But it has all you need for budget overnights - it's clean, tea/coffee facilities and some crockery if you bring in food but I would have liked a bedside lamp. Extreme disappointment- upon check in the manager said oh I was going to call you the carpet in your room is really stained and we need new carpet and it hasn’t come. They then moved us to another room to which was hot and smelt so when I opened the window the fly screen had massive holes so all bugs flew in. The kids then got in bed which they then couldn’t stop sneezing and had swollen eyes due to the dusty dirty blankets … I had to remove them from the beds I then tried to shower the kids as they had allergies from the dirt -The shower was dirty so my kids refused to get in - this is unacceptable. I know it’s not a new hotel but we stay in many regional areas and cleanliness in important. We checked out a day early with no response from the owners … this motel should not be operating with these standards it needs to be assessed.

Friendly staff and has all the basic amenities. Soundproofing was very poor, I could hear cars, trains, and even next door’s microwave. The bed was too soft. Air conditioner remote was half-broken, I couldn’t adjust the temperature so the room was either too warm or too cold. Overall, not ideal for light sleeper or sensitive to room temperature.

All facilities are good except missing air dryer. Manager too keen on return key policy. Feel like being monitor when checking out. I even received a call from manager in regards to missing tower that i have no idea whete it went. Dont feel good. Period.

I booked this hotel for a local event and had limited time to get ready. A formal black tie event. Upon arrival I went to reception and there was no one there. There were a large number of people outside who advised they also had come to check in and there was no staff to check anyone in. We had a bus organised to pick us up at 5, so with limited time already on arrival, this very much upset me as it took over an hour for the only staff member onsite (A Cleaner) to let me into my room more than an hour after my arrival. I nearly missed the bus to the event due to not enough time to get ready. The room itself was ok, minus the holes in the walls and Band-AIDS on light switches. In future I will not stay here. It was very inconvenient for them not to have someone else look after the front desk regardless of why they weren’t there. Terrible.

Very friendly and accommodating staff when we wanted early access to our room. Helpfulness continued throughout our stay. Nice comfortable room. Black mark to Expedia - their accounting procedures left me in total confusion concerning payment. And I am not totally sure that I gave them authority to access my account for this booking. A withdrawal from the account without mention of the name of the accommodation provider ...??? Just 30 digits of codes.

The room was clean and comfortable. Reception was welcoming and they were very helpful in coming to show us how the heating worked. Down side was the towels in the bathroom were fraying and the bedspread was past its use by date only minor things. The other point would be the have instructions in the room on the use of the heater and a map with dining facilities in the town. Apart from those minor things, it was an enjoyable stay.
