Housekeeping staff did not clean our room very thoroughly each day. Hot tub and pool deck was very dirty and was not cleaned when they had their sunday closure hours. The hot tub was noticeably green upon our third night stay. We went 4 nights without hot water. The positives were the waterslides were fun and the continental breakfast was great.

I expected the pool to be a bit bigger truthfully (from the photos) The water was extremely cold (couldn’t even take my 8 month old in the water) and the pool was also quite dirty. Other than the pool - the room was clean and beds were comfortable. There is a montanas in the same parking lot which was nice for us to be able to grab a quick dinner.

Hot tub and pool were out of order. We drove 8 hours and chose the hotel specifically for that reason. We would have chosen somewhere else. I found some toys under the heater from the previous guests in our room. Bed was comfortable for me. My friend in 326 didn’t agree for her beds. Our kids were upset about the pool.

The waterslide and pool area was awesome! Didn’t appreciate that the screen to see if the bottom of the slides were open is still not working since the last time we stayed 5 months ago. Not safe for young children using it at the same time as rambunctious teenagers. And there were loose/broken/completely missing steps on BOTH ladders into the pool. I also came across rusty screws/nuts laying in the pool area. The dirt, grease, and grime in the breakfast area where the buffet is served was disgusting. The lights overhead the toaster had so much grease and dust built up it looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years.

The cleanest hotel I have been to. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The best part was the breakfast was served hot and fresh and lots of selection. By far the best Pomeroy I’ve been to. Well recommended.

Great area, friendly staff. But for the price the room was not clean. There was a drink can on top of the cupboards and something sprayed on the cupboards as well as something all over the bathroom door. For what i paid i would expect better.

The property is newer however the room i stayed in wasn't clean the shampoo container empty. There was a child running in the hall late at night. The pool was cleaner then anything in the hotel. Staff was good and helpful.

Clean, comfy, but a little noisy. If you’re anywhere near the elevators, you’ll hear the dinging when the doors open, and the sound of the elevator cars moving up and down in the shafts(woke me up more than once). You’ll also hear every noise from the hallway. But otherwise great and the staff is wonderful.

First room (420) had a connecting door to the room beside it and I could hear my neighbor on the phone-and even the person she was talking to. She was not loud. Luckily the staff changed my room to 316 and it was excellent!

Easy bc he min, decent gym, room was ok, a bit dated, shower had lots of pressure, and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The bed had a big dip in it from usage, and the pillows were all super thick. The fan also made a rattling noise when it came on which woke me up more than once

The room was clean and modern, fridge, microwave, keurig, etc. I liked the pump soap instead of the bar. The staff was amazing!!! Always smiling, and always at front desk. They also didn’t rush us out of the pool at night (have a 3y/o niece that loves to swim). The water slides were cool, I like that the slides didn’t go into the pool, and the water park was a nice feature for my niece. When my niece dropped her dry cereal after breakfast hours, they gave her more. The cleaning staff was amazing and super friendly, and they brought us towel right away. The rooms were incredibly affordable for what it was. We will be staying there again.

The heat/cooling system did not work in the room. If you set the thermostat for 22 degrees, cold air would continue to blast in the room. You had to set the thermostat at 24,5 degrees before warm air would flow, but then the room would get too hot. I was told the problem was fixed, but it was not. I asked for the room to be cleaned and it never happened..

Too expensive for what you get compared to other hotels. Room had damaged furniture walls and doors. Door doesn't automatically lock when you close it. No bathroom fan. Bathroom light doesn't go on unless the hallway light is on. And the man at the front desk made eye contact with me, but didn't bother to say "hello" or "I'll be with you in a monent", just made me wait there for 30 seconds without saying a thing. Then just said "name". Plus when I called down to the lobby to ask what the Wifi SSID was since only the password is written on the folder with the keycards, he told me the wrong one, potentially sending me to what could have been a scam. Breakfast is same old boiled eggs and waffles. And housekeeping wanted to clean my room at 5pm?? All round disappointing experience. Will not stay there again.

We liked the breakfast and the pool. Room was quiet. The only downside was unfriendly desk staff last night. Weren’t helpful at checkin, 2 boilers weren’t working, so no hot water until after 10 pm. Then hot water wasn’t very hot. Asked to be moved to a room that did have hot water pit were refused. Offered $20 off our bill instead. Last night the woman at front desk had a loud argument with a customer-really unprofessional! Wound up calling the police.

Checked in after a long day of travelling. Had to wait several minutes before someone came to the desk. The clerk was grumpy for lack of a better description. I was booked into an accessible room, which clearly I didn't need but there was no attempt to put me in a more suitable room and leave that room for someone who may need it. Didn't explain the amenities - breakfast, wifi, pool, etc or even the trick to turning on lights in the room - apparently there is a master switch that has to be on - would have been good to know - I had to call the front desk to ask! She truly made me feel like an inconvenience. For $179 a night, and that was a discounted rate from Expedia, ridiculous for a very basic room. The breakfast was a non-event, all four juices from the dispenser were some watery liquid, definitely not juice. If you prefer a healthy breakfast, you are out of luck. I'm sure this hotel appeals to families with the pool and 'breakfast' but for the business traveler where rest is imperative, I'd give it a firm pass.

The stay was ok. Lots of families so loud in the morning and busy in the hot tub. The staff would not bring towels when they ran out in the pool area, called twice. The breakfast was the worst continental I’ve ever been to. Zero fresh fruit, warm yoghurt, no eggs left and not replenished, and huge lines to make waffles right in the middle so it was awkward and very annoying. Also no fan in the bathroom was kinda gross too.

Love the pool with grandchildren-- The breakfast area is not adequate for the amount of people staying and trying to have the breakfast-everyone squishing into that tiny area was awful- line up just to get someone was rediculous and 15 minutes standing in line to have the egg tray refilled was unacceptable -' i felt like they just wanted people to give up and walk away -- I never was able to even get breakfast because of the wait and the lineup and lack of food but maybe that was the plan ...
