Overall, the hotel was fantastic! Friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nice restaurant on site. Excellent breakfast! Rooms were large and very comfortable.

The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit! Although about a ten minute drive from the city center it was not an inconvenience at all. The location is great for visiting the Swarovski Crystal Museum which should be a must stop if visiting Innsbruck. I would stay here again if/when I return to Innsbruck.
