You get what you pay for. This hotel has a lots of potential however missing the essential part which is cleanliness for the beddings. Pillowcases and sheets are washed but looks ivory to yellow, floor mats for sleeping are very thin and uncovered, towels smell like damp clothes. Gym was disorganized and not cleaned. Staffs were effective and attentive, there’s adequate amenities and extra they provide, korean style breakfast was good enough for the price. However, I would not recommend or come back even if I was offered great deal.

Nice breakfast, have double seated bath tub, but the towels were a bit dated and small. We took around 15 mins walk to the nearest metro station. They have shuttle bus but not available to book. lots of convenience stores around.

윗층에서 아이들이 밤늦게까지 뛰어다니며 소음을 일으켜서 시끄러웠음 조식 부페에서 식사후 집기 그릇 식기 등을 직접 반납해야 해서 푸드코트식으로 운영해서 불편함 주변 위치가 복잡해서 주차하기 힘듦

가성비 최고 주차장 많고 방 깨끗하고 아침도 맛있었음

위치도 좋고 청결하고 쾌적했어요. 주차공간도 널널하고 위치가 정말 좋아요. 인계동 다른쪽은 너무 시끄럽고 더럽고 유흥가 느낌인데 딱 조용하게 좋았어요.

주차장이 좁고 외부 주차장을 이용한다는것 빼고는 다 좋음

Pro: Best hotel for money. Facilities, cleanless, location, friendly staff & buffet breakfast was beyond expectation at the fraction of cost so highly recommended to include the meal but limited meal for the western travellers (simplar version of the continental breakfast) Cons: the gym facilities closed, pc not working for business, local phone connection took a while but it was free to use a local call.

比較的新しい建物で部屋も比較的広く綺麗なのですが、掃除のオバサン達の手が届きにくい部分の清掃が疎かだった印象です。 それ以外にも1Fフロント・ロビー周辺の整理整頓をもう少ししっかり行って頂けると、満足度がより高くなると思います。 良いところとしては朝食込みプランが有る事です。美味しく頂けました。ビジネス出張ですから非常に助かります。

가성비 최고 주차장 많고 방 깨끗하고 아침도 맛있었음

큰 기대 하지 않아서 그런지 깔끔하고 친절 했어요 근데 시설이 오래 되서 그런지 바닥이 뜨고 먼지가 좀 깔려 있는듯한 느낌을 받았어요 서비스는 친절하고 깔끔했습니다.

스위트룸이 오랫만에 나갔는지 청소가 오래전에 한듯한 느낌이었어요. 침대커버가 땀얼룩이 있어서 교환했고(다행이 친절히 바꿔줌) 침대커버고 그닥 깨끗해 보이지 않았음 아침 조식은 가격대비 괜찮았음

The pictures online look a lot nicer than the actual place. My room was overall clean, but there were multiple stains on the curtains and scratched-off wallpaper on the walls. The bedsheet, comforter, and pillowcases felt almost plastic-y, but they were at least clean. Because of the material though, the bed wasn't super comfortable (the mattress felt fine though). Also, the location of the hotel is not in a great area. It's in an alley-type of street and there was quite a bit of garbage piled on the sidewalks near the hotel as I walked up and down the street. There are, however, some good restaurants and cafes I found nearby, it's just not the nicest area. The staff was the best part of the hotel -- extremely nice and polite during check-in and check-out. Also my room's bathroom was great, no complaints there. Basically I thought I was getting a great room and an amazing deal, but it turned out I pretty much got the quality of hotel I paid for. If my expectations hadn't been so high based off the way it's advertised, it would've been a better experience.

예전에 아이들 어렸을 때 이용하였었는데 아주 만족했떤 경험이 있어서 오랜만에 다시 방문하게 되었습니다. 그 때는 새로 지었었는지 시설이 아주 깨끗하고 좋았던 것 같은데, 이번 방문 때는 그에 비해 노후화 된 느낌이 들었습니다. 하지만, 조식은 여전히 부담 없는 가격으로 맛있게 든든히 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식도 해결하면서 가족 여행 숙박을 위해 방문하기에는 나쁘지 않고 괜찮은 곳입니다.

오래된 모텔 그이상 그이하도 아님 다행이 조식은 먹을만함

조식을 먹을 때 보니 대부분 가족여행객이였습니다. 수원을 여행하면서 편안하게 부담없는 가격에 머무를 수 있었고 조식을 아이들도 잘 먹는 음식으로 알차게 구성되어 있어서 가격대비 만족합니다. 다만 침구류.. 특히 베개가 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Had an okay stay. The bathroom tub and washing basin was placed in a strange position. The floor to basin will get wet after bath.

친절하고 가족들과 잘 지내다 왔습니다

The room itself was okay, even though it's little old. The room cleaning service was good, but still the floor is quit dirty. Most of all, the staffs on the front desk were horrible, their service was awful. On the first day, the hotel manager sounds rude when I asked if the room rate includes breakfast, and then I called them for the pillows for the futon, but he said you have enough, i said no you guys didn't provide any for the futon. He finally said okay. And the bathroom door couldn't stay closed while we have a little baby keeps trying to get into the bathroom, so we requested them to check it our, they said it's not allowed to lock it, we said no it is not staying closed!! They checked the door in person and told us they would change the room and then they insisted that all rooms are same like that. That was lying, because we could actually fix the door. Lol. Their attitude was terrible. One day when we were out, we ordered food to the hotel by mistake. We called the hotel and asked them if they can put the food inside the fridge. They said okay, and we trusted. When we came back in 4-5hours, the food was still there!!! Lol. They don't have a good customer service at all. The room cleaning service people are only caring and nice.

그냥저냥.. 크게 불편한 것 없었고 적당히 깔끔. 좁지 않은건 좋았다. 넷플릭스 볼 수 있는데 수원역이나 지하철에선 걸어가기엔 먼 거리라 택시를 타야했다.

I love the location ,very close to amenities but there is construction happening directly in front of tye hotel.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was a short walk from Exit 6 of Suwon City Hall subway station. The area was fairly quiet, but there were quite a few coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The buffet breakfast was Korean style with many options to choose from.

水原でのK-POPイベントに参加するため、一泊しました。夜遅くにおわりましたが、ダラダラと30分弱かかりますが、歩いても帰れるホテルです。地下鉄駅からは7-8分でしょうか。飲食店も周りに多く、便利なのでは、と思います。
