É um hotel ok. Os atendentes são simpáticos, mas o banheiro estava com cheiro de esgoto. Pedimos para consertar, melhorou, no dia seguinte voltou, desistimos de reclamar. Não tem restaurante, o café tem vista linda, mas é simples. Enfim, paguei uma diária de quase mil reais, esperava mais. Se custasse 300, acho que estaria ok.

Perfect location, comfy room, and amazing views! The rooftop terrace was lovely as well. It was only two blocks from my luggage storage place I needed to get to for my cruise which was super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Everything. Wonderful welcome on arrival. Reception very friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded to a lovely suite which was Scotland and everything lovely and new. I believe all rooms were to this standard. Gorgeous breakfast/snack room on the top floor with 360° views. Always a welcome space to relax.

We got a cave like room (#2) without any sort of view, the window overlooked at an inner service area and it had a terrible silicon like odor and in order to camouflage it, they used an even worse air freshener. Bathroom wasn’t clean. No early check in or late check out available without charge. Wish I could’ve had a better experience.

While the hotel was lovely and very well decorated the room was very cold the second day and night. It was so uncomfortable you had to stay under the bedcovers to watch TV. Everything else was really good.

I am very disapointed to get a room in this condiciones. Winter and it's snowing outside, and the heater didn't work the whole night. I was so tired after a very long trip that i just went to sleep cover with my thermic clothes... Breakfast area is very good, the views are very nice and the location too. But i will not reccomand this hotel for not maintaining and checking daily their heater in each end wvery room, especially when all the rooms are booked!

Centrally located made it easy to walk anywhere. The room was nice, bed was comfy. Breakfast in the morning is worth it, the views of the city is beai. Staff were super nice and helpful, allowing us to check in early and helping us get a taxi to airport. Would stay here again!

We loved our accommodations and the beautiful breakfast room at the top ! It was convenient to town although it is located on a hill. There are quite a few steps down to the Main Street if you have a mobility issue. We loved the stay there!

Alto Andino property and staff were excellent. Many staff members spoke excellent English, furthermore, they were friendly and helpful. One of the staff members volunteered without asking to assist us complete an online form that was in Spanish to visit one of the national parks. The breakfast included was excellent. Very clean and modern property. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.
