The inside pool was freezing (in the middle of summer) so I guess if you as training does the polar bear plunge it’s great. The front desk lady was pleasant enough, but certainly never going out of her way to ensure a good stay.

Fire alarm went off twice at nearly midnight with a false alarm. The room was humid and everything felt damp. The refrigerator froze our drinks which would be terrible for someone with medication. Fix the fridge and install a dehumidifier. I tried to let the front desk know upon checkout but no one ever came to the desk so we had to leave. Breakfast was good!

This hotel is not brand new, but it is generally in good shape. A few things could have been better: the top of the closet door was out of the track, the side chair looked new but was very uncomfortable, the elevator doors closed too soon, making it difficult to get a luggage cart in quick enough. These things are pretty minor. On the plus side, the staff was great, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it is conveniently located off US 45.

The comforter on the bed had huge orange stains ok it, the refrigerator had something slimey in it that got all over my insulin and it did not cool very well. I always chose Fairfield because of how wonderful they have been in the past. The mattress was lumpy and I could feel the springs poking me, the pillows were lumpy.

the first room i was given was not even touched by the cleaning service. the bed was not made, towels all over the floor and trash all over the counter. i went to the front desk and the lady was rude but did give me another room. the second room had trash all over the counters as well. at this point i just cleaned them my self because i did not want to talk to the front desk lady anymore.

Room comfortable enough, staff friendly, breakfast had plenty of choice but— WiFi didn’t work, shower drain was SLOW, no promisesd newspapers and no hot water for tea at breakfast? Told st about WiFi but they weren’t able to resolve the issue

We booked through Expedia and the room was supposed to be paid in full when we arrived, but something happened with my card and it wasn’t. Instead of her explaining this to me quietly, she was trying to argue with me loudly and the lobby was packed with the parents and ball players from my son’s team. Highly inappropriate!! I wanted to argue back with her but had embarrassed me so badly! She could have been way more professional.

The room was full of dust and the furniture had holes in it. You had workers at your front desk with iPods in both ears. This is rude and it causes a safety issue at the very least. This hotel definitely needs an update. This is by far the worst Marriott hotel I’ve stayed in. There is no reason why a customer should be given a room in this condition. The soap dispenser was really low and we called to get more soap and the Lady at the desk was so rude. She came off as if my wife was bothering her. She stated in a rude tone that my wife would have to come downstairs to get the soap. My wife stated to her that she could have said that in a better tone. The Lady repeated it in the same tone. I’ve never experienced this level of poor customer service at a Marriott.

Front desk staff was not dressed professionally. She was not friendly upon check in and was not very helpful. Tried to charge us for the room even though we paid online and I showed her the online receipt. She had a bad attitude and acted like resolving the issue was a burden for her. Also delayed our check in after we drove and was tired. Bathroom floors were dirty. Breakfast was good though and they had a lot of options, I also appreciated that it lasted until 10am.

Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is not great, but it’s ok. The breakfast and coffee were typical for a hotel. I would recommend this place to friends. At this price, it’s an excellent choice.

A stop between Missouri and the panhandle of Florida. Such an easy off the highway and back on with enough spots around for fuel, dinner and entertainment. It's our spot to stop for this particular road trip!
