駐車場が提携のところしかなかったけど、親切にご案内していただいたし、とても便利な場所で、古いけど清潔でとても快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方もみんな感じがよく、大浴場も疲れをのんびり癒せました。

３泊してお世話になりましたが、地下に温泉があり、時間帯によってはゆっくりと入ることが出来たのがとても良かったです。癒されました。夜遅く戻るお客様が多いと、大浴場は混みましたが、皆様譲り合いながら利用されていて気持ちよく利用できました。スタッフの方々は優しく親切です。

Yes everything is perfect. The breakfast is the best. I went out to try out food in tourist popular ones, but the food here from hotel is already perfect with so many things to try. Onsen is good too. Location is near JR station.

朝食はとても美味しい。メニューのセンスが良いと思う。「大浴場」だと思ったが、勘違いだった。予想と違った。5人くらいがやっとかな。サウナもあると勝手に思ってた自分が悪い。でも、スタッフさんは皆感じが良かったので満足。

チェックインより少し早い時間でしたが、掃除が終わっているとのことで対応いただけました。スタッフの方の対応がとにかく感じが良かったです。地下2階の大浴場もコンパクトですが広さは十分、ゆっくりできました。

我被安排在2樓，走道有一股不好聞的味道，房間味道更重、很像廁所的味道，實在很不舒服～然後空調很吵，吵到蓋住外面的車聲此外員工都很親切，每次進出飯店都會跟我打招呼；還有地點很便利、走路4分鐘內可以到outlet巴士站，附近也超多吃的跟便利商店

非常に満足のいく宿泊が出来ました。当日は札幌の最高気温が35度を上回るか？と予想された日で、暑さが心配でしたが各部屋に空調がしっかり設備されていたので全く問題ありませんでした。初めての北海道訪問だった為、距離感が掴めず札幌駅から程近いホテルをチョイスしました。時計台は目と鼻の先的な距離でしたが、すすきのや大通公園、二条市場などが主要目的地の方はホテルからの距離は少々遠めに感じるかも知れません。

트윈룸 금연으로 예약했고 각자의 침대가 각 방에 분리된듯한 형태의 방을 받았어요 방이 좁고 화장실은 더 좁아요. 열쇠도 하나만 줘요. 다른분 후기처럼 첫날에는 물을 안줬어요. 근데 그것 말고는 다 장점이에요. 1. 위치 삿포로역에서 너무 가깝고 오도리 공원에서도 가까워요 호텔로 오는 분들은 JR타는게 나을듯 합니다 2. 조식 종류는 적은데 다 맛이 좋아요! 격일로 메뉴가 살짝 바뀌는것 같아요. 조식 매우매우 추천합니다 3. 서비스 직원들도 매우매우 친절해요 4. 대욕탕 작아서 별 기대 안하고 갔는데 너무 만족했어요 피로를 녹이는데 최적입니다 다음에 또 이용할 의향이 있어요. 호텔 옆에 맛있는 아이스크림집도 있고 편의점도 가까운데 한국인도 잘 없는 최고의 호텔이에요

Generally a good place to stay. Good location at a reasonable price. The breakfast was good though it is catered for Japanese therefore no cereals and limited fruit. There's no safe in the room either. Generally I was happy with my stay.

This hotel is quite close to Sapporo station. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning which made it quite warm when we got back to our room. The staff were friendly. The rooms are a bit dated, but ok overall. Cleaning staff were thorough.

空調温度は快適でした。フロントスタッフの対応も良かった。ただチェックインの時の館内説明を他人とまとめて一度に行うのはお客さまに寄り添っている感じはしない、この効率化はホテルのためにしかなっていない。因みに他に説明できるスタッフは横にいる状態でした。

Room was clean, toiletries/amenities were provided and replenished daily. The staff are polite and helpful - although they have a policy that they cannot make calls (in Japanese) to make reservations for you. They were most responsive when I forgot an item at checkout and had to get it mailed back to me.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, speaking English and also having printed, laminated cards to ensure we understood the free access to the public baths, the buffet breakfast (1850¥ per person) with presentation of room key, and about our room. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and meticulously prepared and presented. No wonder they don’t want people wandering in wearing their bathrobes and slippers! Hot and cold Japanese and Western savoury, dessert and drink items in an airy, bright room—surprisingly since the dining room is located in the basement! Our room was unique and highly appreciated. On entry, the bathroom with a great assortment of amenities was directly in front of us. To the left and also to the right were “mirror” bedrooms! That is, although there was no door between the two areas, the two semi-double beds were very well separated so that privacy and reading lights in each side would not disturb the other person! This hotel is very well situated in Sapporo city centre south of the JR station is clean, calm, walkable, curated landscapes, and very friendly!

This hotel is located roughly in between Sapporo Station/The JR Tower Shopping Center and Odori Park, and is only about a five-minute walk from either. There are buses nearby, and if you arrive via New Chitose Airport, the nearest bus stop is in front of the Former Hokkaido Prefectural Government Building for ¥1300 via the New Chitose Limousine Bus, or you can take the Rapid Airport train to Sapporo Station. Odori Park is a lovely park that is worth exploring both during the day and night, and the view from the top of the Sapporo TV Tower is also beautiful. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, speaking English and also having printed, laminated cards to ensure we understood the free access to the public baths, the buffet breakfast (1850¥ per person) with presentation of room key, and about our room. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and meticulously prepared and presented. No wonder they don’t want people wandering in wearing their bathrobes and slippers! Hot and cold Japanese and Western savoury, dessert and drink items in an airy, bright room—surprisingly since the dining room is located in the basement! Our room was unique and highly appreciated. On entry, the bathroom with a great assortment of amenities was directly in front of us. To the left and also to the right were “mirror” bedrooms! That is, although there was no door between the two areas, the two semi-double beds were very well separated so that privacy and reading lights in each side would not disturb the other person! This hotel is very well situated in Sapporo city centre south of the JR station is clean, calm, walkable, curated landscapes, and very friendly!

Best of all, it is near the Sapporo station and many landmarks, so it made my stay in Sapporo very convenient.
