When we booked it was not clear that the pool and hot tub was out of order. This app and the hotel were absolutely terrible to deal with. This is the second time we have encountered this problem with this app. Better and cheaper to book directly thru the hotel you’re staying at. We booked at holiday inn express directly for our second night there and they were fantastic and room was 40$ night cheaper than on this app.
