Stayed 2 nights

Have stayed many times over the years and as owners changed hands have noticed complete slide down hill. Last stay reception would not come down to reset tv. Toilet continually plugged , the bathroom was cleaned but not in the corners. The breakfast was meagar and the worst I’ve ever had. Although offered an up grade , we chose to eat the room and go somewhere else and will no longer be a customer. I also learned that it is alleged that the staff are being taken advantage of by the owner and are working on an per room rate rather than an hourly rate taking advantage of their ignorance of BC labour law and most likely not paying stat or holiday pay

Staff was excellent, good food fast or seated dining. Parking can be challenging at times. Rooms are nice.

The property is very dirty and in poor shape in general. The rooms were very dirty, the blankets clearly had not been washed. The bathroom was dirty. The rooms smells. Also very noisy from people walking by. Breakfast was not great- we didn't end up eating it. Hot tub was not functioning.

For the most part everything was good Theres some minor that could have been cleaning like in the bathroom for instance, it was dirty around the bottom of the toilet and mold on the bottom and top of the tile for the tub There was also some mold on the smaller part of the windows as well The beds were ok but after about 3 or four nights you definitely started feeling the aches and pains from sleeping on the beds My kids and partner felt the same way It also would have be nice to use the jacuzzi as well but it seemed like it was out of order cause it was beyond filthy and didnt look like it was cleaned in a long time Parking was good and staff was very nice and welcoming as well
