Overall we enjoyed our stay. This isn't a traditional hotel, more like a boutique hotel taking up one section of a floor in a shared building. You will be given two access codes, one for the main door and one for the floor. Special note for fellow Americans, what the Europeans refer to as floor 1 is what we'd call floor 2. We were super confused trying to find the right door before we realized we were on the wrong floor. Good: It was clean, it had the necessities, and the location is excellent. Walkable to the major attractions, many restaurants and shops in the immediate area. Not so good: The beds were uncomfortably firm. We visited in October so it wasn't very hot, but we did notice the A/C wasn't very powerful.

Zimmer 105: Positiv: Super Lage! Unkomplizierter Check-In zu jeder Zeit möglich. Minibar. Shampoo, Duschgel. Komfortable Kissen. WLAN ausreichend gut. Leider viele negativen Sachen: Schimmel im Badezimmer in der gesamten Dusche. Wahrscheinlich auch der Grund dafür, wieso keine Bilder von diesem Bad inseriert wurden. Sehr schade! Spiegel im Bad sollte ausgetauscht werden. Es ist sehr laut, da das Zimmer an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Ohropax empfehlenswert. Das Bett hat zwei separate Matratzen, welche ständig auseinander rutschen und man spürt die Federn schon. Matratzen sollten getauscht werden. Keine deutschen Fernsehsender. Where to begin… We got off our flights and contacted Gabriel because as said in other reviews if you check in after 1 no one is on the property so naturally I was confused. I was responded to with unpleasantness. Getting to the room was a bit confusing but we figured it out and it turned out to be a bit of an adventure. There was blood stains and splatter on the mirror and the faucet was dirty. At around 6 am there was cigarette smell coming from what seemed to be inside our room (although it wasn’t). It woke us up and we couldn’t go back to sleep because the smell was so potent. The bed wasn’t comfortable, there was sand in the sheets, and there was no blanket to go over the sheets. Great location but would find somewhere else to stay for the same money.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel, which was conveniently close to the city's main attractions. The self-check-in was super easy, allowing us to skip the usual front desk formalities and get straight to our room. The room itself was spotless and surprisingly quiet, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Being so close to everything was a huge plus, as it meant we could easily pop back to the hotel between outings. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Wir hatten 4 Einzelzimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber. 3 Zimmer gingen zur Seitenstraße eins zum Innenhof. Die Betten waren bequem und die Geräusche von der Straße hörte man kaum. Man konnte gut schlafen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar z.B Petersdom 13 min, Kolosseum 30min, Trevibrunnen 21min. Das Restaurantviertel Trastevere ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Dort gibt es viele gute Lokale. Sehr gemütlich. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es 3 Restaurants ( auch gut) Frühstücken kann man gut am Campo di fiori. Eine Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Tür. Kleine Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Ein Dankeschön an die Zimmerfee Olga.

If you check in after 1pm, there is no one to help you; good luck trying to figure out how to get to your room. Room smells like sewer and outside view is a rood full of poop and trash. I do not recommend.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is ideal. Check-in was a bit difficult due to only one person working and they knew minimal english. Fabiana was very nice and apologetic and worked very hard to get our rooms ready and we greatly appreciated it. You can’t beat it for location and walkability. Beds are a bit hard.

Es handelt sich bei dieser Unterkunft nicht um ein Hotel sondern um 2 Wohnungen, in der man Zimmer vermietet. Wir haben 4 Nächte in der Woche nach Ostern 2024 in einem Deluxe-Doppelzimmer gebucht, bestätigt wurde Stadtblick. Stattdessen erhielten wir ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, der so dunkel war, dass man auch am Tage das Licht einschalten musste. Wenn man keine Einblicke Anderer wünschte, musste man die Gardinen permanent geschlossen halten. Abends wurde es empfindlich kühl, die Klimaanlage heizte nur ab und zu, sodass es im Zimmer recht klamm wurde. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten, ein Nachttischchen gab es nur auf einer Seite des Bettes. Ein Schrank mit eingebautem Kochfeld und wirkte eher improvisiert und unappetitlich, als dass man ihn hätte nutzen wollen. Die Rezeption ist nur an wenigen Stunden am Tag besetzt. Wir haben bei der Ankunft reklamiert und auf ein anders Zimmer bestanden, aber keines erhalten mit der Begründung, sie wären alle belegt. Bezahlt haben wir 642 Euro, die Schlussrechnung, die man uns per WhatsApp schickte, betrug nur 509 Euro. Ob hotels.com die Differenz wohl erstattet? Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, sie wirkt improvisiert und wenig wohnlich. Man sollte sich nicht von den Fotos blenden lassen. Für uns die schlechteste Unterkunft, die wir bislang gebucht haben.

Tivemos problemas com a iluminação. No segundo dia não conseguimos acender algumas luzes. Pedimos outro cobertor e não foi respondido. A cama era extremamente desconfortável. Estava com um buraco em um dos lados.

The area was perfect location to all sights, if you are good wirh a small walk. If you don't walk places, you miss so many beautiful sights. The hotel is on a major road, so not extremely quiet at night, but that is the charm. We arrived after the front desk was gone (1pm) and the directions to self check in were very easy to follow. Rooms are very simple in Europe but this was clean and roomy. You really don't want to stay inside except to sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Mit 2. Ophold hos Fabiana i Inn Rome Room and suites. Her bliver man altid mødt af en meget venlig og gæstfri værtinde, der når receptionen er lukket, er nem at gå fat i på Whats App. Hotellet er meget centralt beliggende - i gå afstand til alt i det centrale Rom. Gode restauranter , hyggelige piazzaer , indkøbs muligheder og mange seværdigheder lige om hjørnet . Værelserne er store, pæne og rene. Det sidste værelse vi boede på var ud til gaden og derfor lidt støj - første gang boede jeg ud til den hyggeligste lille gård og her var helt ro. Ophold hos Fabiana kan klart anbefales og jeg kommer helt sikkert igen .

Det sidste værelse vi boede på var ud til gaden og derfor lidt støj - første gang boede jeg ud til den hyggeligste lille gård og her var helt ro. No había nadie para dejar la llave al hacer check out tuve que dejarla en la habitación y me cobraron 60 euros. Extra la habitación era Long y me vamos 2 personas y cobraron extra la otra persona pésimo!!!

We only stayed the night for a quick layover but we were happy to be able to drop our things and immediately walk to dinner given the good location. Room and bathroom was spacious, great air conditioning. Fabiana was available by WhatsApp to help us coordinate airport transport and very easy to communicate with. Overall, great location, clean and no frills spot to enjoy Rome.

The only thing was that the check in process was complicated; required me to download WhatsApp and was not at all easy. It took us nearly 30 minutes to figure out how to get to our room and there was no staff on duty whatsoever to assist. All communication was through WhatsApp and not the most clear and concise. Other than that it was a good room and a good stay.

To call this a hotel is generous. There is no staff on site, check in is reminiscent of an escape room as it requires 3 keypads and finding your own keys. Security is non existent as is the customer service. The location is central but it smells strongly of feet. WiFi and AC worked well, but don’t expect any assistance if something doesn’t work. For instance our fridge (the only amenity) did not work and it became a drawn out back and forth on WhatsApp (again, non existent staff). I recommend staying elsewhere!

Do not stay here. The way that the property manager, G, treated us as customers was completely unprofessional and rude. We let the property know that we would be checking in late weeks in advance, specifically over 5 weeks in advance. They said it would be okay and we could organize a self check-in. We arrived at 10pm and picked up the keys from a bar across the street. Turns out that Rome Inn Rooms forgot to give us the correct key to enter the hallway that would allow us to enter our room. We called the phone number that was given to us over 5 times and no response. An hour later at approximately 11pm, while we were on the phone with Expedia for over 40 minutes, Gabriele arrived and attempted to let us in while acknowledging that we were not given the correct keys. Once he arrived he himself didn’t have the right keys so we had to wait another 30 minutes for us to be let in the room; from 10pm to 11:30pm we were stuck in a country that was completely foreign to us at night with no place to stay. Upon checking out, we got G to acknowledge that it was their mistake that the proper key was not given to us upon arrival, however they did absolutely nothing to compensate us or try to help us out at all. If you want to be treated without respect by the staff that work here, stay here. If you want to not have to worry about not having a place to sleep as a tourist, go elsewhere. Save your stress, save your time, and save your money.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. This isn't a traditional hotel, more like a boutique hotel taking up one section of a floor in a shared building. You will be given two access codes, one for the main door and one for the floor. Special note for fellow Americans, what the Europeans refer to as floor 1 is what we'd call floor 2. We were super confused trying to find the right door before we realized we were on the wrong floor. Good: It was clean, it had the necessities, and the location is excellent. Walkable to the major attractions, many restaurants and shops in the immediate area. Not so good: The beds were uncomfortably firm. We visited in October so it wasn't very hot, but we did notice the A/C wasn't very powerful.

The boutique type hotel was perfect for 2 nights stay. Location was perfectly located and the concierge was amazingly helpful who gave us some great recommendations of places to eat. Was perfect for price. The only thing I would say is that it’s near a hospital and we could hear ambulances at early hours of the morning, this occurred 3 times over the 2 nights.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel, which was conveniently close to the city's main attractions. Wir hatten 4 Einzelzimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber. 3 Zimmer gingen zur Seitenstraße eins zum Innenhof. Die Betten waren bequem und die Geräusche von der Straße hörte man kaum. Man konnte gut schlafen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar z.B Petersdom 13 min, Kolosseum 30min, Trevibrunnen 21min. Das Restaurantviertel Trastevere ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Dort gibt es viele gute Lokale. Sehr gemütlich. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es 3 Restaurants ( auch gut) Frühstücken kann man gut am Campo di fiori. Eine Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Tür. Kleine Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Ein Dankeschön an die Zimmerfee Olga.

The room was very cold and the staff did not reply to my messages asking about heat. Clean room and good location. No street noise during the week but the door to the courtyard was loud and no soundproofing from the hallway. Tiny shower. Bed was just ok. I was able to leave my suitcase for the rest of the day after checking out.

The hotel is centrally located to all of the sites I wanted to see, The Vatican, Trevi Fountain, The Colosseum all of them were less than a 30 mins walk. Needed to get in my steps. The housekeeping lady was absolutely lovely! She was very helpful on a few occasions. If I ever found myself in Rome again, I would stay there.
