Stayed 1 night

The no key access was nice but once you open the door with code the door unlocks and stay unlocked. We should have been notified of this as we left our door unlocked thinking it should’ve locked by it self. Also the room was super nice but was missing hair dryer. Over all this is a good place to stay and the staff are super. Thx

Stayed 2 nights

Myself and my sister had stayed here for the weekend, we had upgraded our room so we were able to have two beds, as the stay were super friendly the room wasn’t bad, we had stayed for 2 nights the first sleep the bed was comfortable but we had went out and I noticed my arm a little itchy, my sister said it was probably just the jewelry, so I didn’t think anything of it. Our morning leaving I realized I had been itchy my arm in my sleep. I got home and found numerous bites all over my body, which were bed bugs I had messaged the hotel and they said they inspected the room and found no signs, well the signs are all over my body. Luckily I was able to isolate all my stuff before I went inside as we did our research on our drive back. We would have stayed again, but the the visit of getting bitten is not worth it for us.

The location is right across the road from the beach and the slots of fun things for the kids to do - beach, loco landing, wibit, likety splitz ice cream and milkshakes, the river channel. I will be booking here agin next year. The staff was all fantastic!

we have been staying there for years but it was worst than ever and it will be our last time there, toilet wasnt working, there was so many spiders in the room. it just felt dirty being there, it is and always has been the location why we stayed there. hoping new owners will consider their clients and do renovations and make it worth the 300-500 a night they charge for 1.5 star motel. the staff was great.

Love the area this hotel is in, directly across from the beach. Front desk staff was awesome. Needs new beds, they are very uncomfortable and maintenance is needed.
