A l'exception du "murphy lit" qui n'étais pas un vrai lit et pas vraiment confortable, je n'ai rien de négatif a dire, même si on n'est pas situe près du centre ville, on est près de plusieurs amendité ..j'ai adoré la piscine creusé, propre. J'étais près du parc Orford avec un sentier dans le bois et pres de la riviere aux cerises, et beaucoup d'autre choses..un plus a recommander!

The carpets were very dirty. The patio door to the pool could not be locked and there was no reception, so it felt unsafe. I only got a text with the code for the door on the morning of my stay without other explanations. Very unsettling.

Très bien situé, propre et pratique. Plusieurs bémols cependant : il n’y avait jamais personne à la réception donc on n’a pas pu poser de questions. Une personne est disponible par téléphone mais ce n’est pas pratique. Il n’y a pas de locker à skis.

There is black mold on the bathroom, the furniture is visibly stained and dirty, the floors are dirty, there is no bottom sheet on the bed, the hallways in the hotel are dirty, and there were no staff at the front desk to address concerns. The entire building smells musty. The only positive is that the exterior looks nice.

La chambre est spacieuse, on est situé près de tout. C’est le genre d’endroit parfait pour profiter des alentours et avoir un pied à terre. Par contre, l’endroit manque un peu d’amour: cheveux dans la douche, plusieurs prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas ou d’autres font surchauffer les branchements, manque d’ustensiles pour le nombre de personnes, plusieurs travaux dans l’édifice, insonorisation qui laisse à désirer. Somme toutes, nous avons eu un bon séjour!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay in this beautiful stone building located a few steps away from bicycle/walking trails. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the shower was fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full-sized fridge. After reading earlier reviews we brought our own condiments (cooking oil, salt and pepper) but there were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels etc. Conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will return!

La localisation était bien. Cependant, c’était sale, (poussière, toiles d’araignées, vaisselles) et en plus, il avait dans la douche l’ancienne enveloppe de shampooing ouverte de l’ancien voyageur avant nous. Il y avait absence de housse de couette , seulement 2 draps plat en remplacement de la housse.

La localisation était bien. Cependant, c’était sale, (poussière, toiles d’araignées, vaisselles) et en plus, il avait dans la douche l’ancienne enveloppe de shampooing ouverte de l’ancien voyageur avant nous. Les photos de leur site vs les chambres deux monde l’armoire à balai était plus spacieuse que notre chambre pas de fenêtre qui s’ouvre dans la chambre le voisin qu’à côté ronflait si fort qu’il nous a empêcher de dormir les murs sont donc non isolé nous devions resté deux jours nous sommes partis après 12 h je vais faire une plainte et une demande de remboursement

I liked the convenience of the property to Mount Orford. Also liked the kitchenette & fridge facilities. Room well laid out. Bathroom very modern. I did not like the beds not having proper mattresses. Also the couch was small and lacked a side table.

La propreté laissait à désiré surtout dans la salle de bain (cheveux, croûte, pompe à savon sale) J'ai eu le malheur d'avoir eu une chambre pour laquelle l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas en pleine canicule (chose qui peuvent arrivé) mais c'était très désagréable, il faisait 37 dans la chambre. La discussion n'étaient pas facile avec l'équipe de gestion, on a convenue que j'aurais droit à un dédommagement pour ne pas avoir tous les commodités convenues dans la location de la chambre et j'ai pas eu de nouvelles. À deux moment, on m'a dit qu'on me rappelerait et rien du tout... J'ai été très décue.

Overall good . Some repairs needed in bathroom . The office was closed . We had to buy remotes for the tv we were told we would be reimbursed but that didn’t happen . However , the condo we rented overall was not bad .

I liked the convenience of the property to Mount Orford. Also liked the kitchenette & fridge facilities. Room well laid out. Bathroom very modern. I did not like the beds not having proper mattresses. Also the couch was small and lacked a side table.

A l'exception du "murphy lit" qui n'étais pas un vrai lit et pas vraiment confortable, je n'ai rien de négatif a dire, même si on n'est pas situe près du centre ville, on est près de plusieurs amendité ..j'ai adoré la piscine creusé, propre. J'étais près du parc Orford avec un sentier dans le bois et pres de la riviere aux cerises, et beaucoup d'autre choses..un plus a recommander!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay in this beautiful stone building located a few steps away from bicycle/walking trails. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the shower was fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full-sized fridge. After reading earlier reviews we brought our own condiments (cooking oil, salt and pepper) but there were plenty of cleaning supplies, towels etc. Conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores. We will return!

La localisation était bien. Cependant, c’était sale, (poussière, toiles d’araignées, vaisselles) et en plus, il avait dans la douche l’ancienne enveloppe de shampooing ouverte de l’ancien voyageur avant nous. Il y avait absence de housse de couette , seulement 2 draps plat en remplacement de la housse.

Très bien situé, propre et pratique. Plusieurs bémols cependant : il n’y avait jamais personne à la réception donc on n’a pas pu poser de questions. Une personne est disponible par téléphone mais ce n’est pas pratique. Il n’y a pas de locker à skis.

La chambre est spacieuse, on est situé près de tout. C’est le genre d’endroit parfait pour profiter des alentours et avoir un pied à terre. Par contre, l’endroit manque un peu d’amour: cheveux dans la douche, plusieurs prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas ou d’autres font surchauffer les branchements, manque d’ustensiles pour le nombre de personnes, plusieurs travaux dans l’édifice, insonorisation qui laisse à désirer. Somme toutes, nous avons eu un bon séjour!

Overall good . Some repairs needed in bathroom . The office was closed . We had to buy remotes for the tv we were told we would be reimbursed but that didn’t happen . However , the condo we rented overall was not bad .

The carpets were very dirty. The patio door to the pool could not be locked and there was no reception, so it felt unsafe. I only got a text with the code for the door on the morning of my stay without other explanations. Very unsettling.
