We booked this place last minute on the road one night in July. Upon arrival we were told they didn’t receive our conformation from Expedia yet, and that it was weird Expedia allowed us to book as they didn’t even have any rooms available. The manager “found” a room for us; however it wasn’t the one we booked and paid for which was irritating. We were really just there to sleep for the night for a few hours before we hit the road again so I didn’t argue or make a fuss about it. It was good for what it was. The outside is being renovated by the looks of it. It wasn’t in the greatest of areas and there were some questionable people hanging around outside that I am certain were not guests. There is a liquor store attached to it so I’m sure that’s the reason why. I personally think we paid way too much for the place given how mediocre it is, but it is what it is and it’s done now. Given a choice to stay here again, I’d only do it if it were way cheaper.

The parking was good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff you could tell didn’t care very much. Do believe it is being renovated but no reason not to take some pride in your work.

The pictures are very misleading. When we arrived half the hotel was burnt and closed. The front entrance pillars were falling apart, it was very run down and there were 3 police officers in the parking lot. It did not feel safe for a family to spend the night. Had to re-book elsewhere.

Overall great....Value for money and since its the cheapest property on all surrounding areas so no complaints...staff is amazing...check in was great and was very smooth and welcoming..morning agent was also great which makes a huge difference..u get all basic necessities. There is tv, mini fridge, coffee machine, air conditioing, blow dryer with all bathroom amenities. bed is also comfy..parking was just outside the room so made it so convenient n safe. So if you are looking for a simple basic cozy room this would be it.

Older, "plain jane" motel, sections being updated but less price compared to other accommodation. No ice machine or any amenities. Picture showed Adirondack chairs and grass in front o each unit but not the case. Check in employee was very pleasant.

Even though the rooms were nonsmoking they smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor as well. When the issues were brought up to the staff they said they would cancel the stay and then I could cancel Expedia about a refund. This was a lie, as after multiple attempts Expedia has stated they cannot get the approval from the alpine inn manager to process a refund.

Photos are not real, rooms were awful. Smelly, dirty. I found several long hairs in the sheets when we first got to the room. The tub was filthy. No one slept well on the metal spring mattresses. Half the motel was condemned. Honestly hotels.com should not offer stays here. Over $300.00 was insane for this place. The staff was very polite by the way. Only good thing I have to say.

I give this place a ZERO star please don’t start here. The rooms were very dirty as in not being cleaned at all. There was blood in the bathtub. There was no plug for the bathtub, no amenities, ZERO face cloths. Asked the room attendant if I could get a face cloth was told no people use them to clean there shoes then had very angry front office staff throwing his hands in the air scoffing, from the request for a face cloth & towel saying that he’s throwing me out of the office for such an ask. They have undercover police parked in there parking lot watching you & as soon as you leave the property pull you over for suspicious of Drunk driving it happened twice.

This is the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. It was so dirty as if it wasn’t touched since the last person stayed in that room, every surface was covered in dust and the shower had someone else’s hair in it. The towels were already stained and the bathroom door didn’t even shut. The temperature was broken and the staff was rude. There were doors being slammed throughout the night and many loud people outside at 4 in the morning. This hotel charged me $150 a night after advertising for $75 and raise their price each night depending on availability. Never again will I stay in this dump.

Not clean, i scrubbed tub b4 shower. Windows had no screen, locks didnt work, was scared to use the air conditioner as it was filthy. Cleaned out drawers b4 i put anything in, coffe pot didnt work, was told we would get another but didnt. Was offered one the day b4 check out. Asked for kleenex, they were all out. Asked for an extra towel and they were all being washed.

The room was very, very smoky. Some renovations had been done in the bathroom but they didn’t appear to be done by a professional. There were burn marks in the bathroom. For the price, it was old, tired and didn’t feel very clean.

Easy to access and check in was simple. Our room was in rough shape - the door frames were rotting, paint was peeling, shower was dirty. Even the TV remote batteries were dead and the TV itself wouldnt lower the volume. Luckily we were only there for a few hours to sleep.

This renovated motel was a pretty cheap stay, and was fine for the night, though I’m glad we didn’t stay longer. The receptionist was helpful and kind, but this motel hosts a motley assortment of rude guests and shady figures that made us feel kind of uncomfortable. The room itself was nice enough, but a deadbolt would have made us feel more at ease. Sleep was a bit hard to come by, as the walls are pretty thin, and you can hear everyone’s business.

The space was fairly clean and tidy. Outside there were people doing things in the parking lot that I don't even want to know what they were. When I arrived I avoided eye contact and headed to my room after check in. Shortly after I fell asleep, I woke up to someone entering my locked room with a master key. The front desk staff member knocked and then proceeded to enter my room. I jumped out of bed to find out that their system made a mistake and they assigned the wrong room to myself or something like that. Either way, it is extremely inappropriate to enter a room like that forcefully. In the morning I addressed the issue and the staff member laughed when I said that I didn't sleep much and was very alarmed at the situation. He proceeded to say that if I want more sleep then I can stay another night. I would not recommend this space to anybody. It feels unsafe and the staff are inappropriate. Please do yourself a huge favor and find another place to stay.

I would definitely stay here again. It is close to the highway and in the city so there is traffic noise. However, the room is well appointed, nicely updated. Wifi is great. I was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews, however, the room was very nice. Yes it could use a deep clean, but you are not paying for a high end hotel. It is clean and quite acceptable. The staff are excellent. Friendly and efficient. A big win for me for trying the Alpine Inn!

DO NOT BOOK this property, when I arrived for check in, they told me they canceled my booking, even though it showed I still had it in Expedia. They claimed some crap about not having a credit card on file (which I absolutely do)! I got NO notification until I arrived that I had no room. I was so upset ! I think they canceled it so they could make more money off the booking, since I booked months prior for a lot cheaper Beware. Don’t book!

I cannot say enough about the staff, and although I lost the paper with all their names, I want to say thank you for everything you did during out stay. The quick efficiency when dealing with the broken toilet to the cleaning staff. I loved my stay. I hope the new renovations go well. Oh, and thank you for being so welcoming to my dog, Miss Bailey.

I had booked for my son who was in BC and had a motor vehicle accident in relation to the Forest Fires. He just needed a place to sleep and I booked this on Expedia for him. However, they would not allow him to check in as he had lost his cc in the accident and they offered me no solution that was in accordance with my backs security protocols regarding my credit card. I ended up moving his reservation to the Sandman and they were very understanding and accommodating. Even upgrading him to a suite. The Alpine Inn and Expedia refused to refund my payment, even though we were there to check in and they refused us. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL!

Staff did not deal with the loud people causing disturbances correctly the first 2 times we called. Waited until we got so upset after 2am to move rooms to then later finally call the cops to have them removed from the property. Disappointed we were not offered any compensation for the terrible night there besides an apology.

The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate me, I stayed 4 nights and it was quiet and clean and great pricing just minutes away from the highway. All the amenities you need. Restaurants and liquor store in walking distance. Would definitely return when I’m passing through again! Thank you.

Very dated and appears to be in the process of updates. Room was extremely worn and tired, chipped paint, damaged flooring, cracks in the walls. The AC worked, though loud and aging. The room was clean, bedding and towels were fresh. Price was somewhat reflective of condition. The location was convenient and check in easy. Front desk staff was efficient and kind. I would not seek out to stay here again but it was convenient, suited the last minute change of plans we were faced with, and was pet friendly.

Room was nasty. Not dirty, just very old and worn out. Neighborhood around the hotel was somewhat OK but didn’t feel real comfortable taking dog out at night. People loitering around the liquor store at 1am which is in the hotel parking lot. We travelled with our large dog so didn’t have many hotel choices in the area so this was it.
