Quaint heritage inn with old world charm & antiques . Easy walking distance to downtown Charlottetown . Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Room was small but had all necessary tech & amenities . No elevators , have to carry bags up narrow stairs.

I can't get over what a great value this place was. My room was the size of a studio apartment and had a kitchenette, but there was kitchen facilities on each floor as well. Delicious complimentary breakfast, free parking, walkable to downtown -- a perfect stay.

Great location and very walkable to downtown Charlottetown and Victoria Park. Staff were very good and courteous. Rooms and entire building were very clean but showing some wear and tear. Only downside was a very small shower stall in our room, but other than that everything was fantastic! Breakfast options were good. Laundry in the building was appreciated, and it was $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Very comfortable bed and room. We would definitely stay here again if we make another trip to Charlottetown.

Room with kitchenette and king size bed was very nice and in great condition. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the many options. The location is great, only a few blocks from Queen St and the waterfront, easily walkable, and a quiet neighborhood. Parking was available behind the B&B, but could be a little tight when the B&B is full.

This property is a lovely Bed and Breakfast in an older home that is beautifully decorated with antiques. We had a basement suite and although it was clean and well equipped it was damp. On day 2 we mentioned it to staff and they alerted us to a dehumidifier in the room. It helped but was noisy and still damp. I’m sure the upper suites were much better. Parking is very tight. Breakfast was wonderful and staff we very polite and helpful.

Although our room was comfortable some features could be updated and cleaned such as drapes.(lots of stains) The bathroom fixtures were old (rusty) The mattress box spring was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The breakfast was good start to our day.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. It just needs a bit extra fixing up at the outside bottom of the shower. I loved having gluten free and dairy free options for breakfast! Thank you for letting me into my room early on Friday!

We were disappointed in our stay at The Harbour House. The King bed wad incredibly hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom was in need of a deep cleaning and repairs. There was hair at the bottom of the bath tub so we did not want to bath our toddler in a dirty tub and some tiles were not attached and just leaning up against the wall. Breakfast was decent and the location with parking was nice but there are so many places to stay in the same area so I would look elsewhere for your money.

There was considerable mold on the gutters and down spouts on the back side of the house. I had a third floor suite with outer deck. from the deck I was 1' away from the mold. All other aspects of the stay were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay. Easy check in. The property itself is quite old and a bit dated but very clean. You can tell a lot of care is put in to making sure the rooms and space are clean. The breakfast was lovely and they accommodate plant based and gluten free which is much appreciated. Was a wonderful experience.

This small hotel seems to be falling in a state of disrepair. The exterior needs paint, the carpets inside are a bad need of cleaning. They need to open windows and aerate the place, which overall felt stuffy. A standard room is very small and you don’t feel like spending anytime in it. Some sitting areas in the hotel, which are fine. Extremely small shower stall. We would not return as it was far too pricey for what it is. Breakfast was ok. Some warm cooked options on order and the typical continental breakfast of ceral and toast with yogurt, juice. A fresh fruit salad is served at the table.

The basement family suite was very clean, but not big. It was great having double sinks in the room, but I had trouble turning around in the bathroom. My full grown son was too big to sleep in the top bunk, which creaked alarmingly. The Queen beds and all pillows were comfy. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

The property is beautiful. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and breakfast was good. I didn’t like that you could hear people walking above you (I would request the top floor next time). If you are a heavy sleeper this probably wouldn't bother you. Also it would be nice to have blackout curtains over the blind on the patio door as I found the street light to still be bringht even with the curtains closed.

We found the staff were friendly and helpful and our room was very nice, but the bed was not very comfortable…the mattress had collapsed on one side, which caused that person to have to move into the center…not great. And we had a very noisy person walking above us…at all hours. But beautiful house, great walk ability, good parking and breakfast included, so all good points.

Confirm your room size before booking. We were booked in room 17 without realizing how small it was. It might be ok if you're traveling solo or just in the room to sleep. There isn't enough room for a chair.

We were there 3 days. For the last 2 days, there was a hockey team 13-14 years old. Both days very noisy until midnight and hotel staff did nothing. Also they did not ask us if we liked our stay when we left!!! The breakfast is awsome and location not too bad, but would not return ever there.

We were looking for a Bed n Breakfast experience, this was not it. The curb appeal was there, but the addition on the building was exactly like a large chain hotel, it lacked that BnB feel. The food was lacking in variety and flavour. The staff we encountered were pleasant enough but the manager left a bit to be desired. We had an issue when booking and the manager would not honour what was agreed to over the phone upon arrival for check-in. We were told we could pay more or leave. Nothing was done beyond that. It put a bad taste in our mouth but there was no where else to stay in Charlottetown. I would not recommend nor would I ever stay here again. This was completely opposite to any other experiences we had on the island.

We liked the location, it was close to downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the management needs to be more pleasant and friendly. Also, we had a bad experience with the night desk staff who did not want to provide a wash clothe and I felt like I had to beg for an extra wash clothe before it was given. I would not recommend this facility to my family or friends or stay here again.

Excellent location in a quiet street just off the centre of Charlottetown. Room was comfortable. Reception staff were good. The main disappointment was the breakfast. This comprised what I\'d call "beige" food: some cereals and white bread, pain au chocolate and an egg option. I\'ve had better omelettes. Not to our taste (preferring yoghurt, muesli, seeds/nuts, fruits, wholemeal/rye bread). We eat breakfast out on our second morning.
