This hotel is excellent. The breakfast is wonderful and we looked forward to it everyday. It is a short 7-10 minute walk to the Sendai Eki. The staff was always very professional and helpful with anything we needed. We will absolutely stay here every trip to Sendai. The only downside was that our room was very hot. There was a hotel notice notifying guests that the central cooling system was controlled by the hotel and there was a unit to control airflow in the room. The rooms were still very hot and the airflow units did not provide much relief.

The hotel room was a bit grubby and dated, I had to wipe down the wall and table and found items from other guests that were missed by the cleaning staff. The one washing machine needs to be reserved and was booked up but luckily there is a coin laundry across the road. The staff were great and the buffet breakfast is decent.

Only complaint is that there is no temperature control for the room. Only on or off and fan speed. I think it’s one of those places where all the rooms are on a seasonal change. Either AC or heat. I only got heat out when the room was already hot.

Great location and easy to find. Would highly recommend for a budget hotel with friendly staff and close to everything. Everything was clean too.
