Pros: Friendly staff, great breakfast with lots of choices, nice pool area and fitness centre, convenient location. Cons: Not enough seating in the breakfast area, room needed a bit of maintenance - bathroom door was off the rollers and wouldn't open or close, and the elevators were slow, with no option to use the stairs without setting off an alarm.

Front desk staff were friendly, room was ready early, great location and decent breakfast. Pillows weren’t great and parts of room weren’t very clean (couch, light switches). Pool was awful- murky water, could not see the black dot at the bottom, could barely see swimmers under water. Will be calling the health unit to put in a complaint.

While the hotel itself was fine, there were some odd things about it. There was no interior stair access to the first floor. This made it a pain when trying to get to and from your room during the breakfast rush and during check-out time since you had to use the elevators. I've never seen this before and it was a big negative. The layout of the room was a little odd. Translucent bathroom and shower pocket doors? Interesting choice. Wifi only seemed to be available for reward members. The Homewood Suites across the parking lot would have been a better choice.

Started off with a heat issue in the room blew cold air the solution from maintenance was to turn up to 80 F . We arrived at our room from a day of meetings to find the deadbolt locked holding the door open. Housekeeping left our door propped open all day . We were fortunate that nothing had been taken from the room . We were told they would make up for it by giving us some points ……. The computers in the business centres weren’t working so I had to forward emails to the front desk to print for us . Overall it was not a good stay .

This property situated next to the highway which was terribly noisy at night. The wall separating the walkway was not well soundproofed, I can hear people walking and talking when they pass through our room. The breakfast has plenty of choices, quality were good as well. Onsite parking charged $5/ night.

Hotel was newer and modern. I liked the living area separated from the beds and the toilet/sink separate from the shower/sink. Hotel is right beside the highway, so the area is noisy, but can't be heard from inside. Buffet was decent. Walking distance to a Walmart, about 10 minutes from Canada's Wonderland and decent sized mall. Nice pool and hottub. No complaints about our stay.

First off our bathroom had pee from previous guest on the floor, on the seat, and leaking down the front. Second we went in the pool, us and other guests were finding big clumps of hair that we through out. After we found toilet paper in the pool we decided that was it for us. Also an appropriate 2 yr old was coming in the pool with a diaper on. Third the breakfast was busy so no seats, barely any food and this was 8am. It closes at 930 so they should be replenishing it.

This property is in a lovely quiet area and close to Walmart and a shopping mall. However the carpets in our room was smelling all through the stay- carpets need to be changed or at the most deep cleaned for freshness. Lift reeked of cannabis which unfortunately is legalised in Canada!

Incredibly comfy beds, huge closet, two baths (shower/sink in one, toilet/sink in the other). Surprised at the amount of highway noise that permeated the room (on the 6h floor!); having to pay-to-park my car was unexpected; would love to have had a waffle maker at the breakfast buffet; the free wi-fi was excrutiatingly slow.

We love the rooms, spacious with 2 bathrooms that makes getting ready as a family nice and easy. We also love the continental breakfast in the mornings, there is such a variety of food options including a hot line with eggs and sausage and hashbrowns. Only recommendation would be to have hand sanitizer available in the lobby/restaurant/bar area.

Staff were all wonderful. The pullout bed in our two queen suite (under the couch) was broken and extremely uncomfortable (very springy, plastic, loud). Don’t count on that being an option for sleeping when booking this room.

Stayed for a hockey tournament so it was a very busy weekend and common areas were full. Facilities were great but staff were not helpful. Hotel staff were not able to answer many questions or offer support. Though stay was booked using Expedia “pay on arrival” option, the hotel processed a charge 3 days prior to check in. I called to inquire and was told they charged me ahead because the hotel sold out of rooms and they wanted to ensure arrival. When I questioned the Expedia payment arrangement I was told repeatedly “the decision was already made.” We enjoyed the stay but didn’t appreciate the change in agreement without notice.

During check in staff did not ask whether I needed parking. I did not know hotel offered a lower parking rate. I ended up paying at the meter which was what I thought I had to do and costed more. I only found out during check out and the staff did not seem to care.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to accommodate us when needed. All the facilities were great. Really liked our room, super clean, beds were comfortable. Pillows could have been better though. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend!

The management there needs sensitivity training. She profiled me and was quite rude. As, a professional I let her know that she is profiling me as I am a visible minority, but she just shut me off. Though I did have a pleasant experience with other staff, like the hospitality personal as well as cleaning staff.

I really enjoyed the ambience, and as a Marriott member, we were able to check in early, which was a nice bonus. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the separate toilet area made it especially convenient for families. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable;April, in particular, was outstanding!

My dismay is with the hotel's front desk manager. She charged for extra guest which was paid for with Expedia at time of booking. So, we ended up paying extra on top of extra. Furthermore, she accused us of staying an extra night which turned out to be a total lie. No repeat business here.

Nice hotel, clean there is a walmart within walking distance. Everything else you will need transportation for. There is a transportation center maybe a little over a mile away, i had a car so I did not use it. There are several food and shopping options a short drive away. I enjoyed my stay. Nice hotel, nice area. I would stay again.

The breakfast ends at 9:30 am during summer holidays. Most often hotels end at 10. The dining area was packed and people were lined up but trays full of hot food were being pulled away. I had 4 teens who didn’t get to eat the breakfast. Wifi didn’t work in room. No answer at front desk phone. Otherwise very nice.

They had lots of options including special like jalapeño salsa, spinich and other unique options you dont normally get at a hotel breakfast. Fresh fruit... Staff was constantly refreshing and cleanjng up around you. Large coffee ststion. You never waited for coffee. Thry even had all the coffee flavored syrups and oat milk along with your regular options. It was perfect start to the day and more than i expected!

This is our second time staying at this property. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are super clean and the included hot breakfast keeps us coming back. Eggs, sausage or bacon and potatoes for the hot food, an assortment of breads, yogurts, fruit, cereals, and also oatmeal, juice, and coffee stations. They even have gluten free options for those with gluten intolerance or celiacs. Next time we come to the Vaughan area we will definitely be back!

The hotel is nice, rooms are large and clean, there was a shower plus vanity and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. The pool is small. The breakfast is excellent but it closes at 9:30 sharp and any food that is out is taken and put in the garbage. There is also a 5 dollar parking fee. Overall 4-
