. OK for a holiday weekend.

This is an older mom & pop motel situated within walking access to the beach - the room is small, yet all we needed - a little kitchenette with microwave and fridge and a sink for washing up. I inadvertently booked the wrong date on Expedia, the owners called to see when were arriving and were gracious enough to move our booking to the correct date. The staff are friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the Lakeshore Suites. Oh, and the King bed was really comfortable!

The room is awesome!! But, it would be an idea to take out the desk and put in a dresser, or a desk that has drawers down one side. The coat rack was a great addition. The only complaint is there was no tea.

The room was updated & spotless. The bed comfortable. Could hear noise/conversations from the next door hotel’s parking lot - was a Saturday night. There is a fan in the room that helped drown out the noise. I would stay here again.

Great stay! Even got a call before check in to see if we wanted the AC on to cool off the room before we get there. Room was great, got the suite which was well done and the Murphy bed was comfy. Some of the plugs are a little loose, but I find that’s been typical of a lot of places lately.

This property is an easy 4km off highway 11. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It was quiet considering they were almost full. Our room had a king bed, plenty of great pillows! The bed was on the firmer side. We slept well. The room was clean and fresh. There was a kitchenette area with a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge. We had brought along our own kettle as we are tea drinkers. The tv had many channels available to choose from. Only for our preferences we found two things that we would add for an over-the-top experience they would be a small kettle for the kitchenette and a light that is able to be used like a night light. We simply turned the volume down on the tv and left it on. Both of these may be non-issues for 99% of travellers but would have may our stay that much better! Don’t be afraid to jump on booking this property it is great value and exceeded our expectations!

I called Lakeshore Suites directly and they were friendly, sympathetic and took care of my canceled reservation over the phone in a matter of minutes. If I’m ever in North Bay again, I know where I’ll be staying. Many thanks to Vim and everyone at Lakeshore Suites!

An ok property. Asked the gent at the desk for a simple plug for the tub he promptly forgot. I had to walk down to the desk to get it. Little things like attentiveness make a stay more pleasant. Other than that an ok place

Stopped here for one night. Very comfortable, the owner (I assume) was very helpful with suggestions. Great value. Got takeout from the Marigold restaurant (Indo-orient) down the street. Very tasty!!
