This is a superb location. Dated interior but clean. The pool was closed. That should be identified when making a booking. The price was right and considering it is in need of update, the value for what I paid was there. On-site staff are friendly.

Loved the fact it is directly across the street from the lake. A lot of great choices for places to eat! Rooms were decent but the parking was quite tight. Hard if you have a bigger vehicle! Overall, we would stay there again

Very old and dated rooms. No water in pool. No ice in machine. We turned off the noisy AC and opened the window so we could sleep. No complaints about staff and room was clean and smelled fresh.

Great location. The room was pretty "tired" and outdated but as expected based on description and pricing. Not a bad place to stay based on location alone. Only real disappointment was the pool was empty and not in use. No notice to the effect of it but being open.

The pool was closed, which we didn’t know when we booked. Also, there is no daily housekeeping, which we knew, but the office is only open for a couple of hours each day as well. This means that when you need fresh towels, linens, toilet paper or other supplies, you need to be there during the limited office hours or when the cleaning staff is there. The building is getting run down and showing it’s age…Outside door doesn’t seal tight, the finish is worn off the tub making it look dirty, AC unit is very noisy, garbage left outside, etc. We knew when we booked that it was an older property, and we had looked at a renovated suite a couple of years ago and thought it would be alright to stay there, but we were sadly mistaken. The maintenance man did act promptly to repair our air conditioner and one of the cleaning ladies did let us know that we could use the pool at a sister property a couple of doors down the street. For the price, we truly would not recommend this hotel.

It was close to the beach which was amazing. Parking was tight. We had someone back into our vehicle causing damage. Room was dated but clean.

The location was amazing! The pool was also great. We had a 2 bedroom and it was a great layout. The place is a little run down and there were minor issues but staff were super friendlt and we would definetly come back!

Staff really great and nice. Pool clean and warm. Kitchenette was accomodating with dishes and such. Great location. Easy check in and out. Would recommend a bit of staff checking on pool area in regards to guests not following rules, we saw a dog one day there, and some guests take over the pool the next night, rowdy, throwing things, making my child not want to swim, and we went back to our room. Older place which is o.k but would recommend staff clean better around perimeter of room and behind bed, wall, and lamp shades.

Steps from the beach and walking distance to many amenities. Not very clean, dirty floors and table. Spider webs and spiders in every corner of each room. Very outdated, noisy fridge woke us up several times a night. The floor was sloping due to water damage in the bathroom. Very disappointed with our room.

The staff were great. The cleaning staff forgot to take out the garbage from the previous guests, but the front desk agent was nice and cleaned it out while we were gone. The room unfortunately smelled of smoke, and they had silver fish in the bathroom. The bedroom only had one outlet. And very outdated. The area was convenient and easily accessible to all amenities.

I really enjoyed the fact that the property used texting as a means of communication. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the floors felt dirty in the main area of the room, the bathroom flooring is rotting and there are soft spots around the toilet.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms could use a broom and dustpan as there is no daily room cleaning service. They could have new beds as the beds are very unsupportive and soft.

The location cannot be beat, it is a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach, or you can opt for the pool which was a 30 second walk from our room. This is an older property but has been recently renovated. Great value and friendly and accommodating staff!

It was a great location across the street from the beach. But you’ll have to overlook the age of the rooms. Some of my concerns were a non working plug, the room could use an update, the tight parking lot was difficult for larger vehicles to get in and out, it could use room assigned parking would be good.

The bed in our unit sagged a significant amount making it very challenging to sleep on and left us both with exteme backaches in the morning. They were nice enough to let us switch to a different room for the second night, however that bed was just as bad. When we asked about this we were told that was the condition of all the beds. We asked about cancelling due to this and were told there were no refunds. We ended up using our own blow up camping mattress ob the floor as the bed was so bad. Our first room also had some bugs (silverfish, spiders), and both rooms had stains on the floors and walls. Would not recommend staying here

The property is really run down. The air conditioner was super noisy. Like sleeping next to a freeway. Wifi was not working when I arrived, in fact the router was mysteriously missing. But it did the job, just a place to sleep.

Location was great! We had the 2 bedroom lake front room and there more than enough space for a family of four. We had two parking stalls right infront of our door but we only needed one. The crosswalk to the lake and beach was just beyond our parking. Perfect for a family with small children at the beach who can quickly go back to rest and use the bathroom. The only downside is that you can hear noises upstairs. Footsteps, and when music is blaring, you can hear every word from the song.

Our first interaction with the staff as we were checking in was very negative and downright rude. On their website they advertise an outdoor heated pool, it has been closed for several years. The reservation was made for six people. The room had inadequate kitchen utensils, towels for only two people, one spare roll of toilet paper, and a chair with three chairs. The room was filthy, there was used tissues behind the night stand, old bandage wrappers behind the other night stand. When I went to the office, which was only open from 10 till 6, to ask for a cleaning I was promptly told that they don't do mid stay cleanings. so I asked for a broom and wet mop so that I could clean the floors. When I finished mopping the water was black. After raising my concerns I was told she would send the manager, I'm still waiting. Upon burning some toast we discovered the smoke detector was not working, even when tested. I would highly recommend against staying at this property.

Clean property. Clean rooms. Lots of space. Has pots pans plates etc. Staff in the office are excellent - Friendly and attentive. Also love it’s right across the street from the beach - can’t beat that! We extended our stay a couple of days. We’ll be back and definitely stay here again.

Offered an early check in which was gratefully accepted, this came via a texting app. Check in was easy and quick, room was clean and comfy, each right across the road. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would recommend

We were on the road and tried to book a room for the night. Booked a room online and when they sent confirmation they had changed the dates and upped the price. When we got to hotel there was no one at the office and no one would answer any of the numbers listed. Charged for the room but not able to check in as no one was there to let us in. Had to find a different hotel.

Safe quiet and cozy. The ac was great and the kitchenette and shower were very handy. Though with so many dining options so close we ended up eating out most of the time. The area quieted down at an appropriate time with room for people quietly conversing outside on the boardwalk or on the beach. We loved having the beach right there especially at night. So relaxing. And the chanel was just a short walk away as well. Would definitly like to come back again

The lady who checked us in and out was fabulous. Kind and personable. The room was comfortable and clean. Place was quiet and we all slept very well. Convenient location! The beach, shops and restaurants were all around us. Loved our time in Penticton.

Best location, just infront of the beach. Everything is walkable- to restaruants, kids activities and attractions. Staff is so friendly. Room is clean and quiet place,even our room is close to the pool area. I will definitely recommend this resort to my friends.
