Nice Hotel, Good Food, Nice Staff. Clean Onsen facilities. Well maintained, but quite dated inside. Only big problem was my room smelled really bad of damp. Abit pricey for what it is, but the staff were nice and the food was good.

とにかく素晴らしいの一言です。亡母の法事で鶴岡に行った時に宿泊しました。夕食の時、亡母の写真を床の間に飾っていたのですが、それに気づいた中居さんが素早く影膳を用意して下さいました。一緒にいた家族＋親族一同、この心遣いに驚くと共に大変感動を覚えました。施設や食事の素晴らしさは言うまでもありませんが、こうした中居さん始め調理場従業員様の心遣いが、他を寄せ付けない萬国屋様の魅力なのだと思います。心温まる宿泊を提供頂き、心から感謝いたします。
