We stopped in Warrugal for one night on the way back to Melbourne, and stayed in a Superior room with 2 QS beds. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The shower was good but needed a bit more screening to prevent water all over the floor. Our room had a small table but we would be happier with a bit more bench space along the wall. There is free parking underneath which was good. Breakfast was to order but limited options and very loud music until we asked for it to be turned down, which they did. Overall for one night it was good.

Very comfortable bed, lovely shower that had good pressure and hot water, well designed room. All 4 pillows in the room were firm....would have been better with a mix. Air fresher or cleaning spray was over powering, particularly in hallways. Great parking undercover!

Nice and roomy with underground parking included. Some aspects of the motel are a little ages such as carpet but minor issue in the scheme of things. Very friendly staff at check in and dining. Had dinner and breakfast at hotel and beautiful meals, sensibly priced and not massive so you don't waste it or gorge yourself senseless. The service and attentiveness was first class.

The front desk is only staffed 8a.m. til 6 p.m. on Sundays. If you need service or lock yourself out, it is $80, outside of the listed hours. Carpets need cleaning. What a great hotel! Modern and clean. Rooms spacious and quality. Such great value for money hotel in a lovely town. The only issue was that while the room had excellent sound proofing for outside noise, the ceiling/floor was not sound-proofed. The thump of feet went on way past midnight and kept is waking us up.

It was comfortable and really upmarket quality place. The only thing that was annoyimg was the tv had limited channels and no internet access to watch netflix. Seemed a bit outdated. The remote was hard to use. It is the first place where we coukdnt watch a movie

The property was very modern and great facilities , my only concern was the time it took to check in I couldnt pay for my team in one transaction and was charged a $100 bond per room and when we checked out a different receptionist said that is strange that you were all charged the bond 5 rooms

very spacious rooms and quiet. we found breakfast was a terrible arrangement. we prepaid $27 and our breakfast didn't come to the amount. we upsized drinks to use our prepaid amount. it would be better to order what we want and charge it to our room. New staff at breakfast and were not familiar with the breakfast vouchers.
