Great location, great venue, view, clean, good communication, helping to resolve anything which is needed. As advertised. Not hotel so the setup was a bit more involved than a regular hotel but it was OK. Parking is convenient though need to pay extra. Everything was functioning and comfortable. will highly recommend.

Excellent choix. La seule chose qui est difficile c’est l’arrivée. Ils demandent d’avoir fait toutes les étapes avant d’avoir les instructions pour entrer. Il n’y a pas de comptoir check-in pour gérer le tout. Alors, tu es pris à l’extérieur pour envoyer tes ID, ton dépôt, ton paiement pour le stationnement. Tu dois signer l’entente électroniquement… ouf! Un GROS challenge puisqu’en plus, tu n’as pas accès au stationnement puisqu’il te manque le Remote pour entrer, alors tu dois payer un autre stationnement pour pouvoir entrer et avoir le Remote. À partir de ce moment là, le tout est parfait! Super appartement, beau, propre!

apartment was great. Location was very good. The procedures before the rental are very time consuming and should expect to spend time on this. Had trouble with parking spot, access to the space and elevator access with fob but not terrible.

Gym was much further then expected, took forever to get a key and never got to gym. Should ask before arrival if needed and leave with room key. Had to ask 3 times. Instructions for tv would be great. Hand cream is a typical amenity, especially in cold weather. Felt frustrated most of the time. Left early just to get home. I will not be staying there again.

Canada suites was perfect for my sister and I to enjoy Toronto! The room was clean and comfortable, we had two queen beds, both in their own rooms which gave us our own space. The kitchen was handy and we cooked a few meals which helped us save some money on meals. I was worried when they asked me for a $500 deposit via e-transfer so I opted to pay by credit card and pay the service fee, but in the end there was nothing to worry about. Michael was responsive to my questions and was great to work with. I would 100% stay here again.

Highly recommend! We enjoyed the two bed and two bath with small but comfortable kitchen. Location is amazing, right in downtown and easy to walk around and get to every place. Apartment is super clean and maintained really well. We would love to come back again. Property owner was super responsive and helpful with all the check in process.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have a washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes. All kitchen appliances that you might need were there. The location is within walking distance of the Eatons Centre and the train station. Also within walking distance of Toronto General which was the main purpose of our trip.

I absolutely recommend Canada Suites if you are traveling with multiple work colleagues. Not only we were given three keys to the unit, everything was clean and comfortable. I had an excellent stay with my colleagues as a media professional and am bookmarking Canada Suites for future business travels.

This place has bed bugs. Booked it for a client and she was bitten all over her back. She went to a doctor as she wasn't sure what it was and the doctor confirmed it was actual bed bugs.

Great location, amazing view, very quiet, and a lot of amenities nearby! I must say it would be a good idea to provide guests with more hooks (at least in the bathroom and the secondary room), handsoap and dish soap, sharper knives and some basics like salt, pepper, condiments, butter, jams, etc., as you don't necessarily want to buy them when you're only staying for 4-5 days. Also, a new shower curtain could be an improvement, as it was starting to be a bit smelly. However, all in all, we recomment this place, the air conditioning worked perfectly, everything worked perfectly, and we would definitely go back!

Our suite was very clean. We were happy with the location and the building. Communication was easy. There are strict rules with timing of arrival etc. Try to arrive on your scheduled time - once you’re in - it’s FABULOUS. NO COMPLAINTS. We will return to this location.

Really great. Most welcoming attitude and satisfaction based. Any minor technical issues were resolved to the satisfaction of the client. Great space, great location and ultra clean.

The apartment was on the 39th floor. Amazing views from one of the highest residential buildings in Canada (may be the highest still). Kitchen area was well stocked with pots and pans etc, the key issue was with the furniture. The sofa was just uncomfortable it may be a sofa bed but even so was really uncomfortable. The chairs were clear plastic and the tables and cofffee tables were glass. I guess it was meant to look good (not to my taste personally) but it also made it unusable due to comfort and practicality. Tbe other issue was with the heating/cooling. When it kicked in it covered the apartment in dust, i guess it had not been used in a while. Communication by WhatsApp was great but needing a large dollar bank deposit to cover breakages etc seems unusual. If you haven't got a Canadian bank account they will also charge admin fee for processing the deposit. Its in the booking t & c's but I didn’t read it and it was a pain.

This property was discribed properly, very easy instructions from check in to checkout. I will stay here on my next visit to Toronto as all amenities are near and you are in the heart of DT This suit was spacious much better than a hotel in my opinion

Was a very nice room and easy to come and go. However the fire alarm got pulled at 3am on my second last night there and not because of a fire. I then couldn't go back to bed and was super tired for my meetings the next day.

The apartment is lovely and also in a great location.. right in the heart of downtown. The booking process is long and can be tiring sometimes.. perseverance is required. Read the description properly before booking. If you are used to booking online without any further work then this place is not for you. If you are ok and go through the booking process your perseverance will pay off as it’s a great apartment.

This is not a real hotel. It is an apartment building. They require clients to sign and extensive contract and there is no mention of this before the point of sale. If the client doesn't agree with the contract we need.to be offered a refund. This property forced me to pay for nothing because i did not agree with their contract. This is not a normal hotel never stay at any Canada Suites.

I have stayed at this property twice and have been happy both times. All information from Canada suites was clear and they were very responsive to any inquiries I had before, during and after my stay. Highly recommend!

Communication by WhatsApp was great but needing a large dollar bank deposit to cover breakages etc seems unusual. If you haven't got a Canadian bank account they will also charge admin fee for processing the deposit. Its in the booking t & c's but I didn’t read it and it was a pain.

Could be a little easier to get officially set up for the stay, but it ended up being great. I was a little nervous after getting scammed a year ago, so some kind of indication making clear this is Hotel.com confirmed legitimacy would have helped.

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have a washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes. All kitchen appliances that you might need were there. The location is within walking distance of the Eatons Centre and the train station. Also within walking distance of Toronto General which was the main purpose of our trip.

Great location, amazing view, very quiet, and a lot of amenities nearby! I must say it would be a good idea to provide guests with more hooks (at least in the bathroom and the secondary room), handsoap and dish soap, sharper knives and some basics like salt, pepper, condiments, butter, jams, etc., as you don't necessarily want to buy them when you're only staying for 4-5 days. Also, a new shower curtain could be an improvement, as it was starting to be a bit smelly. However, all in all, we recomment this place, the air conditioning worked perfectly, everything worked perfectly, and we would definitely go back!

Was a very nice room and easy to come and go. However the fire alarm got pulled at 3am on my second last night there and not because of a fire. I then couldn't go back to bed and was super tired for my meetings the next day.
