I was tired driving all day. I fell asleep for two hours and awakened by ticking sounds. I noticed this ticking sound every time heater kicked in. I heard ticking sounds coming from the heating unit. I was awakened four to five times... ruining my sleep. You need to fix this asap!!

The room was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Easy on and off the freeway, yet not so close it could be heard. The owners are obviously in the process of remodeling the property, but the room we had had been very nicely redone. We appreciated the one story.

It was 100 degrees outside and when we got to the room there was no Air Conditioner only a fan, they refused to give us our money back so we took the loss and went somewhere else

It was about what was expected. Check in was great. Person working the front was great. Was able to give suggestions on restaurants. As a hint to other quests, you sometimes need to ask for hot water before you hop in to the shower. Front desk needs to turn it on.

This place was filthy. The worst place I have ever seen. The walls, the light switches, the chair, the mini fridge, the microwave, everything but the sheets and towels was all so filthy. I complained about this and asked if they had a clean room and was offered another dirty room, including pubic hairs on the toilet seat and a ripped out smoke detector. I cannot believe this place has not been shut down. I would never stay there again.

Close to Apple harvest festival and only availability even after booking a month in advance. Was not what we booked, as we booked a king bedroom, this was definitely not a king bed (sheets had queen tags). Also had our "do not disturb" sign taken, so we asked the office to have a new one placed. They did but they also went into the room after knowing we did not want services or anyone in the room. The toilet was also not bolted properly to the floor. Will probably not stay again.

Furnitures we’re really worn out (still functional though). For a quick one night stay after visiting the Humbolt redwood park it is OK. But for the given conditions the rate is a bit how, maybe that is the going rate there in the town. Front desk person was nice. We took a tour of the town.

Broken security latch. Broken bathroom door lock. Staff barges in without knocking. Staff does not understand basic English. Room was not set up for 4 as booked, only for 2.
