Stayed here for the Ironman Western Australia and it was a good place to stay. The distance from the venue was close and it’s nearby the beach too. They have spacious parking area and they offer room service if you’re staying for more than 2 nights. Contrary to the comments I have read before, this property may be beside the highway, but it’s very quiet. However, walls aren’t too thick so if the other guests from the other rooms snore loudly, you might have that as your lullaby. Rooms are just small, but I appreciate the complete kitchen needs as we were able to prepare food that suits our diet before and right after the race.

Check in was so easy, actually too easy. I mentioned my name and the key was handed over. Reception staff was friendly. We use the pool, it’s nice but ducks were sharing it some times with some duck waste around it. You pay what you get for so the apartment is acceptable, bed linens were clean but we shared the apt with a couple of small cockroaches. Overall satisfying stay.

I stayed here with my youngest son. It was ok for a budget motel. Room is big enough. Bed is enough for two people. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The room provides TV, stove and cooking equipment, including dishwashing liquids, cutlery’s, tea and coffe making. And the small refrigerator to add on. I will definitely coming back to stay here in the future. Staffs are kind and generous. They’re helping me changing towels and one of the cleaning lady’s even offered to help with the towel. But, don’t expect anything more from here. As they’re not provide cleaning lady to clean the room. Unless if you’re staying more than 3 days. Cleaning can be done by request and it’s going to cost you about $25. Other than that, everything is seem good to me.

Uteplass, men ikke så trivelig. Kun 1 stol og ikke bord utenfor rommet. Hadde rom med kjøkken, men dette var ikke så godt tilrettelagt for bruk. WIFI fungerer ikke på eller utenfor rommet, kun nært resepsjonen. Mye insekter, også inne på rommet. Prismessig innenfor det akseptable.

Sheets were clean, shower was very hot, parked right outside the door and reception were very helpful and even printed some documents for me for free . Ill go back for sure

This motel needs an upgrading badly for its price. Rooms are clean and comfortable but the heater was going on and off regularly. There is no wifi except a weak one at reception, very inconvenient.

If you hope to stay like a king or queen, then you will be disappointed. However, if your main aim is to visit Busselton, and only wanting to a place to spend a night. This is a decent place. It is only a few km away from Busselton Jetty, easy access to shopping, beaches if you have a car. The owner is helpful too. My room was out of hotwater, and the owner attended to it right away upon reporting. I'm giving it 4 stars because the room is spacious. On the other hand the place can get a little more TLC as it is a little old (but still in ok condition) side. Overall, I enjoy my stay here

The has been no maintenance done on this property for a long time, which is a shame as it has the potential to be quite a nice motel, being close to all amenities. The unit was small but reasonable, although none of the water outlets drained as they should have. WiFi did not work in the unit although it did work in the reception area. Not a lot of help. The laundry was a disgrace.
