I like that this hotel has seven floors, elevators arrives quickly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool are gym area is clean and available. will definitely go back.

The Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The morning breakfasts are quite good. The beds are very restful and the rooms are quiet. The parking lot had a few potholes but otherwise there were no issues. It was an easy 10 minute drive to any kind of dining including great Sushi.

We arrived at 8 PM, there was some event at Convention center outside the hotel. There was no parking at all. There is no offsite parking. There was the only drawback about this hotel.

When we arrived my credit card wouldn't work to put the deposit of $300 on it, so they uped the deposit to $500 because I had tap my credit card. Then at check out we had to wait until they checked the room to refund me my deposit. Which still hasn't showed up on my statement. The pool heater was broken. The a/c in the room rattled when it ran and when I complained they told me that was nice.

Restaurant and bar are closed on Saturday and Sunday. We chose this place because it had a restaurant and bar. Staff blamed Expedia for this mistake. Our room was completely worn out and stank horribly. Manager was rude. We asked for refund so we could stay somewhere else as soon as we went in the room. We did not stay there due to the terrible conditions. Only thing updated was the lobby. Rooms and hallway look terrible and smell bad.

Disappointed that the T.V in our room was outdated and did not offer Netflix etc. T.V Was not high quality and blurey if you were able to get any channels without it saying lost signal. Pool water was clean but very hot and not relaxing to swim in Also, pool seems to need repairs with a chunk of pool bottom broken away. Interior of Hotel is beautiful and quiet jjst became long in the room not being able to watch t.v. to unwind after a long day out.

A very enjoyable stay with friendly staff. Breakfast had an excellent variety of hot and cold options. The hotel fitness centre is also very well maintained and clean. Overall would recommend to anyone visiting this area.

Booked Hotel due to cancelled flights. I was looking for a Hotel close to the airport with a restaurant/Bar. When we arrived at 6pm, I noticed the restaurant and bar were closed. I spoke with the front desk asking why on a Saturday night would the restaurant be closed. The response was we have a snack bar. This was not acceptable. This should have been stated on the website!

It was a decent price point however in the bathroom, there was a spider and a silver fish. The cream by the coffee maker had gone bad and there was only two sugar packets. These things should be checked regularly and stocked appropriately. I did not like the pillows. Overall, the room did not feel well maintained. The one staff person we dealt with seemed easily annoyed when I got confused about the total room charge. I likely would not stay here again.

I expected more from a Hilton. The lobby and staff were nice but the hallway carpets were dirty and stained. There was paint peeling in the bathroom. The bed was hard and there was no recycling bin in the room. The room was clean along with the linens and towels.

Nice hotel. Very clean and kind, helpful staff. The only thing I would change was there is no fan in the bathroom and so it gets quite steamy after a shower. Also our room did not have a blackout shade so lights from the highway shone in.

Staff - very polite and professional Breakfast - would have loved to see more choices including, fruits. They had peeled melon but I do not eat melon and would have expected to see whole apples, oranges and other fruits not peeled options. Facility - refrigerator in my room did not work. The heater/AC in my room kept going on at odd hours and very loud to point of disrupting sleep. The walls were rather thin and could literally hear next door and the linen room which backed into my room. Parking - ideal location as property is set on a large ground thus, ample parking.

When I checked in, they asked for a credit card for a $300 room deposit so I tried to use my visa debit card and the general manager was working the front desk. He say that he has too many visa debit returns to do for the day and sometimes the refund does not work properly so I had to use my credit card with I didn’t have on me at the time. He said there is no other solution. I offered a cash deposit and he said he could use it, but would have to physically check my room at checkout time for damages but then changed his mind saying no cash deposit. Room 409 was nice but the shower had black mold in the shower grout which was disgusting.

Below average a motel room. We're just stuck with our room from Friday to Monday. Anything we mentioned, we are slapped with same punch line "we're completely booked for the weekend". After first 2 attempts, we understood, we are stuck. Not able to check-in an hour early, extra loud AC unit, safe doesn’t work, small toilet with standup shower. Check-in process is long, 1 receptionist. Receptionist doesn't try to understand the issue. Next day, I went back to ask for the update, I had to reexplain her. I was sick from the stay. 2 days, I ended up carrying my valuables in my suit and back of the trunk. If AC turned on, which is so loud, it gives headache, as soon as turned off headache will start to go away. Every morning, woke up with bad migraine. Remind myself not to stay at any Hilton Garden Inn branch.

Another great stay at a Hilton property. Manprit was a joy to speak with and conveyed everything as needed. I really enjoy the positive upbeat attitude and the way she welcomes you. Excellent customer service. Avalued employee!

LIked everything else... except staff's unprofessionalism.. When I called them from my phone, the lady over the phone mentioned breakfast until 11 am, and I was shocked too. But then I went down around 10:35 and the busser told me otherwise. That the breakfast is only until 10am. why was I misinformed... Then I called around 1pm asking whats the timing allowed for me to checkout. The lady said ideally now, but if you need take maximum half an hour more. I said ok thanks, I would leave in half an hour. And then I arrive 10 mins later than that for checking out.. and the 2 staff people at the reception charged me $60 extra for extra 10 minutes..??? I told them that about the breakfast thing in the morning and then this one asking to checkout around 1:30, which I did. They both completely denied that I didn't talk to them over the phone.. it would be someone else...??? Then what should I have done.. By the way none of my confirmation emails mentions the exact checkout time ...?? and all sorts of hotels always allowed checkout around 1 /1:30... no problems... Just with this one..

Rooms and hotel appear to have been renovated in the past few years. Beds were very comfortable, room was very spacious. Breakfast was very good for a buffet, and was only $15.99 per person which is extremely reasonable nowadays. Would stay at this hotel again if ever in the area.
