Nice apartment hotel, in good location. Next to train and busses to the airport and city center. Next to a shopping centre and a few supermarkets. The only problem was the elevator that was not working. I stayed 5 days there and had to walk all the way up to the 6th floor. Not the best experience. Except that I enjoyed my stay.

WIr haben niemals Personal angetroffen; Rezeption war nie besetzt. Check-In über Automaten vor der Tür hat erst nach längerem Probieren fubnktioniert. Hat sich etwas komisch angefühlt, nie mit jemandem sprechen zu können - es scheint aber alles geklappt zu haben (auch mit dem Check-Out). Umgebung: Großes Einkaufszentrum gegenüber und 8-spurige Straße vor der Tür. War aber von der Lautstärke innen okay. Kann man buchen - für ein paar Nächte sicherlich eine gute Wahl. Auch weil gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

Appart hôtel très bien situé à côté de 2 lignes de train et à 30mn de Laplace d'Espagne à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé et assez spacieux Petit bémol pour le lit d'appoint qui est le canapé en fait, donc pour un enfant de petite taille c'est ok mais mon fils était un peu trop grand. Un grand merci pour la gentillesse de Mme Montserrat à la réception qui parle très bien français Nous sommes venus 4 nuits er c'était parfait. 2 places de parking gratuites devant l'hôtel, super.

I recently stayed stayed at this property and found it excellent value for money. The communication before hand was brilliant as I'd made a mistake filling in the online forms, this was rectified easily. I was apprehensive about the check in process being a machine outside as I was arriving around 10:30pm alone with 2 children. But it was quick and easy to check in and the machine issues your room key. The building and apartment itself was really clean.

Escolhemos essa estadia por ficar próximo ao aeroporto, já que nosso voo chegava de madrugada e não encontramos nenhum hotel ideal ao nosso custo benefício que fizesse o checkin fora de hora.. O acesso foi bem tranquilo e seguro. Nossa maior dificuldade foi em fazer o checkin fora do horário. Ele é feito em uma máquina, mas ela não liberava as chaves do quarto. Ficamos vulneráveis na rua por aproximadamente duas horas. Tentamos ligar para o anfitrião duas vezes e só fomos atendidos na segunda vez. Só assim conseguimos a informação de que a chaves já estavam em um cofre na recepção. Com isso perdemos quase duas horas depois de uma viagem muito cansativa. No dia seguinte já fizemos o checkout com a recepcionista a qual foi muito cordial e simpática, seguimos para outra acomodação mais próxima do centro.

Registration process to get keys after hours was very easy! Plus Gran Via 2 is right across the street so great shopping experience! The bathroom was the only thing I wasn’t so happy with because there was no way to stop the water from splashing outside but other then that, the bedroom, lobby, kitchen was very clean and convenient.

Schlechte Appartement und katastrophaler Service. Von vier gebuchten Betten sind zwei für erwachsene zu klein. Für vier Personen nur drei Decken bei defekten Fenster. Première nuit : l’alarme incendie a sonné 2 fois à 21h et 1h du matin pendant plus d’une heure !!! La société de sécurité n’était pas joignable. Nuit horrible personne n’a pu dormir. Les enfants se sont réveillés complètement paniqué. Les détecteurs sont très sensibles, la moindre fumée de cuisine ou là en l’occurrence, la fumée de cigarette d’une personne de l’hôtel déclenche l’alarme. Une dizaine de sonnerie pendant 1 semaine. Les jours suivant : 4 jours sans eau chaude, le matin, la surprise était de savoir si nous avions de l’eau chaude ou non. La réparation a pris plusieurs jours. C’est inadmissible quand on a des enfants en bas âge de ne devoir prendre des douches froide. C’est un minimum de qualité quand on paye une location. La literie est horrible !!!! Le matelas s’enfonce sur une dizaine de centimètres et nous dormons dans des creux. Mon dos est bloqué depuis le début du séjour. Le canapé lit est horrible également même pour des enfants. Le mobilier et coussins sont vieillissants. Pas de parking pour se garer, nous avons cherché une place pendant plus d’une heure pour ne pas en trouver. Aucune aide de l’hôtel. Nous avons demandé une compensation financière qui nous a été refusé. Mais la personne de l’accueil nous réclamait quand même la taxe de séjour… Nous ne pouvions pas demander de remboursement car croyez moi sinon nous serions partis dès la première nuit. Cherchez vraiment un appartement ailleurs…

Al llegar sobre las 18:00 h la recepción estaba cerrada, ya había hecho el check in online y tuve que volver a hacerlo en la máquina de fuera, cuando terminamos y pagamos no nos salió la llave. Llamé al teléfono que aparecía y la primera respuesta fue que me llamaba en 5 minutos, le respondimos que íbamos con niños y necesitábamos entrar, así que nos dieron instrucciones para poder entrar y recoger la llave de la habitación. Al apartamento le falta un mejor mantenimiento, la puerta del baño estaba hinchada de la humedad, el mobiliario bastante desgastado. La cama de la hab principal y lencería cómoda, TV de buen tamaño. La cocina no la utilizamos, pero tenía todo lo necesario.

Vi kom sent med fly og var forinden blevet fint guidet til hvordan vi kunne logge os selv ind. Det virkede helt perfekt. Vi havde lejet bil. Hotellet råder over to parkeringspladser lige ude foran hotellet ellers kan man fint være heldig at holde i gaderne tæt på, hvor der er 2 timer gratis (nat gratis indtil kl.10:00). Lejligheden ligger fint tæt på byen. Flot værelse i en god størrelse. 2 TV på værelset. Pænt og rent. Lækkert med køkken faciliteter.

This review is being made to ensure that others like me are not duped into thinking you are getting something special. The pictures really sell this property but the reality is very different. What you are greeted with is a very lovely, clean and modern reception reception, but that is where is then goes downhill fast! The apartment was dirty, noisy and just generally not very nice (fixtures and fittings were very cheap to say the least). The bathroom shower drain was poorly fitted, very dirty and the bathroom generally was in a poor state (even the toilet flush was broken). The sliding doors in apartment B are less than secure (being polite), and the sofa/sofa bed is covered in stains and just awful! The couple of positives is the location, and also the reception staff. Diego was super helpful and informative and this review is in no way a reflection on him.

Room Bに宿泊しました。キッチンの近く (冷蔵庫の下) から蟻が侵入する穴があり、食品が汚染されました。これは大きな問題なので、今後の宿泊者のために改善した方が良いと思います。

The accommodation was extremely spacious and very comfortable; the wifi reception was very fast. The location was outstanding - close to train station, bus stop and the shopping mall. A special mention of the lady at the reception - very approachable and friendly and she went out of her way to make us feel at home.

We booked Ona Living because of the location. The hotel is right across from Gran Via 2 mall and there are few restaurants and small supermarkets around (nothing fancy). Taxis were easily available around the mall to take us to city center and going to the airport in the morning was a breeze (around 10mins). The hotel is fine. Room was very clean, though there were some signs of wear and tear. Adequately equipped for longer stays. The area is not the most touristic but it was fine. The lady at reception was very nice and provided information when we needed. Overall, we had a nice stay.

The hotel is near Metro which brings you to centrum in 15 min or aeroportuaria in 10 min. The rooms are ok but ventilation is not existing (all moister from shower stays in the shower and room and you basically get steam rooms). If you want to open windows to get out moister then AC is not working. Because of all moister the shower and bathroom is full of mold. It stinks. You can not remove this smell by opening window. All the carpentry is bloated due to all the moisture. I do not recommend this accommodation.

The sound insulation is inexistent, noises all nigth from partying guest, any movement in the adjacent rooms loud heard at nigth. The matresses for the sofa bed are really bad. Two nigths and no rest at all 😕

The hotel is very modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very close to malls and transport. The mall is just across the hotel and the train was a 5-10 minutes walk. Also there’s some shops surrounding the area. It was a quiet area with the room equipped with a kettle and basic necessities like tissues, towels and hairdryer.

The hotel is near Metro which brings you to centrum in 15 min or aeroportuaria in 10 min. The rooms are ok but ventilation is not existing (all moister from shower stays in the shower and room and you basically get steam rooms). If you want to open windows to get out moister then AC is not working. Because of all moister the shower and bathroom is full of mold. It stinks. You can not remove this smell by opening window. All the carpentry is bloated due to all the moisture. I do not recommend this accommodation.

NEVER STAY HERE- absolutely worst stay ever, no instructions on how to check in after hours then when you finally get through to a spanish number its easy. Got into room and windows were wide open so cold and dusty. Unable to access safe , near cooker plinth broken , no toiletries, Hanger had pins sticking out of them, tv not working, buzzing in room all night and Shower you cant call a shower as just trickled. NO INTERNET for the whole STAY and the whole purpose to work,I had to sepn late evenings and daytimes in various coffee shops to do work or hot spot from my UK phone costing money. The excuse every day for a week was that was an issue in the area which was rubbish as the shops round the corner had wif. I called the after hours and no one picked up and every time i spoke to the VERY RUDE reception person he said nothing he can do its an area thing. I asked him to open safe and fix the other issues and only the safe was opened after 3 days out of my 4. Hotels.com have called them to address the issues and they said nothing can be done or refunds given. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Les rideaux laisse passer la lumière, nous avons malheureusement eu une chambre côté boulevard, ce qui a été extrêmement gênant car bruyant. De plus, l’appartement en fasse du nôtre était loué par un groupe de jeunes extrêmement bruyant également jusqu’à tard le soir. Deux places gratuites devant l hôtel ce qui est super quand vous pouvez en bénéficier (comme cela a été notre cas) mais sinon tout est payant aux alentours. Proximité avec un grand centre commercial, ce qui est pratique pour faire des courses. Séjour de 2 nuits à Barcelone. Chambre propre mais voisins du dessus et détecteur incendie qui clignote juste au dessus de nos têtes. « Lits » du salon vraiment inconfortables même si c’était pour des enfants. Chambre très propre par contre.

Where do I begin? We checked in via the machine in front of the building, the passports wouldn’t scan so had to enter all the info manually which was a hassle and it took a while. Everything was fine until I tried to put on the kettle to heat up the milk for the baby. At that moment the power went out and we were left sitting in the dark in the apartment. I checked the switch board to see if I can fix the problem but nothing worked. I sent a message to the emergency number provided by the apartment but nobody replied. In my many years of travelling I have never experienced anything like this. Not to have anyone in the entire building that can assist in situations such as this one is simply outrageous. We had to fumble in the dark the entire night. We couldn’t even charge our phones because the electricity was out in the entire apartment. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement and like I said I have never had such a bad experience with accommodation in my entire life. I wrote to the reception to make a complaint about the stay and they simply ignored my email. Have not yet received a reply.

Had a lovely time at Ona Living! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the communication throughout was excellent! The hotel was also perfectly located between the airport and the city centre, with great bus and train connections. We’d like to thank Montserrat for her professionalism and warmth when dealing with guests. Definitely recommend.

Escolhemos essa estadia por ficar próximo ao aeroporto, já que nosso voo chegava de madrugada e não encontramos nenhum hotel ideal ao nosso custo benefício que fizesse o checkin fora de hora.. O acesso foi bem tranquilo e seguro. Nossa maior dificuldade foi em fazer o checkin fora do horário. Ele é feito em uma máquina, mas ela não liberava as chaves do quarto. Ficamos vulneráveis na rua por aproximadamente duas horas. Tentamos ligar para o anfitrião duas vezes e só fomos atendidos na segunda vez. Só assim conseguimos a informação de que a chaves já estavam em um cofre na recepção. Com isso perdemos quase duas horas depois de uma viagem muito cansativa. No dia seguinte já fizemos o checkout com a recepcionista a qual foi muito cordial e simpática, seguimos para outra acomodação mais próxima do centro.

An amazing experience and great location. The best part was dealing with the lovely lady at the front desk Monserrat. She was the friendliest person very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is lucky to have such a committed person as the face of the property.

Llegué pasada las 17:00 horas, no sabía que el personal de recepción trabajaba hasta esa hora. Menos mal tenía gigas y logré llamar por teléfono para que me solucionaran. Pero es algo engorroso el proceso si llegas tarde para poder entrar ya que la máquina de registro falla. No le doy una puntuación perfecta solo por eso. Sin embargo agradezco a Andrea que me atendió por teléfono, me guió y ayudó en todo momento.

The good thing about this property is the location - close to a metro station. And Montserrat the lady at reception who was kind and helpful. We got a self catering room where the following were found - broken safe - broken exhaust in kitchen - no exhaust in bathroom - found the floor, table and surfaces in room sticky on arrival. - stayed a week but room wasn’t even cleaned once. - bathroom very much needs updating. - no freezer in kitchen - nobody at the front desk most of the day. - we’re supposed to take out the rubbish, which is fine but no clear instructions on where the bottles, plastic, paper etc. need to be recycled. - very few pots and pans in kitchen. - no place to air wet clothes (beach towels swimsuits etc had to be aired on the back of the chair overnight) - dining chairs were quite dirty and need to be replaced asap. Very much disappointed - as we paid a premium price for less than basic facilities!

I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM after a long flight from the United States with my family, including three young kids who were exhausted. Despite arriving only one hour before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, the hotel charged us an additional $50 for early check-in. This seemed excessive, especially considering our situation. The apartment itself was ok. The area around the hotel is not the prettiest and a bit far from the centre (25 -30 minutes at best) and do not feel like the real Barcelona vibe, for example the buildings around the hotel are not pretty and so do not reflect the typical Barcelona architecture that you see in more central areas. There are not many restaurants around. The hotel is comfortable and the stuff are attentive. There is a mall very close by and great for shopping but nothing else happening around.

Litt lang fra alle attraksjonene. Man er avhengige av buss eller tog, noe som tar 40 min som cka hver vei. Man får ikke noe romservice, får nye håndklær etter to dager, de vasker ikke rommet og de tar ikke oppvasken. Ellers greit rom og et kjøpesenter rett over gata.

We booked Ona Living because of the location. The hotel is right across from Gran Via 2 mall and there are few restaurants and small supermarkets around (nothing fancy). Taxis were easily available around the mall to take us to city center and going to the airport in the morning was a breeze (around 10mins). The hotel is fine. Room was very clean, though there were some signs of wear and tear. Adequately equipped for longer stays. The area is not the most touristic but it was fine. The lady at reception was very nice and provided information when we needed. Overall, we had a nice stay.

This residence/hotel is very well suited for medium-stay business or family visit. There is easy public transport and wide streets. There is a large shopping mall across the street with a 15 screen theater. The reception was very willing to help but the system broke down on several levels.

We arrived at 2am and the check in was not an easy process. We were stood in the street trying to figure out the machine. Once in it was easy to find. Our apartment was ALOT smaller than expected. I went with three teenagers and it was basically two rooms to the whole apartment. However, it was spotless. No welcome fruit, but there was a little package of cleaning supplies. The receptionist in the morning was so lovely and helpful. The noise does travel down, so in the mornings I could hear the people in the flat above. It was in a good location with the shopping centre opposite. Lots of metros around. We did have a good stay, and would recommend. I think my expectations were a little higher than what we got.
We arrived at 2am and the check in was not an easy process. We were stood in the street trying to figure out the machine. Once in it was easy to find. Our apartment was ALOT smaller than expected. I went with three teenagers and it was basically two rooms to the whole apartment. However, it was spotless. No welcome fruit, but there was a little package of cleaning supplies. We missed having a wine opener and a rack to hang wet things. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We underestimated how far the city centre was, which made things a bit difficult when you have young children who don’t want to walk much, so we ended up spending a lot of money on transportation. Public transport to the city centre is good; however, for a family of four, Uber was a better alternative, costing about the same as going by bus. I travelled to Barcelona with my family if 4, and finding hotels relatively close to the main tourist sights was as easy as I imagined. We had the opportunity to find ONA Living Barcelona and had an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean and exactly as described. My family loved staying here and we had an easy check in. We had arrived early and it was a great accommodation that they will hold your luggages until the check in time. You have time to experience the sights till your room is ready. The staff were kind and very friendly. A big shout out to Andrea for helping us with the luggages and a very smooth and easy check in. A bonus to mention is the hotel is across the Gran Via 2 mall. An amazing mall to do some shopping for souvenirs and for food. We will definitely come back to ONA when we visit Spain again. Thank you to all the ONA staff.

The room was clean! Smaller than the pictures made it seem though! We had trouble checking in (user error) but the host was more than helpful! Provided soap, shampoo and conditioner. Didn’t see the free water though.
