We stayed in a suite at the property during Oktoberfest weekend. It was within walking distance to the event and near the highway, shopping and dinning. The staff was helpful and kind. We made use of the amenities, such as pool and free coffee. We will be staying here again.

Room was very clean, garbage bins needed liners. Spa was closed so that was a huge disappointment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Waffles a little too crunchy overcooked. Egg frittata was yummy. Plenty of parking.

I booked this hotel as it was in a good location for me but more because it had a pool and a gym. Unfortunately when we arrived the pool was closed for refurbishment for the whole 2 weeks I was there and most of the gym equipment was not for use. We received no notification from either the hotel or hotels.com prior to arrival, if I had I would have cancelled, but I guess they knew that. In addition during the second week of our stay they decided to rip the floor up the main reception and breakfast area. The hotel was turned into a building site right before our eyes with no warning. It turned our stay from a relaxing break through to a holiday from hell. if I could complain to hotels.com I would, but they don't give you the option too.

Very clean inside and out. Quiet and a nice view. Everything worked in the room. Staff was very nice and friendly. Very secure after hours. And a key card was required for the elevator at all times. It made us feel very safe. We will only stay here if we go back.

Our room when we arrived appeared as more then one person sat in the bed. It was disheveled. It seemed as the room had not been serviced. If it wasn't for our late arrival we would have requested a move.

The property is beautiful. The front desk staff is friendly. Breakfast is fantastic and convenient. The cleaning staff is not so fantastic. I've been staying at Marriott a week at a time, therefore, I request service every other day. They show up whenever and sometimes never. One week, they put me in Room 320 where you could write my name on the counter, yes, it was that dusty. The dresser was dirty as well. I had to clean the room myself knowing the cleaning staff would not show up when requested. (I did wait for them for 2 hours and they never showed up) Oh, did I mention, in Room 323, the TV didn't work? The remote control wouldn't turn on and the volume button didn't work. And, I noticed they put a note on the base of the TV " MANUALLY TURN ON TV & VOLUME"

Although the room was great, the bathroom was in need of both a deep cleaning and the Latch/ handle is broken. The resided shower curtain let a great deal of the water flow out of the shower base. Sorry guys, but that was just bad design.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel within the last month. I had early morning appointments scheduled at Good Samaritan Hospital, which is just up the hill. Rather than having to get up super early & contend with traffic, it made more sense to book a room. The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, beds are comfy. We would deff stay here again. Easy access, just off hwy 512. Free parking, free breakfast, & friendly, efficient staff. Highly recommend.

Hotel was super convenient to Puyallup Fairgrounds I walked there. Every single one of the staff were beyond amazing the customer service was 10 stars. Beds were comfy I liked that there was a white noise machine, room was super clean. What more can you want clean, comfy beds and linens and great customer service and location. My only suggestion if I had one would be to add in bathrobes . Thanks for a great stay

Convenient, central location for heading to Mt. Rainier or Seattle/Tacoma. Puyallup is a nice town to explore. The only complaint, and it is no fault of the hotel, is its location next to the highway. Our room was closest to it and we had a fair amount of highway noise in the early morning.

We did not get the room that was booked. Upon arrival I was told the only room available was for hearing impaired. The mattresses were low and very saggy. The room was ok but nothing to return to.

We made a reservation for a suite with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. We checked in and carried all of our luggage up to the room. The room ended up being a nonsuite room. It was a standard room. I went down to the front desk to ask what happened to my reservation. At first they denied that I had paid for a suite. Then when I showed them my reservation confirmation they said they didnt understand why the mistake happened. I spoke with the manager and they admitted that the room I had reserved was rented amd thst they didn't have another suite with 2 queen beds. My complaint is that the front desk was dishonest and didnt inform me that the room was rented. They said nothing and tried to give me a nonsuite room even though I paid for a suite. Very unprofessional. Did they think I wouldn't notice that the room wasnt a suite?

The ladies at the front desk upon check in, Ms. Lo and Ms. Carmel were amazing. They make you feel welcome immediately. They had all of the answers for all of the questions and made our life easy. After a long day of travel, it was nice to have a friendly face who cared upon arrival.

Housekeeping was supposed to clean room and change out towels every other day, but didn't do the room until the third day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. Breakfast was good and the front desk people were very.nice.

I feel like when a customer decides to extend there room, it is the responsibility of the staff to advise of the room charge increase verses a customer finding out when it is time to checkout and we think we are still paying the original rate but when no one says your daily rate is increasing significantly. Guests would assume the rste is still the same as when they checked. I was surprised with significant price hikes and was not made available at time of extension.

I always gauge a hotel by the front desk welcome and open arms hospitality you receive upon arrival. The two names that still jump out at me at the front desk were Ms. Lo and Ms.Carmel. Professional, engaging, happy to help and absolutely go above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. These two make travelling an easy day. Pros: 1. Conveniently near the fair. I sprang for the $50 VIP parking next to the gold gate and regretted it because I could have walked there in the same amount of time given the snarled traffic. 2. The bedding was really comfortable to the point that I wanted to but did not steal the sheets and comforter. Cons: 1. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery when wet and there are no mats. Getting out of the shower requires some caution if you value not falling. 2. There is a wooden shelf filled with brochures hanging to the left of the room's work bench that is positioned perfectly to crack the elbow of a left-handed mouse user. I unhooked it from the screws and set it on the floor then rehung it when I left because it was that annoying. The upshot: Yes, I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but I'd bring a rubber mat for the bathroom and take the Elbow Smashing Shelf off the wall first thing. Also if the sheets and comforter somehow go missing I will assert that someone else did it.

We were there for the Good Guys show. The Hotel was very conveniently located. They also had security every evening of the car show to ensure that people's classic cars weren't touched or damaged. Fantastic staff. Look forward to going again next year.

Amazing hotel, so close to the Puyallup fair grounds. Bed was great, our room was perfect for our stay. Having a breakfast option in house made our stay so much better! Every staff person we interacted with was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

Staff said breakfast was at 6. It was at 7..Terrible breakfast. Watery formed eggs, paper thin bacon rubbery. Stale muffins. Cold food. Very few options. 10/10 do not recommend. Expedia listed check out time as noon, housekeeping was knocking on the door at 10:15.

It was very loud with the sound from the freeway constantly over 41 decibels throughout day or night Absolutely, no vegetarian food without eggs for breakfast. Only meat options with no fruits or hashbrowns. Had a tough time without proper breakfast. Not worth the price.
