Place is clean and I love their lobby amenities, they fixed the rates on electric chargers it’s much more reasonable. Great place for weekend getaways in the GTA.

Neat and clean design, no frills and clutter. Really like the security feature, of having to scan your room card to use the elevator , added security.

We had a great visit. Ample parking including EV chargers. Access to the gym and pool. Coffee is available in the lobby and free breakfast to start our days.

Very clean/new and reasonably priced hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was decent and had a bit of everything, they also offer 24h complementary coffee/tea. The common area has a microwave, ice and water machine, gym and pool as well as lots of room to sit. They have a mini market if you want some snacks, though it's not cheap. The room has AC, fridge, TV, radio, phone, hair dryer, iron + ironing board, soap, shampoo and conditioner, kleenex, hangers, and everything you may need for a short stay. The water pressure is pretty good in the shower, you can also adjust the water stream. The bed is comfortable and there are soft and firm pillows. They have plugs with USB ports so if you don't have enough power adapters it's super convenient. The only negative : it's in the middle of nowhere. There are businesses and stores in the area but it's not particularly easy to get around if you're using public transit, especially on the weekend and holidays. If you have a car, it's probably fine since there is a parking lot. At least the bus stop is right next to the hotel, which takes you to the subway station but it's a 20-30 minute ride. In total, it is a good hour and a half away from Union Station. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The pool and gym are clean, well-equipped and have great hours.

Great breakfast and 24/7 coffee

Nice clean accommodations during a busy weekend stay. Breakfasts were busy and only one elevator was working. Staff were friendly and miscommunication regarding our check out was resolved quickly and respectfully.

Staff is excellent. Hotel new and clean. Pool was down when we first arrived but we were able to use later.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Its complimentary breakfast is full of options and changes daily. The staff go out of their way to accommodate any request. The price point is fantastic and the facilities include a gym and pool. Highly recommend this for anyone.

It’s really a nice place to stay, they offer breakfast, but lunch and dinner you will need to find a way to take it yourself, because it’s not provided and there is no restaurant on the hotel .

Spotless room and great staff and service

The bedding had mould on the sheets and a lot of hair that wasnt ours.... manager seemed to give us the right persons info and my wife will file a complaint.

There were bugs in the room! For a new hotel this would not be expected nor is it acceptable.

Clean Comfortable

Staff were friendly. Property was clean, but we did kill a little albino centepede on the floor of our room

at 8:52pm. noticed the lady bug was in the room from somewhere. It got me so scared. That means the room wasn't inspected when cleaned or so. I hope this get taken in consideration but it also happened before as well. I did not pay for this type of service. I was not accommodated for this last time and hope I will be accommodated for this time. I also proof taken on my phone, this was considered one of the best hotel.

When they clean the room they don’t clean it very well

Light guard on the window for the blinds to make it dark to sleep was amazing. Pool was a nice temperature and clean and not busy when we went to use it. The coffee is quite delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Staff were friendly and polite. Only issue is the entrance to the building itself could use an adjustment. You should be able to turn in right on the main corner of the property by the highway, instead of having to go around the side or back to enter. Overall a great hotel experience and we would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Rooms are very small and there is no closet. Hard to place your clothes and other stuff.

Very small room with very few amenities.

The room AC had an issue and I was there for only one night at 12.40 am starter to make A sound and I had to switch it off..the staff offered to change room but my child was already sleeping.

Pros: Nice staff who are always available, Morning breakfast (I didn’t get a chance to try it) Gym, Clean Room, Drip coffee water and sparkling water available 24-7 at the lobby. Cons: The rooms are small, pillows are very flat, no safe, no fridge

Very good in general but the noise from the street is a bit loud.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The distance to downtown is more than 30 minutes driving definitely not a close location. Also, you can hear everything from the other rooms. I was in the 6th floor and I couldn’t sleep my first night because of my next door “neighbors”. They were talking so loud you could hear everything at my side. I had to call reception for them to address it. Everything else was ok.

Hotel was nice and clean, room was as well. Great breakfast options. Only downside was the traffic from the busy street/highway could be heard at night and early in the morning due to our window facing it. There was drag racing and loud engine noises often in the night. Otherwise no complaints.

The hotel is new and quite clean. The rooms although small made good use of space. My only complaint is I stayed in a king room and the traffic noise outside was really loud. Normally, I would use the fan option on the heat/air conditioner to help drown out the vehicle noise. I was unable to figure it out and the staff, when I called, had no idea either except for me to talk to housekeeping who wasn’t there at night - no help to me - this was disappointing.

The a/c hvac system is garbage. It was too warm, they limit how cool you can make it. And it shuts off. No real control to make the room comfortable. We didn’t sleep…

I came to this hotel twice and they had a good reception. Unfortunately, both times they took $50 as a deposit from me and did not return the money after checking out, even though I left a message.

Check in and out was top notch. Breakfast options were excellent. Room was spotless and well equipped even with a steam iron. Amenities were great. Only thing was the room was 23degrees c and couldn’t get it lower.

Highly recommended. We were allowed to check in earlier than our check in time at no extra cost

There was a lady name Marie at the counter who had a very rude demeanor and spoke very attitude words.

Staff at this property is phenomenal! They allowed me to check out later than the normal late check-out window because I had an evening flight. Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond with helping me find a good nail salon and even called them to let them know I was coming. Will absolutely stay here again when I return to Toronto.

Tried to get front desk to ask for late check out, no one responded. Responded to texts asking for late check out, no one responded. Was just hard to get simple requests acknowledged

I did not like the fact they wanted 200 for a deposit if paid by debit or cash...but credit card only 50.00...makes no sense, very disappointing

Saturday night received a phone call from the hotel at 1:00am in the morning for a questionnaire , not happy about waking my childern and I up, we needed a good rest and did not get that

Very comfy and clean, if you need accommodations close to the airport, this is a very nice hotel. Breakfast was good, I wish they could extend the breakfast time on weekends. Very limited dining options in this area, it would have been nice if the hotel had some dining options already prepared for guests. You need a car at this hotel because there is nothing in the surrounding area, nothing is in walking distance. Or you can just call an Uber, they come pretty quickly. I enjoyed the pool, just what I needed to make a quick work trip feel like a vacay!

A very clean property. Nicely decorated and a great breakfast. Industrial area but convenient to highways 427 and 400.

Cet hôtel est vraiment propre et bien décoré. Le déjeuner compris est bien. C’est fort utilie d’avoir un arrêt d’autobus juste en face de l’hôtel qui nous amène directement à la station de métro (subway) Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très sympathique et chaleureux. Les prix sont raisonnables aussi.

Property is located on a secondary highway in an industrial area. The property is extremely clean as was the room. Offered a breakfast included with your stay which was nice since no restaurants close by.

Beautiful space. Clean. Feels like dormitory. Excellent coffee and water services. Decent breakfast. Safety features top notch. Parking plentiful. Very removed not a lot of dining options -had to drive 15-20 mins or so

Very clean hotel, staff were very friendly. The pool was clean and kept at a proper temperature, with comfortable deck furniture. The only "complaint" I have is that it is in an industrial district (right next door to a massive warehouse), with a very busy intersection right in front. Traffic was very noisy all night.

Hotel novo e muito confortável. Quarto amplo, banheiro excelente. Também gostamos bastante do café da manhã. Em termos de localização, fica bem longe do centro da cidade. Tem um ponto de ônibus bem em frente ao hotel, que depois faz conexão com a linha do metrô e leva até o centro da cidade, porém o percurso demora 1:30 hr.

Close to the airport. Not a good location gor anything else but an UBER was always close.

The hotel was very nice and upon arrival staff was very kind, really enjoyed breakfast and that they had different options everyday but overall the stay was good, the beds were really comfy and it was a calm and quiet area. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel I have no complaints.

24 hours free coffee and water availability was a good thing. Checkout from room itself is a unique experience. Breakfast dint have waffle or pancake , which wasnt a big issue considering the other varieties offered. Staffs were restocking frequently so there was no wait time for the breakfast .

I would give the breakfast a 1 out of 5. Everything was out of the microwave. Coffee was good.

Doors do not slam shut behind you. Amazing and quiet. Blinds make room super dark which we loved Room was clean and arranged well. Breakfast that comes with price was so good!!
