Our room #4 - would definitely benefit from more warm lighting. One light bulb missing above table and only one bedside light made it a bit frigid sitting in cool white light in a room devoid of any decorations . The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming and the room was spotless. As to one customer writing about the motel being quiet, I can only assume that that person took out their hearing aids. The traffic noise can be quite intrusive from about 5 am.

Rooms are always clean and staff are always friendly especially the reception staff. They go out of their way to help and settle you in. The housekeeping staff don’t understand English that well. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms as well. Showers are always powerful and hot water is hot! Can be a lil noisy as it’s on the Main Street in the CBD of Rockhampton but nothing too unbearablez

I was super impressed with the service from when I arrived to the moment I left and the room. I ended up being upgraded to a family room. Very spacious bathroom and shower was amazing! Hot hot water and full flow, none of this water saver shower heads. Room was very clean and tidy and the pool was beautiful and shops/restaurants are easy walking distance as well as the main city centre being only 10-15 mins walk away. Great location and Great Motel at a decent rate.
