Of our entire trip to Lisbon, Madrid, Velencia and Barcelona, this hotel was by far the most beautiful. Bright and airy room. Beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and even had beach towels and umbrellas for use. All we had to do was give 10 euro deposit which was fully refunded. There was no change for the use. I would skip the breakfast but hotel breakfasts are never great. There is so much to do close by and restaurants are everywhere.

Todo perfecto. Si hubiera que mencionar algo, los elevadores son muy lentos y la llave de una habitación de desprogramó y no se pudo activar ni regresando en 3 ocasiones. Fue alguien de mantenimiento y lo resolvió. Pero es un incidente menor, irrelevante comparado con la ubicación, la limpieza y el buen desayuno buffet, que cuando fuimos tenía promoción a 8 euros.

When we were checking out I had pre-ordered a taxi on an app but at the last minute the app notification indicated the taxi was cancelled. We were heading to airport and were a large group. A young man managing the early morning (5:30am) reception area was so helpful. He went to the taxi stand and communicated with the taxi persons to take our large group (6 persons with luggage). We made our flight on time. I wish I remembered the reception name because he deserves recognition for going above expectations for customer service.. this hotel is very clean and central to all attractions. Highly recommend.

Flott hotell og midt i smørøyet i Valencia. Man har alt man kan tenke seg utenfor døren-severdigheter, shopping og restauranter. Vi ankom med bil, å fikk parkere i ett parkeringshus ca 400m å gå til hotellet. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit igjen.

Loved my room with the balcony! Was a beautiful view but also had a double door to shut out the noise at night. Staff were very helpful, and you can rent towels & umbrellas for the beach, and use lockers for luggage before or after check out. Hotel is close to the train stations and bus stops which was very convenient as well, and an easy walk to many spots to visit

We enjoyed our stay very much. Arriving early, we were offered a locker to store our luggage until check in time. The central location of the hotel was very convenient, making it possible to easily walk or access public transit to the sights and restaurants we wanted to visit. Complimentary breakfast had many delicious options and was well organized. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. Also, we appreciated the complimentary water provided in the lounge area to refill our water flasks. We highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Es war ein ganz tolles, helles und super sauberes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Bemerkenswert ist auch das sehr freundliche Hotelpersonal. Wir können nicht verstehen wie es nur 2 Sterne hat, hat 5 Sterne verdient! Wir haben das Frühstück nicht probiert und können dies nicht bewerten, jedoch war alles weitere einfach perfekt und ich werde definitiv wieder kommen! Es gab am Abreisetag auch abschließbare Fächer für die Koffer. Das Hotel ist so zentral in einer Fussgängerzone. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Badezimmer sind die Produkte toll und riechen sehr gut. Das Zimmer hat nach der Reinigung toll gerochen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wunsch nach einem 2 Bettzimmer hat auch wunderbar geklappt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit bei Euch, unser Urlaub war perfekt.

For the price, i think it was okay overall since the location is a convenient location, right in the heart of everything. However property and the room was so outdated , not clean at all. Because we were just one nighters, i didnt make a big deal out of it. The bed was broken, room was dirty and all. The broken bed was all taken care of right away- guest relations are good. But they need to do better on the housekeeping! I would not come back to this hotel, i would avoid it next time for sure.

I stayed for one night in a deluxe room. It was extremely clean and newly renovated. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helped me schedule an early taxi to the airport. The hotel is also well located within walking distance of many sites. One suggestion is to add a security chain on the door. While there was a deadbolt, I was staying alone and it would have made me feel more secure.

A very nice hotel in a perfect position to explore Valencia. My hotel room was absolutely spotless and had a kettle,fridge and hair dryer. I really liked the fact that you could open the windows andsit on a small balcony.The room also had air conditioning.Bed was large and comfortable.The bathroom was immaculate with a walk- in shower. Location of this hotel is excellent, less than a mile from train station, right in the main square, beautiful views from the balcony, lots of great places to eat and drink on the doorstep, city bikes to rent outside the front, nice breakfast. The room was really nice and clean, staff were all very friendly. No complaints at all.

The hotel was beautiful, from the outside, the reception until the rooms, the room.we got was lovely, spacious, and we got partial viwe from the plaza with a little balcony. The hotel is located in the plaza del ayuntamiento wich is so close to everything, food ,shopping, tourist places, 😀 we have a little issue with the Air cond, however Carlos was so happy to sort the things out, we were given a fan and he was happy to offered us a change of room if we weren't happy, he was so helpful that makes a difference in the stuff, but to be honest the rest of the stuff was very nice also! Always with a big smile on their face! Which i think is the best thing that u can find when u arrived in a place ! Happy to recommend the hotel to friends and family! Lovely stay! Thank you to all the staff

We enjoyed our stay however we had multiple key card issues trying to get into our room 702. On multiple occasions the front desk had to use a device to help us get into our room because the key cards were not working. The staff was helpful but this was extremely inconvenient having a broken door during our hotel stay and was very frustrating having to deal with it.

This hotel was in a great location next to a lively square, full of shopping and dining options. Although the square is busy the room was very quiet at night. Room was lovely and the bathroom beautiful and clean. We also had a balcony off the bathroom and bed that we enjoyed during our stay. I would come back to this spot over and over again.

The Hotel has the perfect location in the center of Valencia. From here you can reach everything easily by foot. I don't think it gets any better in that regard. The Hotel itself is quite modern and clean. The room was very nice and decently big for 3 people. The bathroom was nice and very clean. And last but not least the staff was very nice and helpfull. I definitely recommend this Hotel for any trip to Valencia.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Carlos who helped us with our needs. He recommended the best paella restaurant in Valencia for my birthday lunch and we definitely enjoyed that meal. The location is also in the very center of the city so everything is pretty close by and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was pretty good even though it was the same selection everyday there’s a few choices to choose from so it’s was good. We had the standard room and it was pretty good size. We definitely enjoyed our stay in the Venecia Hotel.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Staff -10/10. Location -10/10. View -10/10. Cleanliness -10/10. Value -10/10. So glad I read the reviews and stayed here, definitely an experience of a much ‘fancier’ hotel. Amazing safe, central location that’s surprisingly quiet at night. You can walk (almost) everywhere from here and there’s a taxi stand a minute away if you want to venture further. I cannot recommend Hotel Venecia enough!

Very spacious and remember to book a room with balcony overlooking the square. Close to the Main Street and within walking distance to the metro or north train station where there is free shuttle taking you to the long distance train station. I stayed here for the Valencia marathon event and needed to book well in advance. Breakfast also has good enough of choices. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I have a chance to visit Valencia again.

Beautiful hotel in general, has a luxury feel. The location cant be better, accross the street from Plaza del ayuntamiento and close to everything, the parking is about 4 minutes walking so if you have a lot of luggage think about it. The room is very small but comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom with a great shower. Bed was great but quality of sleep not excellent because a race of some sort was happening on the streets at night with the bands playing as well. Do no expect a lot of amenities but in general a great hotel
