Værelserne var fyldt med myre! Personalet gjorde ikke noget ved det. Personalet var smilende og søde, men gjorde intet. Der 400 medarbejdere og kun 1 mand i køkkenet. 1 time til 1,5 kan maden tage. Smagte virkelig dårligt! Også må man INTET tage med udefra, når deres ENE restaurant er så dårligt. Morgenmaden fik nok.

A bit far from everything. Feel trapped and kinda force to eat in a buffet in their only restaurant. Property got a lot of potential. Maybe a more restaurant. Buffet was so expensive (1,500 pesos) and less than 10 choices and no drinks included. Would I go back? maybe not but I had a great time in Cebu.

It was a nightmare. We booked 4 nites but only stay 2 nites. We could not stand the condition of the resort and decided to move to another hotel.

the room was nice, housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel staff was very friendly and very professional. only 1 restaurant, prices were quite steep. some of the menu items were for one person and some could feed 2-3 persons but the menu did not give you that information so we found ourselves surprised by the portions a few times. the resort itself had sections that were in disarray and the biggest pool was dirty and not in use. i do understand that they have had multiple typhoons and an earthquake recently so we just stuck to the areas that had been cleaned up.

Reviews are real stayed for 4nights, waited very long for taxi’s.
